I wonder how much less energy consumption the PI has vs standard laptop for Kore coin staking. Anyone know where I can find some info on this?
I think there are forum channels for pi. Do a search I'm sure others have noted how many wallets use what hardware. You need to consider the amount of coins, in how many addresses, and how individual wallets stake. KORE uses near the least resources of all my staking wallets. I wonder if there is some kind of task manager/system monitor for a pi... MikeMike

I wonder which celebrities would be interested in Kore. I mean, they have to really appreciate their privacy. I think this would be a good tool for them.

Has anyone been able to get a Kore wallet running on a raspberry pi? I just got one and I'm curious to see if it's possible before I start trying. Thanks, Sentacks
Yes sir, I can write it up if you are interested. I used the OpenSuse 64 bit distro. Hiya J, Awesome work on your KORE Rasperry pi setup! Could you please put it in a doc and send to me in Discord so I could post it in the KORE OP page. MikeMike Sure thing. I'll order a new pi and document the steps this time Thanks J, for going through the trouble! If you need to be reimbursed for the pi let me know. MikeMike

Seeing as I am new to PoS I was curious if its better to have one wallet with a bunch of coin or if its better to have several wallets with the coin spread out, I'm assuming the first for coin growth and the latter for network support but I'm not positive. I'd like to know in order to help the network stabilize and grow.
~Matrix~
Good Question. For the KORE PoS wallet it is better to have multiple wallets because it better supports the Network. You will mine the same amount of coins. MikeMike

Good morning folks,
BTC's price is stiil a little crazy today, the ban of ICO's in China had some to do with it for sure.
On a good side note the Kore mobile wallet will come next after the Tor KoreSurf wallet and some other features are released.
Go Kore
Yes, This is correct. KORE has looked into an Android Wallet and we will first need to release most of what was promised in the new wallet before releasing an Android wallet. Cheers! MikeMike

The Korecoin wallet will be unavailable for roughly 10 minutes as we scale and expand our servers due to influx/demand of new users. We will post when everything is up and running again. Thanks for the heads up! MikeMike All done smoothly, was only minimal downtime. I saw that. Congrats! MikeMike

We're already coming back up. The dumping whales can't keep us down! Hold steady everyone and don't forget to stake. Happy labor day!
KORE has been in Hibernation for a long time while we regrouped, rebuilt an Incredible Team that I'm absolutely impressed with that are working their tails off even making new advancements. That said people sell and buy for many reasons and we have seen some no doubt open their wallets and Bittrex accounts after a long absence, saw the price rise and been taking some profits and maybe some of them did not even look at where KORE development is at this time and just are dumping their coins. This in the long term is good for KORE because it is a wider distribution of coins. It will take time for KORE to reach a well deserved marketcap and personally I'm pleased with this slow growth. I'm sure we will get some breakouts along the way and possibly a few huge ones as we move forward with our plans. MikeMike

And still the coin is dumping? For a tiny market cap coin I've never seen such a bearish, dump happy market.
Typical when BTC dumps from a recent high people dump alts to get what they can out. To attribute something different to KORE is unsubstantiated. Personally, KORE is looking bullish to me. This is why I'm constantly explaining to people to Read the OP page. Then read it again, and a bunch of my posts so they know what they have. MikeMike

I never had heard it before, but i will remeber it.
I like their graphics. The charts are clean and relatively user friendly. Huck So many new exchanges never get anywhere. I hope they have very good security protocols and treat their customers well. So far the response time and interaction is awesome. I would imagine it get a little slower if they get 500 coins listed. If they "do it/customer service right" and are not greedy like most the existing exchanges are getting they could have a chance. MikeMike Security/Performance over adding new currencies. Security is at the utmost top and performance a close second. We will never add a currency/more currencies if it was to jeopardize either of the two. Could you target CCEX and Cryptopia for Customers? I think people are getting fed up with their greediness. MikeMike

AN OS ALTERNATIVE to, "DUCT TAPE and BAILING WIRE" The Ęther Kripton OS is a uniquely secure operating system with no back doors nor Malware and most importantly it's New. This means it's highly efficient and easy to use without the "Duct Tape and Bailing Wire" approach that's needed due to current plugging of holes from: monitoring your activity, inclusion of Malware and back doors. Originally designed specifically for the KorePhone, the Ęther OS will eventually be Cross Platform meaning whatever apps are written for it can be easily transported to your Pad, Desktop, Laptop, Future Watch or most any device. Your entire Ęther OS can be migrated wherever you need to use it. Ęther OS will come with a fully featured SDK to allow developers to build applications and processes useful for the community. It's our goal to eventually fully open source all of the code. It will be released incrementally over time.

Hopefully, everyone has noticed how I've been posting the many language OPs for Bitcointalk, adding new information to different social media platforms, etc. As Social Media Director, my goal is to get KORE ready for the influx of people we are expecting due to the nature of the KORE Projects and other developments that we are working on. It's widely known that there's serious work being done behind the scenes as we enter an exciting new chapter with KORE. As we've been seeing lately, Bitcoin and altcoins are on a slow, upward climb towards mass adoption. I feel it to be extremely important to have various avenues to disseminate information about KORE as people search for it. There are a few other forums for Cryptocurrencies out there and I'm picking the most active to list the KORE OP and subsequent important posts. Here is the first one: https://cryptocurrencytalk.com/topic/87256-ann%E2%9D%81-korecoin-tor-service-nodes-browser-voip-aether-os-korephone-korebay/You're doing really awesome work Clutch! Appreciate your dedication at odd hours. MikeMike

I am just catching up on the thread. It's nice to see another exchange listing Kore. I will create an account there and try it out.
Cheers -Plex
Awesome Plex! We need more credible exchanges. I do hope this could be one and time will tell. MikeMike

MikeMike! Since 2014 you been on korecoin. What a commitment, what a grit, Congratulation Mike!
Thanks, I wont get into too much what I've been through Because We finally have the "Incredible KORE Team" needed to deliver. After filtering, I interviewed more than 20 Coders most from the Crypto Currency space and near everyone did not measure up to the ethical standards we require. So happy for KORE! MikeMike

Appreciate the KORE listing on your new Exchange. Hope you have much success! MikeMike Apologies for delays in any deposits, the KORE wallet got stuck while syncing and has a few blocks left to go until back up to date and running smoothly. No worries. We appreciate the prompt notice and Communications! MikeMike
