181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you do with your money after selling altcoins? on: December 10, 2017, 05:17:42 PM
I mostly use all the bitcoin I will get after selling my altcoins to put into another alts but when I need to cash them out or don't want to risk on price volatility, I exchange those bitcoin that I will get after selling altcoins into USDT and keep them in exchange or withdraw them out to my Tether address/bitcoin address to use in future or to buy back cheap coins during dump.

182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia, India & China prepare to BAN bitcoin? on: December 10, 2017, 03:35:20 PM
However, it's also true that the Kremlin has recently devised regulations that apply to cryptocurrency users. Namely, the government is planning to make all miners to register with the officials and pay taxes, while the ICO practices will be made to conform to practically the same standards as do IPOs.
Yeah all of this big countries want their share in crypto as they all know crypto will disrupt whole financial system. They want to make profit along with crypto development and want to force taxation on bitcoin related activity by one way or another.

So rather than banning bitcoin they will just regulated whole crypto market.
183  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price going down in second week of december on: December 10, 2017, 03:18:20 PM
what do you think it will increase or decrease in this year?
It was normal correction after a huge rally but that correction looks already over. Price have started to surge again, the one who have bought at low prices have taken out profit but many newbie buying them now with high hopes.

I still think $20k+ within end of this year is possible.

187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does doublebit.co.in legit or a scam? on: December 04, 2017, 05:31:33 PM
It is hosted in free hosting provider (you can see that ad on top).

They will or haven't paid anyone and they are just listing all those payouts randomly, they are not real one.

Don't ever get scammed by this types of doubler ponzi...
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why so many altcoins? on: December 04, 2017, 05:30:13 PM
Almost all of them are just copy cat of bitcoin or other coins (>90%) and are scams without any real development.
5% or even more of altcoins are actually ETH based tokens that is not a true coin, they are sold by projects so they can collect funds for their operation.
Remaining 5% of the total coins are only worth to check as they have constant development + unique features than others.

189  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit card or VCC in New Zealand - Outside Europe, USA? on: December 04, 2017, 05:27:15 PM
Wagecan charges high fee
Wagecan cards are very expensive compared to other usual wavecrest cards.
You can't deposit instantly on your wagecan card (take upto 7 days)

However there is no other options that can work outside Euro zone because wavecrest bought by visa and they changed their terms.  Angry
190  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: PLEASE HELP! BTC payment to Neteller declined but money never returned on: December 04, 2017, 05:16:33 PM
Contact bitpay and neteller both with your deposit address and amount. Bitpay is the one who is responsible for processing bitcoin deposits, if your deposit didin't get confirmed within few hours they will just decline that but later will add it manually if you will contact them.

Its kinda scary though, I have seen many getting this sort of problem solved. Bitpay can reply back way faster than neteller...
191  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Changing my name in Localbitcoins.com on: December 04, 2017, 05:13:00 PM
You should make sure that the one with whom you are dealing has verified his/her name because there are many traders who want to scam you. I was about to got scammed today for btc to neteller deal (I was selling btc) he sent me fake email looks like from neteller and said payment sent. They can also make fake screenshot,.... only trade with the one with some good trade history + trading volume.
192  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Xapo account ! on: December 04, 2017, 04:56:01 PM
Its better to sell your bitcoins locally and don't use xapo as your bitcoin wallet as they are just like paypal which can freeze all your bitcoins without any warning.

Avoid using them and only use them..
193  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How and where I can clean my bitcoin? on: December 04, 2017, 04:20:14 PM
https://chipmixer.com/
https://[banned mixer]/

are few names which I have used before to mix my coin and with this you can get clean or better to say more anonymous bitcoins. You can use them but don't forget to double check url and SSL certificate, there are many phising sites out there.
194  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hosting miners on: December 04, 2017, 02:26:10 PM
How you gonna deliver your mining devices to hosting location?

I think there are some services that claims to host your miners in very secure location with cheaper electricity bill but its hard to trust some random guy over internet, they can easily run away with your miners.

I think china have very cheap electricity than USA, why you want to host it in USA?
195  Economy / Service Discussion / BTC.com wallet shit Uh-oh, Your IP has been blocked. on: December 04, 2017, 02:14:39 PM
Quote
We're sorry to inform you that your IP has been blocked by our security system.

This sometimes happens due to our security detection system being too aggressive,
If this is the case we're extremely sorry and we will help you get your IP unblocked ASAP
If they want to prove themselves as pure bitcoin wallet than I don't think they should block any IP. I haven't done anything wrong and there is no way to find who are getting this same IP from my ISP provider. Contact them to unblock it to access my wallet  Huh Roll Eyes

I will never ever use BTC.com wallet.  Angry
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: nxt on: December 04, 2017, 02:03:15 PM
Hey guys, is anybody into nxt?
I was holding large amount of those NXT before but sold them quite early at around 0.10$ but now it pumped hard, never expected that for NXT.
However I made few hundred dollar on that pump, it might get dumped hard from the current range now. Correction or bigger dump can be expected...
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: just find old wallet.dat on: December 03, 2017, 08:00:21 PM
Hello the community ,
i just found a 3 years empty old wallet.dat and i would like to know if its possible if i send btc to this old wallet  if i can i process the claim for bitcoin gold/cash
thanks you very much
If your wallet is empty than you can't claim any of the forked coin with it.

If you will send bitcoin now than that will not make any changes, you should have bitcoin in your bitcoin address during fork date to get those free forked coins.

Your empty wallet is just worthless, try to claim clams if it have some balance 3 years ago.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which alt coins do you regret not investing in? on: December 03, 2017, 07:53:45 PM
Obviously in ETH during ICO when it was priced at less than $1 per token  Grin
Also I haven't invested/bought NXT before when it was swinging between 0.10 to 0.11$ and now it is over 0.50$.

Invested in komodo but sold it quite early, could have made 30x+ with it  Angry
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Examples of tokens that generate a good ROI today ? on: December 03, 2017, 07:40:13 PM
I made good return with bitdice and monaco tokens but at the same time also lost much more in scam coins/tokens. Investing in ICO is just like gambling these days, hard to find profitable one.

https://icostats.com/ Gives better ROI statistics of almost all tokens/ICO.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOINS wallet for iPhone and Ipad on: December 03, 2017, 07:10:16 PM
https://jaxx.io/downloads.html (Supports more than 15 altcoins + bitcoin)
https://eidoo.io/  (Can be ideal for ETH and ERC20 tokens)

Both of them also have app for IOS, most of the other multicoin wallet doesn't have their apps for apple devices.
