2021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you Considered a Career in Betting Consultancy? on: June 26, 2022, 08:12:16 AM
Betting consultants are gurus who have cracked the secret code of increasing one's chances of beating the bookies and sportsbooks. They provide professional betting advice to clients.

By exactly do you mean by betting Consultancy? Are you referring to the 3rd party brokers who help to place the bets or do you mean that the people who give bits of advice about the outcome of the matches or those who give a prediction of the matches are considered betting consultants?
By the way, do you think any one can predict the future 100% correctly and is there any secret code to know the outcome of the future events ?
2022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: June 26, 2022, 07:38:27 AM

PCB has every right to raise this issue, why should they stop playing international cricket during IPL? Props to PCB and Rambo as they are just trying to secure their cricket board's interest, that's their main job but at the same time BCCI is also entitled to secure their product.

I have been saying this for some time. PCB will stop complaining if the foreign player release fee goes to the ICC instead of national cricket boards. Right now Pakistan and most of the smaller boards are not benefitting from the IPL, because this fee is pocketed by a handful of boards such as CA, CSA, ECB and WICB. For boards such as PCB and BCB, there is only monetary loss from this league. So their argument is also true. If the BCCI wants the ICC to keep three months every year blocked for the IPL, then the ICC needs to be compensated for it.

PCB players do not take part in the IPL. So you are suggesting that if BCCI can give money to the PCB (which they will distribute among the players too), the PCB and other small boards will not protest on the duration of the IPL?

This means that PCB players will get free money without playing or doing anything while the rest of the world will have to earn the money. Would this be fair?
2023  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name Vs Site Functionality? Or Both? on: June 25, 2022, 05:43:21 PM
I think brand name is must needed with Functionality . a good brand name can make a company beautiful . Before start a business need to make a beautiful name for company if people can like that name . And then companys can focus on there project and a great marketing
I believe everything is important - be it brand name of site functionality everything is important.
I agree good brand name is important so is the functionality and so it the review and repute of the company. This makes the business a success.
I hate to argue about it but functionality should come 1st and that is the most important thing that a casino should have. That's their key to bring in more gamblers/customers to play and bet in their casinos, honestly, who would want a casino site that keeps on bugging and the customer service can't be reachable at times we need it the most and etc. The brand name comes 2nd because a gambler can always remember a certain site that has more features.

I think all the gambling sites function in the same way, they have almost similar games with a little bit different interfaces. However, the most important thing which makes a gambling site stand out from others is the gambling site's trust and feedback from the players. If the site is well reputed, more people will like to play at the site and they will not care much about the site name. Any site name will be popular if the gambling site is honest and reputed.
2024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price and actions to raise it on: June 24, 2022, 12:08:17 PM
This is the time to look around and ask: What else can be done to sustain BTC growth? How to increase interest in BTC? Everything possible is already being done on the stock exchange. Where are the other growth points? Growth points in increasing demand and interest. Experienced people and beginners love to play. Therefore, growth points can be in expanding people's awareness and offering new tools.

I think it's time to make websites with prices in different currencies: dollars, euros and crypto. It seems to me that this will contribute to the popularization of cryptocurrencies. Strengthening the popularity of cryptocurrencies would lead to an increase in their rate, to more lively trading, and as a result, to strengthening the status of cryptocurrencies.

As you know that we are not whales and also we are not influencers who can put any impact on bitcoin adoption.
However, the only thing we can do at individual level is to spread awareness about bitcoin to our families and friends. That's the best we can do as when more people will invest and involve in bitcoins, it's demand will increase and also its price.
2025  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: June 23, 2022, 05:05:01 PM
If you were given a choice, would you play regularly in a cryptocurrency casino WITH KYC, and with added benefits like first deposit/welcome bonuses and cashbacks?

Or would you like to play regularly in a casino, WITHOUT KYC, BUT also without the welcome bonuses, cashbacks and other extra rewards?

I would prefer a NON KYC casino even though the bonuses and other benefits may be less in that casino. I can give my KYC data to the casino if i know that they will keep this data secure. Usually, we don't get this guarantee from the casino.
Once you give your personal details, you are at high risk as they can misuse that data and in worse cases can sell your data. You never know what is going on at their end and we should avoid KYC, especially on new casinos.
2026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China warns Bitcoin is heading to zero on: June 23, 2022, 04:27:46 PM
Official Chinese national news media outlet warns readers that Bitcoin could go to zero value in order to dissuade them from investing in and using cryptocurrency.

In other news, old man yells at cloud.

No seriously, this is old news. How many people have been lecturing us these past few days just on this board that our BTC is going to be worthless? :-/

Regardless of whether this news is old or new, it's just a fud that bitcoin is heading towards zero. Whales want that we sell our bitcoins to them for cheap and they will influence every media to give such negative news to create an environment where everyone thinks to sell bitcoin to save their capital. This is indeed a trap and we should be careful not to listen to these unrealistic predictions.
2027  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Age of bitcoiners on: June 21, 2022, 04:52:25 AM
I'm sure the result will be 31-35, 35-40 years of age will get the maximum votes. The same is being recorded in the thread where the voting is done for average age of bitcoiners. This time we can see a good number of youngsters, which means the freshers/beginners with few years of experience in a job. Because during the pandemic these people got into cryptocurrency and now they make a good contribution.

Another reason why most bitcoiners will be between 30-40 years age is that for investment and trading in bitcoin requires capital and usually teenagers do not have that capital to invest. I have also selected my age in the poll but i don't think it is important for me to write about it here.  Smiley  As most people will not like to tell their age publicly on the forum.

Is KYC compulsory in skate.com and if so, which countries are prohibited ?

You may visit https://stake.com/policies/terms to learn more about the KYC and other terms and conditions.
Here is an extract of KYC from the same site.

2029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real-estate & Crypto on: June 20, 2022, 09:22:36 AM
Hello guys,
Do you know where is can purchase legally a real-estate asset in crypto?

To purchase a real estate asset legally with crypto, you will have to go countries where crypto is accepted legally, because without that, it will be a bit difficult doing that except you happens to meet a real estate agent willing to transact with you in crypto one on one.

Although he can buy a property without actually visiting to any country as the documents for that property can be send electronically via emails and the payment can be done instantly via bitcoins. However there is a possibility that the property agent may scam him in the process due to the fact the person is not present physically at the location.
Also I would like to know from which country OP belongs ?
2030  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8 months low, no better time than now. on: June 20, 2022, 08:08:37 AM
Bitcoin is already low for 8 whole months. What a scary name of a topic. To bad people dont remember that after reaching a price of $20k in 2018, Bitcoin has been down for 2 years. 8 months, compared to this is still nothing. Everything depends on when you have bough your Bitcoins. Those who have bought it in 2017, dont understand what "low" are everyone talking about.

This might be scary for those who have bought at high prices but it is a golden opportunity who always wanted to buy bitcoin at lower prices.

Some people are still not buying at under 20,000$ as they are anticipating 15k or less.  It's better to buy now because when bitcoin will reach new highs over 70k, it will not matter much if you bought at 20k or 12-15k.
2031  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 20, 2022, 07:15:22 AM
Looking for more crypto casino options, used to play on stake but had kyc asked over,is there any that has absolutely 0% chance of that being asked ?

ps: if you are a winning player (i know its rare or impossible) or won a big jackpot on any crypto casino, i would like some tips if you can,i can pay for your time,my telegram is @ ellieljonzz

First of all it's better that everyone replied to you here and not personally on the telegram. Secondly there is hardly any casino which will allow you to withdraw very big amount of jackpot without the KYC. Maybe if you withdraw in small chunks you might be lucky to get away with the KYC. If you won big amount you can give your KYY to window that amount. I think it will be okay for you.
2032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Bitcoin Disappointed You ? on: June 20, 2022, 06:25:16 AM
Bitcoin has broken the all time high of 2017 and now it is around 19,000$. The worst part is that even on these level, we are not seeing any pumps and look like price may fall all the way to 10,000$ or even lower.
Once bitcoin was at 69,000$, who would have thought that bitcoin will go so low so fast ?  Now what do think, where we are in terms of bitcoin cycle. I think we are already in th bear market since summer of last year and maybe the bottom/ end of bear market is near ?

If you are old in the market and have seen previous bull and bear markets then you will know that this price action for bitcoin is nothing new. Bitcoin usually fell more than 80% in bear market and this iis not the end. Bitcoin will recover and make new highs in the next bull season.

The new one in crypto need to study the history of bitcoin and need not to panic in these bear times.
2033  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC back at 20K. Imagine who sold at 17.7K. on: June 20, 2022, 04:55:24 AM
Some people never learn. This is not the end of the world. BTC has the capacity to grow like 50% in 1 week so people should learn that every drama is temporarily in the crypto world. Poor naysayers. Poor Peter Schiff. Such unhappy people. All the gold still doesn't make them happy. Cheers to you all happy Bitcoiners Cool

As per the subject, there is no reason to sell at 17k or even at 20k. We are very near to the bottom and this is not a wise decision to sell at thewe low prices.
Wise people buy at these prices and not sell. A month ago no one could have dreamt to see bitcoin below 20k. A lifetime opportunity to buy now.
2034  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | BET CONTEST ▄■▀■▄ on: June 19, 2022, 07:09:35 PM
The admin was online on the forum last on the 1st of June which to me a a little bit OK if he has been offline for over two months then we can panic that the war may have affected him but to this point I think he is fine. Maybe he has become a little busy running the site properly so hiring team members to work with will do a whole lot of good.

Even if he is not online on the forum, then why do you need to panic? Do you play at bitvest and had any problems? If so, then let us know.
If not, then why would you or anyone want that he become active here. He may have other important things to do in life. As long as his both gambling sites are running without any withdrawal problems, everything is fine.  Smiley
2035  Economy / Speculation / Was 17600$ was the bottom ? on: June 19, 2022, 06:39:49 PM
Yesterday the bitcoin price dumped to 17,600$. A lot of people are saying that the bottom would be 12,000$ or 15,000$. Some even think that 6000$ is on the cards. However, we have seen some recovery in the price and it is now above 19500$.

Maybe 17600$ was the bottom or do you think there is more dump in the coming days/weeks?
2036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: June 19, 2022, 04:51:24 PM
The match between India and South Africa is being delayed again due to rain. But before the rain started, India batted 3.3 overs. Sadly, they lost their two opener batsmen by collecting just 28 runs. Although the Indian squad has a lot of talented batsmen, it is difficult to collect big if the openers do not play well.
The game has been abandoned. We could have seen a good match but nature opposed it so this match is no more. South Africa have done well in this series and they have gone a long way in trying to beat India to give their full strength. However, India did not play badly. Maybe the final result would have been decided today but that is no longer possible.

I was very much interested to watch the final decider match between the two teams, but the rain spoiled the event and the series ended 2-2. I would not say that India or South Africa was the beneficiary of this result. The final match could have gone anywhere and also we have seen that South Africans are not good at chasing. (Indians were batting first in the final match too)
2037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deriving pleasure in gambling even while losing. on: June 19, 2022, 12:32:12 PM
There is no fun in gambling if you can not only risk the amount of money you can afford to lose, if you risk more and you gamble more, you will lose more and it will become a problem. There are psychological effect in gambling, you lose and you use an amount you can afford to lose, you are not depressed, if you lose and you are used an amount too big for you to afford to lose, you are depressed. If you see gambling as income, you can use higher amount for it and lead to depression, your friend do not see gambling like that is the reason.

You cannot win every game in gambling so you need to prepare yourself that you can face the loss too. If you have prepared on how to handle the loss, then you will still drive the pleasure out of a loss (though it won't be similar to a win). In order to be prepared for a loss, the best and the most important thing which you need to do is to do risk management. Without risk management, you will lose all your capital.
2038  Economy / Gambling / Re: SandboxCasino.io サンドボックス It's Simple: Fun and Fair. on: June 17, 2022, 04:34:26 PM
But unlike other online casinos, sandbox casino.io stated multiple times publicly that they "have no kyc policy". It turned out that all those claims were pure bs!
Even if we forget about this, why do they need the bank statement for, is this really needed? What if he got his coins from somewhere else?

Every casino states that KYC is not compulsory but when you win big, then suddenly your KYC becomes mandatory. This is more true for casino which are relatively new.
Asking for a bank statement is ridiculous, these are just delaying tactics or excuses not to pay the amount. Think for a moment, if he would have lost $100,000 (instead of winning) while playing, would the casino be concerned about where these coins are coming to them  Huh
2039  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: June 17, 2022, 04:09:31 PM

So we have a number of sites which are in fact the official mirrors of stake.com. I never knew the list was quite big.
Does these mirror sites are hosted on different servers but they point to the same database ?

2040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever thought of doing your thesis on Gambling ? on: June 17, 2022, 03:38:35 PM
snip
If those who have money will consider gambling as a hobby, I think they will regret it especially if they often lose from gambling. Gambling is not a hobby that can be done by people because there is a loss factor that can make them lose everything in the end. Maybe if later there was a thesis issued by an educational institution about how dangerous gambling is to people, it would help them to think twice if they wanted to gamble.

Whenever you write a thesis, it's usually in the favor of the subject matter. It's not common to write thesis telling the disadvantages and drawbacks of gambling.
Anyways, is there any thesis on luck? Since gambling is only luck based, i don't think a thesis may help you win in gambling. And also, gambling is for those who have money to lose, so if you do not have extra money, stay away from gambling.
