Nice one btcage Gestures like this are something this has been sorely missed in recent times on the forum, Cryptocurrency in general used to be about bringing innovation into the equation and working together not making a quick buck. Guys, please use this thread to make your voice heard regarding the future roadmap and development of KoreCoin (and Viorcoin, they both deserve attention), ideas, (constructive) criticism and open conversation. There's a lot going on behind the scenes and Mikemike and the Team behind Kore make a refreshing change after so many pump and dump coins, they're open, honest and have the technical know how to deliver. Help support the network by staking even a few coins, maybe buy a few @ Bittrex (and no,I don't have any sell orders!) it all helps. Here Here, well said RD! A wallets main purpose is for sending coins and we desire to make this more secure and ANON. What basic options and features would the community like to see in a wallet? Obviously we cannot include everything as the wallet would have feature bloat and be too confusing. Also what are the features you think will appeal to others encouraging adoption among the Cryptocurrency community and the general public ? PMs welcome if you like. ..

Just got a contribution of 50. Thankyou Kore community.
My weight now 16, netwrok weight still displays as 0? Hope this is normal. kinda hehe
Just keep the wallet open and let it run, it may takes some time, even the whole day but finally it should start to work. thanks. Will do, been about 24hrs and 2 stakes, hopefully soon will be much more. Welcome DFiLeR, Thanks for your interest and support of Kore and it's network. The staking is slow at times but you will always get the same payout as long as long as you keep your wallet staking. So if blocks take longer the payout is more... Cheers, MM

My main idea for Kore is to Stake to Make calls and possibly share stake to pay for better service by paying for the infrastructure, or Burn part of the stake into new Coin so that making calls makes better PoS! Then it grows exponentially by more use equals more PoS returns. Also connect to a VPN to make calls and your wallet address will stake while making a call. Verification of the wallet and subsequently the address becomes the Shared Key on the VPN with a variable secret Stake Math equation made of coin to secure the requested wallet address on the VPN. If these 2 levels are met then com goes through, anything else becomes garble on the line and doesn't complete end points.
So this would increase staking by usage and secure the network by default as use occurs. Other scenarios could be entertained too. But we could call it Kore 5x5 maybe?
We will bring up all your ideas at the next meeting. Thanks for contributing!

The Kore Team has decided to fast track the Security end of the Æther Kripton OS. This will give a highly compelling reason to use the Kore Wallet till we reapply the VoIP Services. WE are building a NEW KORE TEAM and are in talks with many people. Could you donate your skills, time and even BTC to support the projects? We have already spent tens of thousands of dollars and with this added project moving KoreCoin into the future we Need Your Support!BTC Donation Address: 166ppAWTyJxrc1ThkNJWfMDu33iBXqpAoU https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=668886.msg9625014#msg9625014EDIT: We have yet another addition to the Kore Team. Please PM me if you are sincerely interested in shaking things up a bit! Support the Kore Network. Stake some coins... MM

One thing that never helped anything nor anyone is stupid wishful thinking. Both these projects, VIOR and KORE are DONE! tHOSE WHO WISHFUL THINK AND PLEAD AND KISS ASS SO THE DEVS WILL "TURN OVER" THE CODE, are not helping anything, they are just spreading false hopes (to call it something). FACT is these projects are stalled, abandoned and, at the moment, without any progression nor future. Admitting these clear, evident facts, would put an end to a wasteful phase. Next should be evaluating what it is, in the form of assets, real ones, that the "community" REALLY has and, with that in mind, push forward if there's enough support to warrant it and using the current distribution of coins as a guide to distribute whatever project, if any, emerges from these disasters. No one is going to "turn over" anything. Now, from that reality, is there a way for this community to go forward in any manner? I don't believe so, but I could be (and hopefully I am) wrong.
I agree and it's time to move forward being proactive with ideas, efforts, time, and/or money. If anyone thinks they have what it takes in the time to contribute then PM me to come on board otherwise we are no better than these promising Devs. This is one of the best quotes I've seen recently: "Strong minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, weak minds discuss people."

★ TAKE THE POLL! ★ This is a very important part of the process to meet user needs and wants which could greatly impact public adoption. It only takes a minuet. We want to know your thoughts on the most important features you deem necessary to get you to switch Mobile Devices. We value your contribution in being part of this poll and in the development of the KorePhone's Æther OS. http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/ther-apps-coders-shout-ground-floor-t2956802

He didn't make Vior, Vior actually had a real Dev who DELIVERED MULTIPLE TIMES and PROMPTLY. Don't include Vior in that shit storm of scam coins. I knew vidio was bad from just reading the Ann and so on. True, However the fact remains they are making it evident they have left the coin. Reasons don't matter especially if they are not communicated through PM to those who have a sincere interest to see the coin succeed. As with KoreCoin these Devs are more a hindrance in the long run to the Communities and alt coins in general leaving a trail of devastation in broken promises, stolen BTC, stolen ideas etc. Sure I respect their abilities to get things done or to do the coding but even that is now lost. One thing I will always be grateful for is that if it was not for kore then the projects we are working on may have never come to be and eventually it's going to go full circle...

I don't think that will matter much in the future... If ethical responsible people become involved. But thanks for the heads up!

Thanks for your participation and you make excellent points! Some of those I will have to get back to you on for exact specifics or approval to mention...
The Æther Kripton OS is centered around security and privacy, has no back doors and won't be bloated with malware and unneeded permanent APPS. The Æther OS is a simple and efficient code. We feel the same way you do which is the main reason the Æther OS was created. We have spent a good number of months translating TOR to .NET C# but as noted we shelved the project and decided to make something different and what we feel is ultimately more secure. A white paper will be released soon.
Also the encryption is not an add-on. It's built in... -snip- Sorry this thread does not have the most recent updates but the XDA Forums does.
Well the project is rather very interesting coming from people that were/are part of this problem. The majority here is aware of security and privacy issues of the today's world. Even though I don't participate on the XDA Forums (too much time is being consumed here as it is), I tend to take a closer look every once in a while. This OS could be the thing if you do it properly. The latest operating systems (after Android, iOS, Windows) were just weak attempts and some have yet to be released (Tizen?). What would be the rough estimate of completion? A year, two or? Months at the most and only a few till first hardware integration. I would say weeks but we have just added another huge task to the mix, taking over an alt coin... We intend for the Æther Kritpon OS to be a game changer. I know that can seem an arrogant statement to make but the proof will be in the pudding. Coding the new security feature has taken many months and should be completed in a few days to a week so the first glimpse of a "game changer" will be available soon. An Important Fact: We are not from the XDA Forums and of the Android/GOV bunch. That's my old nick from times past looking for help and offering suggestions for my new phone. We posted the project there to have a platform to announce what we are doing, encourage some APP coders to eventually dive in, find a Cyanogenmod Dev for specific applications, and encourage discussion on what's important to them in an OS. Obviously till it's functioning on a device we know most will be more than skeptical. Same on these threads in this forum. The alt coin Runaway Dev fiasco has dismayed the majority but there are some believers and soon enough we will have something to present to these communities and the world.

I'm going to help you out as nobody is replying in this thread. The poll doesn't have enough options. I can't really decide what would be the most important feature although I could list some towards a perfect OS/Phone. You need encryption (stronger than SHA256) by default (in addition to biometric security). Just make sure you don't do what Android did. Enabling the encryption slows the phone. It should be themed between iOS and Android in addition to using up less resources and having less preinstalled junk. Just look at Android it becomes slower pretty quickly. Samsung puts 50 apps on the phone out of which I don't even need 10. The phone has to have excellent security and resource usage, stability, simple UI, fast and it has to be battery friendly. The current operating systems do have all of this to a certain degree which is not enough. Is the API ready? What language was this coded in? C# and VB.NET? Thanks for your participation and you make excellent points! Some of those I will have to get back to you on for exact specifics or approval to mention... They have already provided all the back doors access so their touts of encryption and privacy are to allay the public's concerns. They won't be able to get out of their "contracts" so easily as they have been paid handsomely. Let alone they have all been compromised from the inside. BTW- Awesome quote in your profile! "Strong minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, weak minds discuss people." 1-5-15 SDK UPDATE: New Release Additions:+ Video Input (input as webcam for emulation purposes) + Audio Output + Example app (including course code) showcases video input (as a box that can be moved around with the pointer) and audio output by audio generation when buttons are clicked. + Fully transparent Tor- and VPN-targeted classes which can be used (as alternatives) to the standard .NET implementations (e.g. AEtherSocket.) Full backend Tor and VPN infrastructure will be implemented on the device. For now the classes are there to be the methods and code building blocks by which seamless TCP security operations will take place in future, on the KOREphone. + Bug fixes Æther SDK 0.3 Installer:https://mega.co.nz/#!uRlHAaKS!Wzw8Q_0UhxMXFQN31NqnH5PMTAx1kDSpz29uKn0yeM8All necessary APIs required in order to write 99% of apps is now complete (the exception being some games and apps that do 3D graphics.) Any extras which may be required will be added by request from any devs writing apps, of course. The hardware rendering infrastructure is next, followed by hardware integration. In the meantime devs have essentially everything they would need in order to write their apps.FYI: Attached is a summary of the OS components, it’s currently at just under 17K lines of code. That’s a lot more actual code; I’ve still yet to determine exactly how much that is but it’s easily double or triple the number. Sorry this thread does not have the most recent updates but the XDA Forums does.
