Probably the developer did not find money and decided to conduct IСO, I think he might have a desire to continue the project on his own or on another IСO. To pay interest dev needs to have some seed fund that should cover all bitcoins avalable atm of fork. As there is no such seed it is very likely that promised interest will be either miserable or remain promise forever. I don't think it will survive in span of two months.
The interest will be paid in BI coins AFAIK so the the dev just needs to premine a bit lol. Devs arent handing out bitcoin |

BMail has 5 members on the team. This is quite shocking, BMail is really a huge project but behind this is only 5 people. They are indeed amazing. I hope BMail would launched their test version for us to experience the securedness of the project. Really lots of development and maybe soo listing on the exchangers would be possible. So from what i understood , ATFS will increase the productivity and save land , water , on top of that a healthy meat and direct easy transaction between the supplier and consumer ! Everything in the project looks magical and hard to believe , but i will trust the team and follow them trough out this journey . I'm on the look out  It may look magical or fantasy due to the current situation right now but at least we can see a project that putting an effort to make it a bit better by using blockchain for agricultural technologies. Let us just support this project and someday we will see the result and hope it would be spread worldwide. But there's like absolutely nothing to connect blockchains and farming. Blockchains arent going to water your farms. Devs are yet to answer that |
