201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who believes in HODLING? on: July 11, 2018, 03:50:21 PM
Holding was good when bitcoin's price was 300-400$ and when everyone was saying hold bitcoin because it will increase to 900$, it was good when new investors were coming and when price jumped to 19-20K but holding is not good any more.
Now many people have bitcoins but what are they really doing with it except holding them?
We need to use bitcoin, bitcoin has to circulate between people, we need to use it as we are using paper money or credit cards and only then bitcoin idea will succeed.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICOs are good to invest at the moment? on: July 11, 2018, 03:33:17 PM
You need to stop listening to people who are suggesting to you what to buy.
Do your own research, make your own decisions, every legit ICO is good if idea is good but good idea can fail too. Team can invest all money in project and not accomplish their goals.
Keep in mind ICO's are very risky investment type.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether and Bitnifex under investigation! on: July 08, 2018, 05:02:11 PM
Many people and investors are thinking that bitcoin's price was manipulated at late 2017. It might be manipulation which caused bitcoin price to go near 20,000$ or bitcoin was at all media, news, everyone was talking about bitcoin so maybe that could be the reason too.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WIll ETH pass BTC in 2019 ? on: July 08, 2018, 04:50:59 PM
indeed ethereum is very popular for ico platform but i think ethereum can not yet overtake bitcoin volume because bitcoin is kripto king
Ethereum is not very popular for ICO platform. Ethereum IS platform.

First platform for smart contracts but we will see how Vitalik will deal with his competition as I see there are more smart contract platforms and some of them look better than ethereum.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: OOT (Utrum) going for half its ICO price. on: July 08, 2018, 04:48:11 PM
After every ICO tokens lose on value because few reasons.
- bounty hunters are dumping their tokens.
- early investors are dumping their tokens + bonus tokens
- no one is really interested to buy token at ICO price and investors are looking to buy cheap coins.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin is the new Bitcoin on: July 08, 2018, 04:40:57 PM
Dogecoin has a good future, Doge prices are currently far below bitcoin, but I have seen many people use Doge to reduce withdrawal fees in some exchanges, I use this coin for many transactions. I'm sure the price of this coin will increase.
That coin has future only at gambling sites I just don't see how dogecoin can be useful. Is development active? Probably not, as history has showed this coin is good for pump and dump, to send tip and that is not something crypto should be like.
Yes, transaction fees are cheap and transactions are fast but many better alt coins have cheap and fast transactions.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggest me the best ICO to invest. on: July 08, 2018, 04:34:13 PM
There are a lot of good projects, but you need to choose the best projects for yourself. After all, you do not have to listen to people because you invest your money
He does have to listen to experienced people who are suggesting him what he could buy and what he shouldn't buy and after that he need to do his research on project and make his own decision.
Many good projects can be found here but it is hard to spot them as most projects are collecting money and running away.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The longer the bounty, the fewer the earnings? on: July 08, 2018, 04:31:02 PM
It is true because the longer the campaign the more participant will join. It means few bounty will be distributed in each participants. It is also not worth the time and effort and it would be worst if the ICO is a failure.

This is it. The more that the campaign lasts then the more people would come into the project which would mean there would be a lot more participants that would have to share the allocated coins at the end of the bounty campaign, thus essentially reducing the amount that each bounty participant gets at the end of the bounty campaign.
Best campaigns are the ones which are lasting for 2 months, and frankly I don't like to be in campaign for more than a month. I have found out that I can't leave campaign which I am currently at or my stakes will be deleted.
That is something I have never seen before.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long should one have to wait to sell on: July 05, 2018, 01:28:47 PM
I will wait to reach my goal and then sell, some coins are for daily trade with lower goals and some coins are for long term with higher goals.
Whatever you do this has to be your decision, no one can set goals for you. Don't get to far from your goal, set goals and when you reach them sell coins.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: July 05, 2018, 01:25:22 PM
I think it all depends on the level of risk that you are willing to accept, of course I'll write everything that is more reliable to store on a purse but to overtake coins there is also not an interesting occupation, so it is better to have both there and there

Keeping funds in exchange is very risky I think everyone has to hold their funds in wallets. You have to be owner of private key if you are holding coins in exchange you are not really owner of coins. Exchange can be hacked or simple vanish and then what, keep all funds in your wallet.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will be the new king on: July 05, 2018, 01:22:44 PM
Now the mainstream currency, BTC-ETH, has the upper hand, and they have the strength and technology, but the future is likely to be a new project to replace them more mature and more comprehensive. What do you think it would be?
Since bitcoin was created there were many alt coins and developers trying to compete with bitcoin and trying to replace bitcoin, so far not a single one was successful in that mission.
Because bitcoin is not replaceable and we don't need new king.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should buy and hold NEO? on: July 05, 2018, 01:20:20 PM

In my opinion, NEO is a very potential project, the current price is around $ 36 has dropped quite a lot compared to previously up to more than $ 160. NEO technology is very much appreciated. The project runs on this platform and NEO also has a strong ecosystem. Should we buy NEO and keep it in the long run?
I missed to buy at low price and it is good thing to know that price is going down. If it drops below I will buy myself a bag of NEO, project has big potential and coin itself is producing gas, so there are many ways to earn with neo. To answer your question wait for price to go more down and then buy.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🌟 [ANN] [ICO] URUNIT Gambling platform 100% managed by its community🌟🌟🌟 on: July 05, 2018, 01:15:10 PM
I've seen many similar projects but I am not aware that any of them were successful. This project has many team members and that is good, idea is good but not unique and because of earlier projects which wasn't successful I hasitate to invest in ICO's for gambling platforms. I will watch this and see how much money will be raised and maybe I change my mind.

This project needs more impression and traffic, I have recently visited ICO page and the tokens sale didn't even move in 2 days. This is alarming the team needs more promotion and offers to attract investors. And the sad part is this is just the Soft Cap sale.
As I was saying idea is not unique and there were lots gambling projects and there are lots gambling sites if they want to succeed they have to offer something unique or something very high, jackpot, profit share... Gambling industry is popular but it is saturated with new gambling sites, competition is on high level.

215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is ETH also a bubble like bitcoin? on: July 03, 2018, 07:38:56 PM
Is bitcoin a bubble? I don't think so as it has a pattern that is quite different from those ponzi investments that are bubble. I have read alot of articles and blogs post about bitcoin and ethereum and one thing that I have find out is that there are the future of money and holding them is like holding your future.
Bitcoin isn't bubble but its price was probably manipulated which created bubble($20K levels) and it crashed. Ethereum isn't bubble and its price is high because of large number of smart contracts and for each token transaction you will need to pay gas, add to that many ICo investors that's why the price.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoin to invest on: July 03, 2018, 07:35:56 PM
All alt coins are cheap today, i won't say undervalued but cheap and they can all be pumped, in my opinion it is not question what is best altcoin to buy but to predict which alt coin could be pumped.
Just wait for bitcoin to go up and almost every altcoin you buy will go up.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of England warns against Cryptos on: July 03, 2018, 07:17:33 PM
I have to say I have read title and I don't think I will click link and read article because I simply don't care what banks are thinking. Since I joined this industry only bad news and negativity is coming from banks and in my opinion thieves don't have right to their opinion about crypto.
Banks were, are and will be against crypto. Nothing to read here.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: July 03, 2018, 07:03:26 PM
Suppose this is a good exclusion method with multiple accounts. Someone does not want to leave their data to someone unknown. But this is an unfair game, when announced the need to pass KYC is at the end or after the end of the campaign.
Then join campaign where you won't need to pass kyc.
All managers have telegram groups or you can contact them trough PM and ask them if ico team is going to ask you kyc, they should know it. I hate changing rules after bounty ends.
219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My country banned bitcoin. What I can do ? on: June 30, 2018, 06:04:21 PM
Your country can't really ban bitcoin. They can forbid stores to accept bitcoin as payment, but you can use bitcoin to buy online in stores which are accepting bitcoins outside your country, they can't really ban that. Bitcoiners are buying more things, paying taxes we are directly helping our countries, your government is dumbest one in the world.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL or REGRET!!! on: June 30, 2018, 12:50:20 PM
hodl if you want to have long term and big profits in crypto currency. That is really an effective secret
.
It is not any more, these days are behind us, we have to move to future meaning use your altcoins as money although it is not money. If you can buy something with crypto don't use fiat instead, use crypto.
And only then price will move forward.
