2001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: October 30, 2022, 08:33:13 PM
Although, a warning. The house edge may be low, BUT there's still a house edge! Managing your capital is MORE IMPORTANT than the favorite game to play.

It's true every game on a casino has a house edge. That's how the casino makes money over time. Even poker a game which is only played against other gamblers has a fee that the casino collects for the infrastructure and services they provide for us to gamble. When playing blackjack we can influence the house edge with our strategy. The more optimal we play the lower the winning chances of the house. Unfortunately the best gambling strategy will still not make a save profit, there is anyways luck involved in the games. Blackjack is one of my favourite games as well and I managed to get some decent profits over the years. Having a optimal blackjack strategy together with a martingale approach is what worked best for me. If you are looking for games with a low house edge you can also play some dice and roulette, it's very easy to learn for new players and you can start with only betting on Black/Red or the 50% winning chance. The most important thing we need to focus on in the beginning is not to bet too large, if we face a losing streak the chances are high we could go broke. Better to start small and build a bankroll over time.
I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you, the roulette is usually not considered as a low house edge game. The house edge of the european roulette is 2.70% and the one of the american roulette is 5.26%. In this article from the Wizard of Odds you can find a comparison between the main casino games, and as you can see there are several games with a lower house edge. In addition roulette is slower than craps and two times slower than blackjack and baccarat according to the article.

Average hands per hour :
Baccarat   72
Blackjack   70
Craps   48
Roulette   38

2002  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top Halloween Online Casino Bonus or Promo on: October 30, 2022, 07:29:36 PM
There is a total wins tournament at Dplay casino for Halloween. You earn points from the number of your winning spins on Halloween slots and not from the amount you wager, it means you don't need to be a high roller to participate. The prize pool is worth 150 000 Fun tokens spread over 10 spots.
The qualifying slots are Halloween Bonanza (BGaming), Book of Muertos (Spinomenal), Halloween Chase’n’Win (Spinomenal), HallowReels (Spinomenal), Joker’s Charms Halloween (Spinomenal) and Book of Skulls (Spinomenal).
If you have already a Freebitcoin account you shouldn't need to register there normally.

Does anyone know the precise RTP of the blackjack game please? Because I didn't find it in the FAQ page describing the game https://blackjack.fun/provably-fair
So, is the theoretical RTP higher or lower than common blackjack games? I noticed that you can split up to 4 times your hand but you can only double on 9, 10 or 11 and the dealer doesn't stand on soft 17.
2004  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake - The Official UFC Sponsor - Doesn't accept bets on the UFC on: October 30, 2022, 05:39:03 PM
Your account has a bet retriction due to a certain rule. You should clarify this to the support and not here because this limits is already been discussed many times and the Stake doesn't control the max bet limit but rather the bookmaker sets it on each account. Probably you win too much on your game history that’s why they lower your bet limit.

Contacting there live support is the best way to settle this matter. The title is misleading too, they accept bets but with only limited amount as seen on the screenshot.
No I don't think it has been discussed many times here, and many players are not aware of it unfortunately. Moreover we have never seen a representative explaining why they are doing that, how it works precisely and how they decide to restrict one customer, until now.
It's not a fair and honest practice to shadow ban customers without notifying them. They should at least be transparent with the customers and telling them for which markets and for which amounts they are restricted precisely.

People should really be minding out themselves that it cant really be that possible for you to take advantage or possibly able to apply those strats just to make yourself that able to pull off.Its true that house edge

is something that you cant really be able to avoid out and of course which platforms arent that letting those things that would really be putting them on disadvantage. They are a business and its just

normal that they would set out measures for its players wont really be able to milk out that much. There are techniques on gambling but doesnt mean that you could make out
guaranteed profits.
Why do you say players would milk out them? Who will be milked ? This is not a word I would use against players. The player doesn't decide the rules, he submits to them. The casino decides the rules and builds and offers the game. If one player has been able to win he hasn't milked out anything, he just managed to be better than the casino. The casino is better than 99.99% of the players, so if 0.01% are able to be better than them, it's not unfair and it won't destroy their business, they should just accept it.
2007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A lottery's defense to not paying a huge winning. on: October 29, 2022, 09:50:15 PM
This is a very serious case, from my understanding, I see that the Mr Nwachukwu understood the lotto game because if you check out he is always playing with confidence and he has been winning.

I guess Green Lotto are the ones that are manipulating the case because he don't want to accept their offer and has taken them to court. To deny all the accusations on them base on the three count charge. This is the reason why they came up with irregularities issues that he is a cheat.

If it was true that Mr Nwachukwu was cheating some how why where they giving him different sum of money at two different time. They would have told him he is a cheat.
I agree with you, accusing the customer of irregularities, is the most convenient and common argument from gambling companies to deny paying winnings to the players. We can see that every week in the scam accusation section. But it's not the player who made the game, the burden to make a game safe and clean without uncertainty is on the gambling company. If the customer has been able to commit irregularities then it shows there are deficiencies in the game. I hope one day all those games will be provably fair and will use smart contracts to pay the winners.
2008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT address check on: October 29, 2022, 08:58:47 PM
Which USDT? On Ethereum network? Tron network? What wallet did you use?
This is a Bitcoin address, but on Omni, I can't find any such payment.
Yes unfortunately many people do some missclicks when they try to withdraw USDT from exchanges or other custodial platforms. It's very easy to be trapped actually, and I've almost made the mistake last week. Fortunately I saw it was the bad blockchain at the last minute before sending.
@fuyicn you should tell us on which blockchain/network you wanted to withdraw your tether and you should try to check if you haven't made your withdrawal on another blockchain/network . Your address looks like a bitcoin address but Tether is now available on many blockchain/networks as you can see here https://tether.to/en/transparency/

My favorite gambling technique which helped me win decent amounts in the short-term is yolo gambling which is a pretty popular technique since it's one of the very few ways available to realistically beat the house in the short-term.

I've heard about the YOLO before and I know YOLO stands for "you only live once", but I don't understand this gambling strategy well. Can you explain in more detail how this works and how it can be used in gambling? I'd like to learn more about this so I can try it myself.

As far as I understand it, it is just an all-in bet strategy.  Not much of a strategy actually and is devastating if the all-in bet landed on red  Grin.  You can beat the house if you win then stop playing meaning it is a one time bet strategy.

To get an house edge negative you need to count cards or being able to recognize some of them. But usually casinos apply rules and procedures that prevent those techniques to be efficient enough to get a positive expected value.

Yeah it is very hard to use card counting  especially when you are not playin in LIVE blackjack.  Besides, Casino use multiple deck of card which makes card counting really hard.
Why do you say it's harder to count cards when you are not playing live blackjack, I don't understand? When you play live cards are dealt and played very quickly, so you must be a very good counter and player to be able to count and play at the same time while when you play blackjack at a video game version you have all your time to play and to count the cards. So I think it's easier actually, but not all video game versions offer a virtual shoe.
2011  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: October 29, 2022, 06:59:06 PM
Also, you might want to be careful with PMs from scammers after this.

Scammers and beggars must not see me as an easy mark because I have not received any PMs after revealing myself as the winner.

Oh wow! It means that before LamboResults you were like -5BTC ($100k)! How did you feel with that? Was it OK for you (easy come, easy go) or did it worry you? How often did you make deposits to cover your gambling?

Honestly, I was not in a good place. Bitcoin had been such a large part of my life for many years, but after such a massive loss, I cut myself off from the crypto community entirely. I had actually been logged out of my freebitco.in account for several months when the lambo competition took place. I only found out I had won after receiving a PM from a member on this forum congratulating me on the win and warning me that based on a previous post of mine people could figure out that I was the winner.

Anyway, to answer your question, no, this was not an "easy come, easy go" kind of thing. It was a lot of money to me (several years worth of savings). But even after losing so much, over time, I was reluctantly starting to accept that the money was gone. Life goes on.

I have made 2 large deposits to freebitco.in over the years. The last big deposit I made was nearly 4 years ago. I do occasionally deposit small amounts that I make from other sites in order to earn some interest, but nothing too significant.

I see, you are good with words, so please wright about some funny reactions on your telling someone, you won a Lambo.

I have not told anyone in real life about the win. That is not a conversation I would be comfortable having with anyone.
Your story is just insane, unfortunately there are way more spammers than actual gamblers on this forum but it's the first time I see someone talking about such a big win and such a big loss. You are the biggest loser I've ever seen here and the biggest winner too. What is the most surprising is the game you used to achieve that : a basic dice game online with no particular feature. Slot and casino game providers would go crazy if they learn that.
2012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling techniques on: October 29, 2022, 06:12:30 PM
I preferred Blackjack and Craps when application on techniques since other games especially slot is luck based games (I knew Craps is luck based game too but its house edge is very low because it has draw when the number that you bet or 7 didn’t win on the round).

I usually bet in Craps only on win 4 or 10 and wait for the result patiently even if I lose a single round because the pay rate is around 2.76 which is equivalent to almost 3 times of game. This bet with same amount multiple times will gave an advantage to win more if 4 or 10 appears even half of the amount 7 appear.

On Blackjack, Using the standard table matrix strategy will give you a little bit edge on the game and also Blackjack pay extra 50% so this is one of the best games to apply strategy.
Just applying the basic strategy at Blackjack won't give you an edge over the house, that is to say the house edge won't become negative even if it will become very low. It will usually stay around 0.5% depending on the rules used at the table. To get an house edge negative you need to count cards or being able to recognize some of them. But usually casinos apply rules and procedures that prevent those techniques to be efficient enough to get a positive expected value.

I would like to have you guys speaking about different gambling techniques so that we can exchange knowledge and improve our winning chances.

I'll leave my simple technique here and I'll hope you guys can leave some more!

I often use the stake doubling technique to several games. I normally do this with dice games and if it played correctly its profitable. What you have to do is simply start with a small stake and every time you lose you double your steak until you win. Once you win, you will recover all the amount you lost. This works if you have enough money to keep doubling your bet, so you should do your math and check with how much you should start. It is not infallible but it works.
I have heard of a technique for sports betting but I didn't really use it till now. The technique consists of placing bets on underdogs the longer before the event you can, especially if odds are very high and to cash out when/if odds go down. Because according to the people using this method, high odds from bookmakers go down more often than they go higher. It usually happens when the favorite of the contest get some unexpected troubles.

FUN token price is quite stable recently, just like BTC. I do not know what it means- it is good that’s stable, but it also means that there are no events which may change it’s price. How the promised roadmap goes?

Ah, and again no betting on F1. It would be interesting to see how determined Perez is.
Yes you're right, as last week for the american Grand Prix there is no market opened for the mexican GP this sunday again, that's sad because I like contests and races where we can place bets on several outcomes. I hope F1 betting will come back very soon there.
For FUN token, unfortunately nobody talks about it anymore, there was several threads about it but none of them seems to be updated anymore. I don't know which one is the "official" thread now but FUN token holders should take care of that to give it visibility. It's also sad to still not having a dedicated thread to Dplay casino while FUN token burns are made with its profits.
2017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino games plebs like us must play on: October 28, 2022, 08:36:11 PM
If anyone wants to learn how to play Craps, you can practice for fun without risking your own coins through BetPlay's casino, https://betplay.io/en/casino/play/1547/first-person-craps/fun

There's no requirement to log in, or to register for an account. You can just go to that link, and click/tap "play for fun", then it will take you to the table. The game is in "easy mode", and it highlights which numbers will give you a win, or a lose, depending where you place the bets.
Thank you for sharing this tip with us. It's nice to know that because unfortunately very few casinos allow to play in Fun mode to the First Person games from Evolution. So it's a good thing to see Betplay offering this feature to all people, even if they are not registered there. It's not so easy to understand all rules from craps because it's a game rarely available in european, asian and even south american casinos, so practicing it before gambling real money is a good advice IMO.
BTW do you understand why Seven pays less than Craps (4:1 vs 7:1) ?  Huh
2018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much was your last big win? on: October 28, 2022, 06:50:53 PM
Of late luck has not been on my side with my accumulators because they are always near wins with one or two teams failing to win. But before the year ends am hoping for something between 1000x and 10000x.
10000x from a sport bet? It's the first time I read that. That's just insane! It means you've only one chance among 10 000 to win. What is your strategy precisely? How do you pick your teams for building your accumulators and which sportsbook are you using to place those bets? You get some insurances or bonuses from those big parlays there? What is your biggest win with this kind of bet ?
2019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino with an online and offline branch. on: October 28, 2022, 05:58:55 PM
Are there any Casino's that are both online and have Land based locations where people can visit to gamble physically?

It is more likely for Land Based casinos to consider going online, but what are the chances that a casino that has started online will consider opening up a Land based casino in a very good gambling location? Do you think it will be good for increasing profit?
Some brick-and-mortar casinos are operating both online and offline indeed. For example the Oracle and Portomaso casinos from Malta allow to bet on some of their physical tables online through the Over-The-Table technology at few providers (Lucystreak, Vivo gaming, Absolute Live Gaming, Ezugi) and Marina casino from Sri Lanka is doing the same at Ezugi. I like this feature because it gives the real atmosphere of a physical casinos, with real chips and real customers playing at the table.
