Though the outlining of our new local exchange infrastructure,
has been named wite-paper, by me, the expectations, i got from this
kind of unprecise wording, have been enough, to realize, YES its time to clean up
our wite-paper, then our roadmap, then our to-do-list l think we got to a point,
where we are progressing fast enough to implement this as an regularly task.
(note to myself: time to review and tighten our project management)
By the way, it seems, we triggered some interesting tipping point,
since three days requests by merchants and services and inquiries from news-magazines
are pouring in on a nearly hourly basis.
I didn't expect that to happen anywhere near from where we are today.

O.K. lets get detailed,
Some of you may remember my former Robocoin ATM company, "Transfair ATMs".
I confounded it with one of my best friends and now· wie are active helping each other
in various projects.
About half a year ago "Local Bitcoins" didn't manage to comply with
Germany’s Money Exchange law and left the market.
What they did wrong, was taking users money and charging for the service.
My friend, Gideon had an idea, how to fill the niche and founded "bitcointreff,de",
witch is now the only direct person to person exchange service in germany.
 The service doesn't take your money and is even freé of charge.
For pur policy makers they are just an classified ads portal and therefore there is no regulation.
Its even uniqly its the ONLY service, that doesn't have ANY record,
of the amount of coins you may have been trading at all
Now the service has its user base
and provides person to person bitcoin exchanges all over germany and does that totally free of charge.
At this point we decided, that I am getting in and connect additional services and do some Internet-Marketing.
Looking closer, I realized, that there could be a much bigger picture behind the underlying politics, and I was right:
It turned out, its just a question of time, that the rest of Europe will follow banning "Local Bitcoins",
because their compliance rules are classically the same.
When it comes to bad policy, Europe is always on the forefront of mass adoption, lol!
Therefore we are now working on following:1) getting international and lauching our servioce throughout Europe, FAST
2) integrating Europecoin to be the only Altcoin, being locally availabe via a Local-Bitcoins-like service in Europe.
3) taking our experience from Staisybit.com and begin mass-mesh-connecting of our present and future services
4) integrating the country maintainer concept from my first wite-paper and then
VOILA the most difficult part of my infratructure concept (local, personal availability all over EUROPE): DONE!!!

staking can only work when wallet is encrypted, but unlocked.
You can unlock it with the feature "for staking only",
with some highly questionable gain of security.
If you don't unlock your wallet, untill its done syncing,
you have contributed some more to your securiity.

The COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION of those, who are active, is mostly happening somewhere else, (very very much via Twitter, and via the Staisybit Slack)
Also, if you read VERY CLOSE, you will find out, very many people on other coins are just asking questions or demanding something.
This is something you will find quite seldom in our thread, because we are taking care of our users, keep them up to date and keep them deeply informed,
ALL THE TIME. Ask them, you may find out, many are not posting, because they are just happy.
We have to rethink the "there has always to be some talk" approach.
Though crypto is currently a community of entusiasts and pioneers, dont forget, the goal should be exactly the opposite.
From the user perspective a currency should make his life easier, instead adding another problem or
instead of demanding him to regularly check in somewhere.
Any coin, that fails to see, that currency will be a SERVICE instead of an ASSET very soon, will not be around us at that point.

im not lot active between the hollydays and new year
but i can confirm new wallet working and staking
so far everything fine
what i still miss is the wallet with the staisybit tab inside wallet that we see on the promotion pictures of v2
i think that would give ERC wallet a total new dimension if its additional a gateway to manage all ur staisybit coins
Yes, though the tab is released, its not published into the windows version.
If you are compiling from source, you have the cloudstaking tab included.
(i tested it successful under Kubuntu 64bit).
The compiled windows-wallet, does not have the tab, because there are some issues, with
the QT WEBVIEW libaries, witch are not really working yet.
Given, that Alberto is already developing the second version of this tab
(to switch the current browser based tab into a real client-sever application, with some new (remote) blockchain-features ...
...nope of course i don’t tell details of the features, i already told much to much, lol )
He will likely focus to progress with the new version instead of fighting with the webversion.
In that case, windows users will see the tab on next release.
But who knows ..

Is KDC involved in Startcoin??? Im from New Zealand and i have not even heard anything about KDC in the news! lol This is interesting, i thought he would have had a good case for staying. It was pretty badly handled with the way the police arrested him and broke into his property. How can he even be extradited to the US when he is not even a US citizen and was operating outside of US jurisdiction???

As well as our wallet is not only technological better and much more secure,
