2061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers understood the game on: May 23, 2023, 08:19:48 AM
How many times have you successfully invited some gamblers to online casino? What is your experience doing so?

It's never an easy task to have to comvince and persuade someone into gambling, you will have to engage on an extensive talk and explanations to get them convinced first before you now begin to teach them how they can bet in gambling, this is the normal procedure which is a bit difficult to do for someone who has no gambling experience or interest before, but the whole lot of stress could be ease if the person is already interestes in gambling but need the help of someone to out him through.

I have successfully brought in four people into crypto gambling, and it was the easiest thing ever, they came asking if it's possible to use crypto for gambling and I said yes, but I told them that I am not ready to introduce any platform for anyone, but these guys then showed me there past gambles on a local website that only accept Fiat, that's when I got soft with them and I showed them the websites I use for gambling.

You got it very easy on you because they are not a newbie in gambling even though they have been using the local gambling stations, there's nothing bad if you can recommend them with few online casinos to try out, they already know the risk in gambling to be win or loose unlike someone that has never gamble in his entire life before.
2062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: effect of a million bitcoins on: May 22, 2023, 09:36:40 PM
No effect on the network at all, only I think if the sender is kind enough to set a very high fee for the miner's reward (as a billionaire) say 1000BTC for a single transaction, then it will probably be a record in bitcoin mining history using current price conversion.

Fine anyone ca hodl upto such amount but i also think about it im this direction that it's too much, bitcoin is a currency that has to be evenly distributed across the world that everyone will have access to it utilization, if those mining it aren't greedy enough to cease them to their own favour and hodl or inflate the price then i don't think those holding it as well can make any difference than to sell from what the market gives
2063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The unforseen and likely occurrence in the Bitcoin space on: May 22, 2023, 09:30:40 PM
Good day everyone, base on your interaction with the crypto space , in 10 to 20 years to come, what are the unforseen situation that may be exposed to the Crypto space and what are the right measure that can help curtailed this situation.[) quote]

There's no unforeseen good and better development with the bitcoin network that we haven't seen already with the bitcoin network and it BIPs whicheams nothing than seeing the network progressing as expected and extending to every part of the world where it has not been adopted, we all look forward to seeing more countries making bitcoin a legal tender, we don't expect any other than thses as long as the network is not attacked and the protocols remains effective guiding it with the blockchain technology, bitcoin remains ever relevant.

2064  Other / Politics & Society / Re: All bad - like the main one? on: May 22, 2023, 03:54:59 PM
Being good or bad is not by saying it with mouth, we see it from their kind of lifestyle, some say that they are very dreadful but you discover that it's just an empty threat and some that also profess being good are the ones very worst to trust their characters as to how far they can be so desperate in doing wicked things underneath, we cannot know ourselves completely not to talk about knowing others and their way of life.
2065  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: effect of a million bitcoins on: May 22, 2023, 03:45:09 PM
what will be the effect on network and different technical metrics, if anyone sent 1 millions bitcoins in 1 transaction (hypothetically for now because no one have even 2% in one wallet)

The bitcoin market will turn centralized which is not possible, there will be manipulations by the giant whales in determining the bitcoin price.

It also depends on the medium in which such individual is sending from, if it's through an exchange then it depends on the policies and they make for the minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal capacity, if its an transaction from a Cold storage then i think that they should be able to accommodate more higher rate than the exchanges, but let's say the reality, no one can hodl upto that amount not even in El-Savador where bitcoin is a legal tender, the beauty of bitcoin lies in holding it in every channel of distribution across the world and not by a single mother entity.
2066  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who has never done it before. on: May 22, 2023, 03:39:11 PM
Children and teenagers learn better from what the see rather than what the hear, the reason why the environment a child grows up in is a very strong determinant and factor to their upbringing.
It's true that most times, children who are said to be brought up in a proper environment turn wayward along the line but I am very sure in most cases, those characters are hereditary, either from the dad, mum or even relative.

We were all once at a point in time a child and have been in such stage, so we should be able to tell more about the experience of children in the society and means they learn, grow and adapt in the environment as a matter of fact, the best we could give them is to invest in them what will make them a better person tomorrow, because children are the leaders of tomorrow, we must train them at all expenses to us to have rest tomorrow.
2067  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can't central bankers just buy all the bitcoin and miners? on: May 22, 2023, 03:33:23 PM
Can't central bankers just buy all the bitcoin and miners? so what is the point again? to prolong are $lavery?

They can't do that, not only can't they do such, bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency and cannot be owned by the government, we have miners distributed across the world in all countries holding their bitcoin reward after mining and can't sell to government except individuals through p2p for privacy sake, aslo know that the entire bitcoin isn't mined completely at the same time, there's still more to solved over the years coming, so no single entity can accumulate the entire bitcoin, not even Microstrategy or anyone well known as giant whales.
2068  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Getting Educated on: May 22, 2023, 03:27:22 PM
Education is a major tool for a successfully society which means without education no development, knowledge also is important because it is almost the same with education and it is the bedrock of education, when an individual lacks know he or she is misinformed or falls withing the category of people that fails to learn and unlearn so in everyday in this new era people that want to learn are learning because the internet has made it even more easier to learn.

Anyone not educated will take the consequences of being an illiterate because it will affect their behavior, thinking ability, reasoning factor, mental and physical behavioral manners, some use to say tha illiteracy is a disease, because it will affect the general overview of the person in his business and entire life circle in the society, education brings about every technology advancement we are seing today including the phone we use and the forum that we all gather here to discuss about bitcoin and others matters of the economy and society.
2069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: May 22, 2023, 03:21:22 PM
BTC and ETH will outperform most of the market, apart from a handful of project that will stay relevant in the longterm, if you're confident enough to pick those out, then go for it but most people will end up losing money. So better stick with the big one which is BTC.

Of you take bitcoin first then follow by Ethereum, i don't see any risk in doing that because they are well recognized cryptocurrency, i will not advise putting your entire money into them because anything can happen, try to maintain being safe, take low risk and maximize your winnings potential by making diversification with your investment, try to target the bullrun and hodl the investment on your personal crypto wallet.
2070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Relying on someone else's signals on: May 22, 2023, 03:13:54 PM
Does anyone have experience following someone else's signals? How did that work out?

You're free to follow anyone else signal, prediction or ideas as lomg as you're away of the risk involved and you're taking it for yourself, there's nothing too bad in learning how to read about those signals as well, they were not also born with it, they only sir to develop themselves in learning, you have the opportunity of the use of internet, or the forum here in learning, if you don't learn, will you continually go to them for more signals each time.

I personally have belief that all signal groups try to make money of you rather than for you, whether it be through making group behind paywall later on, using group members for pump & dumps, using group for marketing, etc.

Has anyone here ever succeeded in following someone else's signals?

Joining a group is not by force, it's a choice, some will even pay for it while they believe in whatever they were being told, well that's their own choice, it's their money at stake not ours.
2071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if the block reward was based on the absolute value of the delta in hashr8? on: May 22, 2023, 02:42:09 PM
Hashrates cannot be stopped at except if the entire blocks had been completely mined, for now there's no fix hashrates level that we use in determining this because it can be a little high or low sometimes, but yet that's not the reason to why the bitcoin price or the transa fee jumped up, there are many things to consider to this, but in this occasion of the recent experience, it was due to the inclusion of ordinals inscription on the bitcoin network making it more competitive as they imcreases so is the transaction fee increases because they have taken over the network because of their highest bid for making their own transaction to get confirmed first.
2072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how exchanges list news crypto tokens on: May 22, 2023, 02:24:07 PM
i want to know,
how do crypto exchanges list new tokens, what terms and condition or what type of document are needed to list a token .
i really doesn't know anything so may be the written terms may seem off the points

Definitely there will be requirements to this process of enlistment and this has to do with each particular exchange with their own requirements before they can enlist a coin, also know that there's risk in doing such because you may not actually finds out the real state of the developers of that coin or project and same applies to the exchanges that make enlistment, not all exchanges are reliable, some have no reputation can can easily low down their requirements to ensure they enlist as many as possible cryptocurrencies which many may turn scam at the end, but ones we know the risk involved in both the coin and the exchanges, we will know to further our research before investing on one.
2073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [WARNING] Stay away from BRC-20 tokens - there are far better options on: May 22, 2023, 02:10:40 PM
I think those people that are obsessed with BRC20's don't realize that the dev himself said that it's still experimental. But on this market, people who sees some opportunity to make quick profits don't have to look at those sides.

As long as they get money from these trends, they'll stay and when it's about to show its pitfall then everyone will start to loose and untie themselves on it before it collapses.

Thank you OP for this thread!

If you're interested in NFTs and you're putting your money into them calling them your investment then you're wrong, that hype they always see common to this kind of token is what use to deceive many from enjoying the fruit of their investment after they would have been distracted to invest on the wrong token, there's a very high risk in token than in memecoins, we should know that they are just all about a temporary research just like the testnet before the main launch is out which is the coin.
2074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT OR MEMES on: May 22, 2023, 01:47:38 PM
It's more safe to invest on coins and not NFTs, try as much as possible to make sure that your investment is what you do to make you have a future rest because NFTs could come with some uncertainties that could create fear in the future, if you're also choosing memecoins as your preferred investment, make sure you have conducted a prooper research on them before choosing any because some have wrecked rown their investors in the past as the project eventually failed along the line leaving them without option left to embrace.
2075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Cardano still a good investment? on: May 22, 2023, 12:22:22 PM
I am looking to add one more Crypto to my portfolio and thinking Cardano but wondering how high this can really go during the next bull run.

Cardano is not that bad, you can also consider some few other coins to complement it like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polkadot, Litecoin and BNB, you will definitely have more reasons to earn better during the bullrun becau we are getting closer to that already, if you buy now and invest, hodl till the bullrun begin and things would have worked out beyond expectations.

I am looking for a 10x minimum between now and bull run and the current price is £0.29 with a £10billion market cap - the chances of Cardano doing a 10x next bull run are likely right?

One about about bullrun is that we cannot predict the exact range limit it will go or how far it will reach, but what we normally work on is the new set on bitcoin all time high and this also makes every other cryptocurrencies move in the same pattern except for shitcoins.

I do not know too much about Cardano just that it is current top 10 and many rave about it, would be good to hear thoughts on this both good and bad.

It can be among the top rated currencies but yet conduct your own personal research about the coin and know their current stand in the crypto market before investment, no one here will give you a guarantee on any coin or vouch for them because we are all on the same level of taking risk investing in them.
2076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 22, 2023, 11:26:03 AM
There have been many examples when a gambler has no limits when playing gambling to become bankrupt, and that is a lesson for us to always remember that we must apply good management of our finances while playing. I am also a bit of a gambler in that I only play with money that I am prepared to lose. I'm thankful I can suppress my urges when I want to gamble but I don't have extra money to play with. The reason is if I force myself to play it will disrupt my financial flow in the end. So I do my best to control myself when I don't have money to play with.

Being a considerable gambler, once you detect any abnormalities in your gambling experience, the first thing to do is to pause and fix yourself right, there are many ways to go over addiction and other unethical behavioral attitudes one might had developed through gambling and some are:

1. Change your environment if it's a gambling enabling environment
2. Avoid friends who are addicted to gambling and adds no other benefits to your life
3. Read books on maintaining an addicted lifestyle and how to change as a person
4. Engage doing something every day to keep you busy and avoid any unimportant relationships.
2077  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling is a choice. on: May 22, 2023, 10:56:42 AM
I feel soory for her, but unfortunately, whining and screaming is not going to help! She got tricked by professional scammers and there isn't much she can do to get her money back.
Those scammers know where to conduct their tricks and know whom to trick. They will let you win few rounds before they start ripping you of.
Online gambling is totally different, thanks to provably fairness.

No body who happened to be a scam victim ever expect such coming, but some people are too flexible and kind in believing in others too easily, they are too loosed and don't consider the probability that those they are dealing with could surprised them in a negative way because they never had a bad intention on them or suspect them, tis are the category of newbies and unexposed novice that always assum thesame mindset they are having is what those they are dealing with are having with them not until they got scammed, there's need for more awareness on scam to all our newbie about their new developing techniques and strategies they use in attacking newbies in gambling.
2078  Economy / Gambling / Re: Without money, does it still qualify as gambling? on: May 22, 2023, 10:42:11 AM

same as my view because i cant expect myself using all the time i am supposed to gamble for real money in playing in some online free games, it's not possible and if I have much time I will rather spend it gambling for real money because even while we playing for fun, we still have to add money to it to make it more motivating on the long run.

Those that could gamble with demo accounts are the computer gaming freaks and newbies who are looking for ways to familiarise themselves with the casino and its features but aside from that, one will need to gamble staking real money to get the right motivation and drive to play those games.

The majority of people never use the casino in its demo version, it is uncurrent, when you enter a casino the adrenaline does everything, it is known that if it earns with fictional money it is something disappointing, I have had very little with the demo versions,But it is not what we are looking for, because what we are looking for is more fun and we always want the best and if it is to win at once it is much better, because the emotion is also in retreat and that everything flows in the best way, without However, I think that demo versions is for us to realize the risk we are taking when we have little money and risk it will always be difficult.

When it comes to gambling affairs, then money has to be involved because that's the money means to why we call it gambling, let's put it like this that gambling is not complete until we use money to make a bet in it, only the lottery which is synonymous to gambling requires no money before you can partake, then the other example is in the case of those that uses gambling demo videosz games to learn and practice about gambling before they are into gambling fully, this is often common with newbie who are yet to get familiar with gambling experience.
2079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: May 22, 2023, 10:24:17 AM
Thinking about taking a break from gambling can help put your mind at ease after a few losses and even if you could access or use more money, you'd think it wasn't worth it because you've lost before. And with a little rest, we can think we better quit gambling. In gambling, we can quickly feel emotions rising beyond our control and if that happens, we can lose money because we have lost.

If one is gambling and there's no results on tangible benefits then it's better to put a pause and recheck, gambling is what we should take out with fun and enjoy, not until we are winning alone that we get this satisfaction of having fun, but gambling as a whole must improve our life and one of the ways to make this a reality is by gambling responsibly and avoiding addiction in gambling, addiction could only make us loose focus in other areas of our lives and left what should be done undone, because we addicted gambler loose focus on priorities in life.

And it's true that if we can stay calm, we can handle the situation well and even though we've lost a few dollars, we can still smile and walk away from the casino. But it's not easy and it takes a lot of practice to control the rising emotions.

Impatient and being hurry will lead us to no where than landing us where we never expects and everything begins with how we are being disciplined in what we do each day of our life.
2080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: May 22, 2023, 09:48:01 AM
In my opinion, the number of reckless offenses has nothing to do with gambling, so I would suggest that in fact the problem lies much deeper - most likely at the level of the psyche of each individual. We've all heard stories of people doing nonsense that is hard to believe, but that doesn't mean that they are all gamblers. It is quite possible that gambling can provoke a person, but if he is in his right mind it is quite difficult to do so. In addition, even people who do not gamble at all commit such reckless acts.

You will get many experiences in gambling because it's a platform that has a large number of gamblers and non gamblers visiting it everyday, just use the forum here for an example, you will discover many people behaving like they were not from the planet earth with such their annoying acts, yet we all move together, with time some yield to change while some left, gambling experience is very wode, some make moves to abuse their system, attack them or even accused them for nothing, anything that has to do with dealing with a large number of people needs patience and a good security measures, things like this are inevitable from gambling platforms to have any time.
