Stuttgart has the same points as Bayern, meaning even a single point lost more than Stuttgart could make Bayern Munich third place, which is insane to think about because at the start of the season with the addition of Kane as well, everyone assumed that Bayern would be unstoppable and be first, not only first but they are risking second too. They are losing their grip and normally I think Tuchel is a good manager, I do not know what's wrong and why this is happening but I think it should be quite important to keep it going one way or another.

I believe that the best thing to do right now would be just focusing on what we could bet, and if Bayern is like this then I am sorry but I am not planning on betting on them at all.
Tuchel is a good manager, but not in category of great manager. The track record of being sacked at every club he managed shows management skill has a loophole. He is not a great leader in a squad that has some leaders like in Bayern's squad. Lost a title race to an unbeaten team should not be a bad record, but lost a position to Stuttgart after leading with big gap can ruin everything he has built.

Leverkusen's remarkable form has ruin all expectation on Bayern from the start of the season. The unbeaten run by Leverkusen put a big pressure on Bayern's players and Tuchel. This is actually normal, because a team without dropping in performance is scary to compete with. Signing Harry Kane has uplifted expectation on Tuchel to run the league on easy mode, but reality didn't go on their way. Maybe this shock makes them giving up early in the league.

If Barcelona fails to win away against Real on April 21, it will be practically an official award of the title to Real. To maintain at least the appearance of intrigue, Barcelona needs to win; even a draw will completely ruin their chances. If we take the strength of the teams “on paper”, then I think that Real will win 3-1 or 2-0, but in this case a lot will depend on how the teams play the decisive games in the 1/4 of the Champions League. Depending on the result, they may have increased motivation or vice versa.
The el clasico game is indeed the only hope for Barcelona to stay in title race this season, because it will close the gap to 5 points. However, The chance is still small because the situation is not in their hand to make influence. They will need Real Madrid to drop points in two games while they have to win all the remaining matches.

I think Barcelona have a chance to beat Madrid, because they have been improving their gameplay and have good consistency and high morale after opening a big chance to reach Champions League semi-final. Having their important players back to the team after injuries has big impact to Xavi and the team that can make them look stronger than before. It's a impressive that are able to be in title race after having a bad start of the season. They need to maintain this performance till the end of the season and wait any chance to overtake Madrid at the top of standings.
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 14, 2024, 04:49:32 PM

Honestly, I can't wait for Mbappé to actually leave PSG. Because that is going to make them irrelevant. He and some other star players staying in the club was making them relevant. But when he leaves the club is going to lose the ounce of relevance that they had left. If any club that I know which does not deserve to win any other competition, probably it's PSG. Only thing good going on for them is probably the coach that they got. Maybe he will be able to fix the team a little. I am not going to get my hopes up though. Because any time I thought PSG was capable of doing something, they failed miserably. And not winning the Champions League title with such a star-filled team has made me doubt them more.
Having Mbappe in the team makes PSG have a scary attacking force, but without him, I think PSG will still be too strong for Ligue 1 because they can still afford to bring great talents. They will only struggle in Champions League where big teams competing in competitive league chould make PSG being just underdog.

Having enrique is also a big luck for them, because he knows how to utilize good talents and build a strong team. With Enrique in the club, PSG will still be a dominant force in Ligue 1 even if Mbappe choose to leave. As long as the resource is still there to back up the team to progress, it would be hard for any team to break the dominance of PSG. It just sounds unfair to have a team with too big resource competing in Ligue 1.

I also didn't expect it and was a little surprised when I saw Liverpool lose at home against Crystal Palace. This is certainly not what Liverpool wants because they are struggling to get a trophy this season, but Liverpool have to accept this bitter reality through Crystal Palace today even though Liverpool are still on track to win the title this season. Meanwhile, for the Arsenal match, I see that there are still no goals scored so for now Arsenal still have to be in second place, because if Arsenal is able to win, of course the top position will be theirs today even though in the next match there can still be changes if Arsenal didn't win
This is the second time Van Dijk lost the game at Anfield. What makes it more surprising is that Crystal Palace is the team that Klopp have beaten most times. This loss can potentially make Liverpool having 3-points gap below Arsenal with Manchester City remain consistent to take advantage from their competitors' slip-ups.

Arsenal need to win the match to climb on the top, currently 0-0 at halftime. Playing against Aston is not an easy task to gain maximum points, because Villa is a strong team this season that have chance and ambition to finish in top four. Aston Villa at this game seem to look stronger compared to the time they faced Manchester City due to some players have come back from injuries. The situation look in favor to Manchester City with the loss of Liverpool and Arsenal struggling to beat Villa.
205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you achieved anything from gambling on: April 14, 2024, 02:20:58 PM

Depends on what achievement you are trying to get since sometimes there are people not aiming for financial of material gain and they are happy for satisfying their selves towards those games they want to play and if they can extend a lot of hour playing then enjoy a lot on what they are playing this is already achievement for them. But we can't deny that there are people that aiming to win a lot then think about getting some materials that they dream to get once they win a lot of money on gambling. This is stressful for the fact that its like those people is so eager to win and been stressed out for achieving their goals. Not everyone have the same thoughts on this since people have different level of happiness.
The reasons people engaging in gambling have different motivations and triggers. Some people may want to find joy in the act of betting itself, because they feel it can bring the satisfaction coming from the challenge, the story. There are also people want to gain extra money. Gaining money as the reason to engage in gambling for can be powerful, but it can lead to stress and disappointment if unexpected things happen.

Those are personal preference that can also triggered by external factors. Socializing among gamblers can trigger people to try gambling. This factor is initially a reason to have fun with surrounding people. The key is finding a balance. It's not a bad thing to have joy in a competitive game or striving for a win, but it shouldn't come at the expense of affordable limit. If you're feeling stressed or burnt out, it's a kind of sign to take a step back and choose something more relaxing. Games are a form of entertainment, and the goal is to have fun.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling excites you ? on: April 13, 2024, 11:42:51 PM

All the causes are always due to overreacting to the atmosphere of that first win, which is a certain thing, that beforehand they must have pinned their hopes on that win so that when what they hope for actually happens then of course an increase in dopamine occurs which in the end makes them lose consciousness and continue gambling based on high trust and confidence but not based on sound common sense.

The first win is always a deceitful point, because it triggers a dopamine release that creates a pleasurable feeling which is addictive. It can lead to overconfidence and unrealistic expectations. Gamblers can be fueled to risky behavior. There are gamblers who might gamble more cautiously after a win. The stories in gambling are so various with many personalities have their own.

The most dangerous problem for gamblers in gambling activity is chase losses or gamble to recapture the initial win feeling, because that can make them ignore long-term consequences. The pain of losing can be more intense than the pleasure of winning, further fueling the gambling cycle. The initial dopamine rush and the potential for overconfidence can definitely be risk factors.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: April 13, 2024, 11:25:30 PM

Liverpool conceded 3 goals at Anfield and this remained the worst defeats for them this season. Jurgen Klopp underestimate Atalanta in the Europa League and now he risks losing every possible chances of reaching the final this season. Though I believe Liverpool in comeback but they're not going to play the second leg at Anfield but will travel to Italy to face Atalanta at Gewiss stadium. Liverpool are positive on epic comeback while Atalanta current headcoach,  Gian Piero Gasperini will not take any chance but grabbing a win or draw tie at home.
The result is a big surprise to happen at Anfield. I think this is a proof of a mindset of big clubs playing in Europa League. I don't think it's about underestimating Atalanta, but it's more to do with Liverpool were trying to lower the intensity of the game because they have a fierce league title race to fight for. Atlanta were able to capitalize the situation to make it hard for Liverpool to make another comeback.

I believe that Jurgen Klopp now have big dilemma between going full force to Atalanta or stay focus on the league title race. This dilemma becomes harder to solve, because their injuries situation makes Klopp doesn't have many options for the lineup if they go full force to Atalanta that can have negative impact on their ambition to win Premier League. Maybe the best choice is to give up on Europa League, considering the chance is also small, and focus on the title race when they are still relatively the front runner.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: April 13, 2024, 11:07:05 PM
Barcelona might not have been able to defend the Spanish La Liga title this season but the truth is that they've been very impressive despite having so many of their players sidelined because of the various injuries they sustained this season. The club manager Xavi Hernandez isn't getting all the credit he deserves after all he did to keep the club running despite all their setbacks. When they were drawn against Paris Saint Germaine in quarter finals of the UEFA Champions League, I was of thd opinion that Barcelona would be easily eliminated from the competition but their impressive performance in the first leg of the game that helped them get a win against the French champions at Parc des Princes was very surprising to me. Barcelona with that win are now very likely to to reach the semi finals of the competition despite not spending much in the transfer window.
Their performance despite injuries should be given credit to the team's spirit and Xavi's ability to adapt the situation. Xavi definitely deserves credit for keeping the team competitive and tactically making Barca efficient. I think La Liga title is not really out of their reach. The chance may be small but 8-points gap with 8 games remaining is still possible because Barca can make it 5-points gap by winning the el clasico. If Barca keep winning, any Madrid's slip up will be their fortune.

The win over PSG sounds like a surprise considering PSG have a better squad and capable-experienced Manager who were also Barca's manager that knows the team very well. After a failure in group UCL stage last season, Barca is now having big chance to reach semi-final, which is not predicted by anyone. This impression makes Barca's journey sound remarkable, considering their financial situation is not in their favor.

Bayern Munich’s win today cannot annul or stop Bayern Leverkusen from being the Bundesliga champions. They can only delay the league title celebration for them but they can’t deny them that at this point. With six more matches left for Bayern Leverkusen to play, they cannot lose all six matches when they are 13 points ahead of Bayern Munich now. If I’m not mistaken, with one more match or two match for them to play, if they can get a victory in those matches, they will be crowned the Bundesliga champions with some few matches left for them to play. This will be a joyous day for them  and a league title well deserved for their courage and vigorous fight throughout the process in the fight for the league title.
With the inconsistency of Bayern in Bundesliga, I think it's safe to say that Leverkusen have won Bundesliga. Alonso's side need one more Bayern's defeat to make sure the league title goes to their hand after winning one of the remaining games. This perspective can make their squad a bit relax to prepare the next ambition, to win Europa League Trophy. Maybe this is a bit naive to say, but it is what it is.

Seven games left with 13 points difference means mathematically Leverkusen need only to win 3 more games to win. The only pressure now on the players is that they may have ambition to win the league with unbeaten record to make their history even sweeter than ever. This record will be a good bargaining for their career and their names could be remembered for a long time by, at least, Leverkusen fans. That record will not only be spoken in Germany, but also in the world of football considering they have stopped Bayern dominance in Bundesliga.

210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 13, 2024, 10:20:01 PM
Roma opportunity to penetrate the Champions League zone is very open, Bologna again failed to get full points when facing Monza. This is the best opportunity for Roma, De Rossi and his squad must be able to secure full points against Udinese, so that the two of them are only 1 point apart in the future. Victory against Milan in the Europa League is good capital, it seems that Roma will succeed in achieving their target this time. De Rossi has made Roma very good, and betting on them winning this week feels pretty safe.
Roma really have improved a lot under Danielle de Rossi. I have never thought Roma would be this close to have chance to finish top four after sacking Jose Mourinho. They are showing a strong consistency and mentality to deserve top four finish. I would say this is an effect of having the club legend being the coach who has capability as a coach.

Bologna having setback is also a help for Roma. It seems Thiago Motta is failing to keep up with their consistency they had showed since the start, but it's not surprising considering his squad is not at a quality to compete at a high level. Motta still has big credit for what has been doing with Bologna. Roma defeating Milan is a show of big improvement of their mentality remembering they have a really bad record against them in the last few years. If Roma keep this consistency, I dare to say that they are the favorite to finish top four and reach the Europa League final.
211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it right to advice other people against gambling for personal reasons like?? on: April 13, 2024, 10:02:00 PM

That is the thing, if someone is worried about the potential dangers gambling could bring to their life, there are many documentaries they could watch that will give them a better perspective about it, there is no reason to read the testimony of someone that is obviously still being incredibly bias towards himself by claiming everything is the fault of casinos, when he was the one that decided to gamble and did so irresponsibly to begin with.
Various experiences from documentaries can offer a wider perspective on gambling, but personal stories, even if biased, can also be valuable. Personal struggles need to be shared as firsthand testimony that can be a powerful way to raise awareness about gambling addiction. It can help other people recognize any negative signs in themselves or people around them who engage in gambling. I'm sure not all gambling addiction stories are about blaming casinos, some stories may provide personal triggers or the manipulative tactics of some gambling establishments.

People have to understand the thought process and emotions behind addiction, because those can be more impactful than just statistics and documentaries. Personal stories from former addicted gamblers combining documentaries can create a well-rounded understanding of gambling. That's the best way to gather information to make good decisions about gambling.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you feel when you experience violence while gambling on: April 13, 2024, 09:06:16 PM
~
Its way better to play online than go to a gambling centre on place for any reason and either get violent from losing or someone else gets violent and you are the one running for safety.
I'd always prefer online because if one gets to lose,  the only violence one can enact is on their devices or they decide not to eat, but the worse is having to transfer the aggression to someone close by.

Any very aggressive person should learn to avoid any scenario that can trigger a violent response and when money is involved, it is very important to be very clear and upfront so as to avoid getting angry and violent in the end.
Online gambling may be safer in context physical well-being, but it's not necessarily way safer at all. Online gamblers can choose the place and the time to gamble, but constant accessibility can be a deceitful. Losing track of time and money are the main issues in gambling online, while a casino trip has physical limitations. This easy access can make it harder to control impulses when things go intense. In physical casino, cash and environment setting can make the gamblers keep awake to prevent reckless spending.

The emotions while gambling online are less likely to harm others, but frustration can still appear in unhealthy ways like neglecting responsibilities or further isolation. The better option depends on the individual preference and safety. Some gamblers like to be in a controlled environment of a casino to be safe from their own impulsiveness, while others might manage their online gambling responsibly. It's about being aware of the risks and choosing the option that allows for the most responsible gambling behavior.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Betting. Why the Distinction? on: April 12, 2024, 11:57:13 PM
The word gambling/gamble can be used in more wider perspective than just for the actual gambling while betting usually denotes some amount of money at stake. Google shows results from the Wikipedia it's just written by someone and can be edited by anyone so if you want to look out the meaning then both defines the same with slight differences and as long as you understand what it denotes there is no issue at al.
True, gambling is a general view with a wide enough scope that linguistically speaking, betting is also a gambling activity, in my opinion like the parent of the activity of risking money with any mechanism in my understanding.

And I think it doesn't matter if it's betting or gambling with the language that matters to me, I like betting and I also like gambling and both of them I also always play, but indeed if you want to be a smart gambler at least understand what the definition is so that it is more like an insightful person in gambling because it understands what betting and gambling are in language and terms.
Gambling is just the broader term of any activity to risk something of value on an uncertain outcome. Betting is a specific type of gambling where people bet on a prediction. So, in that sense, betting is a subcategory of gambling. The term might be interchangeable to enjoy the activity. Some people differentiate between games that rely purely on chance (like slot machines) and those that involve some skill (like poker).

People may call it betting or gambling, but they need to understand the risks and the odds, because those are the crucial part of the activity. Wise Gamblers know the terminology and the underlying mechanics to make informed decisions. The expectation is still the same which is to win more money after risking less amount of it in the bets. Some people may not care the meaning of the terms, they only do what the want to do with their own intentions.

In addition to Leverkusen, Stuttgart also have a solid unbeaten streak, they also came in at the same point as Bayern. They are currently waiting for Bayern, which has been in decline recently, to make another mistake. Having lost the championship, Bayern may also lose second place.
Stuttgart's match is more difficult this week. They will play against Eintracht Frankfurt. Bayern will host Cologne, which is in the relegation zone. There will be no surprise results in this match. The fight for second place continues at full speed next week.
Bayern seem to give up on their chance to challenge for the Bundesliga title. Maybe their focus now is the Champions League and top four finish. Their position in second place is not safe at all with Stuttgart having the same points. Leipzig and Dortmund still have chance to chase their points tally that makes Bayern still need to pay attention to the their run in the league.

Another mistakes could make Bayern lost their place in top four. They shouldn't underestimate Leipzig and Dortmund fighting to finish in Champions League zone, because this ambition could lead them to have winning streak that can put Bayern in dangerous situation. This situation makes Bayern discomfort, because their main focus on Champions League could lead them to have slip ups in the league games that can cost their finish in Champions League zone. Finishing outside of top four will be a big shame for the club and the players.

As a matter of fact, I am eager to see Victor Osimhen leave Napoli because his growth is what I'm rooting for and being in Napoli doesn't seem to be enough of opportunities and future for him there. So moving him away from that place to another more comfortable place would be the best thing to do.

In Chelsea or Manchester United, Victor Osimhen will be playing with a lot of A-list clubs in the world to fight for their Premier League and subsequently Champions League competitions. But Osimhen also needs a club that is highly promising and a club that would not practice racism or discrimination against him. If I were him, any next contract I'm signing, I would probably include some clauses that have to do with identity protection amongst people.
Making a move is definitely the best option for his development and ambition, because Napoli won't always play in Champions League. Osimhen needs a team that keep playing at the highest level of football to fulfill his potential. Unless he prioritizes money, I don't think Manchester United and Chelsea are the best option for him, because the clubs have almost no chance to play in Champions League. The two clubs are also not the best place to have development of his talent and career. Manchester United already have Hojlund at the position that makes Osimhem have no guarantee to be a starter, while Chelsea is a struggling team to develop a striker.

Osimhen has capability and style of play to flourish in Premier League. I think Arsenal is the best option for him because they need a striker desperately. This provides the best chance for him to develop with a good environment under Arteta. Arsenal have also high ambition and will play Champions League next season. But everything depends on opportunity and and his will on what kind of career path he wants to have.

I have this particular friend of mine who always claim he is an expert when it comes to rollover and sometimes I won't lie he actually does raised little funds to huge amount by actually playing and rolling over on an odd of 0.50-2.00 but the only funny thing is that whenever he experiences one single loss he has probably lost all the money that he had eventually gather from the process so I think the whole thing is just stupid for me.

I have seen some persons that are taking it as a challenge to turn small capital into huge one so they can convince people that they are a pro gambler. This is not necessary at all and even if we want to participate in this kind of betting, we need to be wise and take risk management so that we don't start afresh again from the scratch just because of greed in us that is telling us that we could turn $100 into $50k. This is more than a challenge and we need to be wise and take decisions that is going to help us reduce the risk that is required for us to take when gambling. We could gamble and make money from the market but we don't have to gamble take risk that is beyond our ability.
Gambling is an activity to shake the adrenaline that makes it exciting. The people who engage in gambling have expectations to win the placed bets. They want to turn a tiny amount of money into a fortune of having wealth. Many people portray gambling this way to impress other people, not necessarily to show genuine success. Wise gamblers understand risk management. This makes them set the gambling budget and place small bets to avoid losses in a short time to makes them having more time to enjoy the activity.

Gambling should be more about having fun and potentially making some extra cash, rather than getting rich quick. People who are interested in trying their luck need to prioritize being responsible. There's nothing wrong with a little gamble, as long as you approach it cautiously. Joy is part of life where people decide on how to accomplish it.

The Red Devils are aiming for the big winnings and they will settled their team with promising young players. Manchester United are keen on bringing more potential players this summer. The coach, Erik Ten Hag looks forward to enlighten his squad with brilliant players, and achieving this step, he needs to overtakes hurdles on his path, because they served as constraint against the Progress of the team. Rafael Leao is an important player for AC Milan and I don't think the team will allow him go without having to compete for his significant signature.
They really show their ambition to build their team to be back to a competitive level. But one biggest thing that can be an obstacle for path to the glory way is the players' will to join them with the current situation where the club failed to utilize and improve the capability the players they have signed. Unless they use money to persuade the players to sign, Manchester United is not attractive to make top talents join them.

Ten Hag need to sort out the rooted issues in the club before spending a lot of money which has no guarantee to have a better team if the situation in the club remains the same. This current situation is hard for him to convince his main signing targets to sign for them, because players with big ambitions will choose a club with comfortable environment to develop their potentials. This will be the biggest and the last challenge for Ten Hag to achieve the ambitions.

Their performance this season is much better than the previous season. They should have no problem winning the EPL this season.

Arsenal is the team that has impressed me the most in the Premier League this season. What they have shown is convincing. Of course, they are one of the serious candidates for the championship. But I think Arsenal's chance of winning the throne is too tricky. Many difficult matches ahead will hinder their ability to win the championship. Accordingly, Arsenal will play at home against Chelsea, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, and Everton, and three away trips against Wolves, Tottenham, and MU are also challenging.

Actually, I want Arsenal to win the championship, but I think Liverpool is the number 1 candidate for the throne at the end of the season.
Arsenal are quite well-prepared to anticipate the tittle race in the ending phase of the season. This is proven by the quality squad with having backup players for every position. Last season have given them a good lesson when they were losing Saliba, they were having inconsistency in the ending phase of the season. Arteta has been succeeding to manage the gametimes for his players that makes Arsenal having less injuries problems compared to their competitor. This shows a serious ambition from Arteta and the board of the club.

Hypothetically, The chance of Arsenal to secure the premier league title is smaller than Manchester City and Liverpool. This is based on their remaining teams the have to face in the remaining games of the season. Three of the teams are their historical rivals, Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspurs which will give them an intensive game. Rivalry can evoke emotional display on the pitch that will need a strong mentality to be in the game.

Do you think that if Guardiola had time he would watch Real Madrid (or any other team) games for analysis? Maybe this happens at some point, but a special team analyzes the opponents in any club, which then provides information in a condensed form (game pattern, statistical indicators of players, etc.) and on the basis of this, the coach thinks about preparing for the game.
Maybe Guardiola forgot to talk about this because he wanted to once again emphasize that City had little time to prepare for Real.
I think every manager tends to watch their opponents to analyze their their strengths and their weaknesses. It doesn't make sense to say that he has no time to watch their upcoming opponents' match, especially their big and importance matches. It's his job to do that, and his job is not always being in the stadium and training ground with the players to give instructions.

Nowadays, news is not reliable, it can be just speculations or even things that don't make sense. Champions League is a big stage, and Real Madrid is a big team, there is no reason for him to not watch their recent matches, even though he has faced Madrid countless times. A manager will always prepare his tactics, strategies and his players selection based on who the opponent is. If the opponent is a big team in a big stage, he will put his best thought and option, no rotation, no precaution, etc.

I don't think many clubs will be interested in signing Anthony Martial unless Man United is willing to sell him at a very cheap price. Anthony Martial is not a bad player, it's just that he has always been unlucky with his fitness. It could even be said that he will spend half the season struggling with his injury. If he wants to improve his football career, then he has to leave Man United because it's clear he's not part of Ten Hag's plans. Even if Man United has a new coach next season, it is very likely that Anthony Martial will still not be the first choice.
Anthony Martial is actually a good player, but it's unfortunate that he is playing for a team that keeps changing the manager and being in rebuilding phase. He has high wage and price tag that make no club interests in his service. It said that Manchester United is willing to let him go on free agent even though his contract expires in 2025.

I think it's better for him to make a move to Serie A where he can develop his own potential. I think Serie A suits more his capability and style of play. Many of former Premier League players have been succeeding in Serie A, like Pulisic, Lucas Leiva, Loftus-Cheek, etc. he need to regain his confidence back, because, all this years, he hasn't produce any expected performances, his injury records have gone worse. He is in peak age, 28, for a forward, therefore he has all the reason to play football regularly.
