1481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How quick do altcoins pump in bull run? on: June 21, 2023, 03:09:54 PM
2024/25 will be my first bull run and I have been patiently buying and holding for over a year now.

Just wondering for those who were in the last bull run what it was like and how fast prices pump during the peak bull times?

Any advice on how to prepare when it comes to being ready to take profit?

If you truly want to partake of the bullrun when it comes, try and maintain this safety precautions, know the kind of currency you will buy because not all cryptocurrencies can be regarded as a digital currency, if the coin you've invested has a good market potential and the developers and investors are very active in giving it the support needed to keep alive the existence of the coin, you can go ahead investing on them after taking your own research about them using various parameters to serve as an indication to wether or not a good potential coin to invest, then you will have to hodl and sell when youre desired aim is achieved.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: June 21, 2023, 02:50:31 PM
It's often believed that men are more inclined to be risk-takers than women, not only in gambling but also in the investing world. The majority of investors are indeed men. Similarly, in gambling, it is true that most high-risk takers are men, while women tend to gamble more for entertainment purposes.

Men have this kind of a developed risk taking mindset unlike the women, men are more likely to gamble than women and this does not apllies to gambling alone, there are more other aspects where women are not actively involved like that because of the risk also involved in which women were still believed to be low risk takers or none at all.

Furthermore, some women enjoy gambling even more when they are not using their own money.

Yes, if you're to give them money to gamble, they will definitely give a try even when they have no experience about gambling all because it's coming on a platter of gold, being free, they like anything that is freez less risk and income generating task, that would require less from them.
1483  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: June 21, 2023, 02:24:10 PM
I also don't want the gaming world to go to the AI level, because it would be very bad for everyone, and yes, I think that if it were to be like that, it would lose the excitement, because we cannot compete with an AI that has all the data fresh and instantly and that is capable of calculating immediately, our brain doesn't work that fast, or maybe it does but we don't know how to use it, so it's better that the games remain just games without the need to use AI, but it's something impossible, everyone who has access to the AI will want to win easily and with help, and the AI can make them win.
But we can't deny that when more technology comes to the gambling industry, casinos will probably implement it into their systems. We can still have fun even though AI is integrated into the casino system. Casinos also don't want the presence of AI to reduce the number of gamblers because there might be gamblers who don't like AI. But we can also use AI because, of course, there is AI for business and AI for users so each code will be different. Casinos must be aware of cheating by users in using AI because there will definitely be cases like that.

Ever since the introduction of the new Artificial Intelligence network in gambling, everyone want to have a different experience and acceptance for the use of this new advance technological system, you will discover that many kicked against it when they found out with many means it could cause a vulnerability attack on their system, if they go against it then we must totally comply strictly to their protocols as they want.
1484  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: June 21, 2023, 01:47:29 PM
So many of the casinos that do claim that they are Bitcoin casinos and still ask for KYC from there customers are missing the information in a big way that Satoshi Nakamoto dropped in the whitepaper.

Cryptocurrency is meant to be decentralized and should not be after the identities of gamblers who use there casinos. Big gamblers that know the effect KYC could pose in there privacy status will never agreed to use KYC casinos.
True, but it's very difficult for crypto gambling sites to offer complete anonymity due to regulators breathing down their necks all the time which is why they enforce KYC which is understandable upto a certain extent.

Crypto gambling sites should only ask for KYC for big amounts and if they legitimately suspect the customer without mandatorily enforcing it.

They do offer but just say that not all that offers it, you have to narrow your search on this to be able to locate one of such, what i will put i addition here is to always be mindful of the kind of information we provide to many of these online casinos on request, there are levels or extent to which we need to exercise caution and pause to check in the situation if it really warrant giving out such informations on gambling platforms.
1485  Economy / Gambling / Re: l0tt0.com on: June 21, 2023, 01:34:13 PM
One thing I've seen about this casino is the blending they have with an additional lotto like experience which is rare or not common from what other gambling platforms offers, this casino is promising in giving a unique and entire different taste, right from the website easy to load, the display and requirements for signing up, all i could advise is tokeep it up a d this will make you be among the once that will be standing out uniquely different.
1486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: June 21, 2023, 12:25:35 PM
Everyone has his own developed strategy together with the ones he has learnt from other gamblers experience, the thing that we are not being sure about is the fact that we don't know what may come in after using a particular recommendation or strategy when gambling, the common thing is the risk where everyone gambling is never too late for, we take the courage for risk on things that are uncertainties while gambling using a particular pattern or strategy, at the end of it all, we take the result as it is and embrace the consequences as an additional learning avenue for us.
1487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: June 21, 2023, 11:55:14 AM
Patience is not the most important factor gambler needs. For example I got recently hooked by crash game. I can patiently wait until the rocker crashes immediately (at 1.00). It might take minutes or hours before that happens. Logically and under theory of variability, the next rocket crash should not happen at 1.00 and gambler could let if fly higher, but I personally got two 1.00 rocket crashes that came one after another, and have seen it in game history. I think that luck is the only important factor.

Everything work together for a perfect timing using the luck factor with being patient enough to playing when necessary, we actually needs the two altogether because luck is what is most common to many games we play while gambling, but why timing is also needed is in other to get us positioned to the right target which could increase our chances of winning but yet they two are not the determinant for winning but only increases our chances of winning while gambling.
1488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do gambling addicts bother about the consequences of their actions? on: June 21, 2023, 11:06:18 AM
They all aware.

But, it's because of the addiction and they still do it. It's not easy mate, fighting addiction need a lot time for cure-team and support from the family. Without a support family, they're struggling.

It's really hard, for the case addiction.

This ia a matter of shame we are talking about, some gamblers don't have this shame regardless of the conditions that warrant for such, they will always think its as a normal thing in life to do because their orientation and focused have been changed as well, they no longer sees whatever they do as not being wrong in their own sight, the family would have tried their best but when everything yielded nothing to show forth they will have to decided on leaving such person alone since they believe he's natured enough to be always corrected for doing wrong things all the time.
1489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Easy or hard to quit? on: June 21, 2023, 10:47:00 AM

I think gambling is a deadly addiction and many people are selling their wealth because of this addiction. Some people are trying to make money by gambling.  I think if someone tries to make money by gambling, they won't last long. Because a gambler can never quit gambling.  Even if he owns a lot of money at one time, he may lose all his money by gambling and become completely destitute.
Not only gambling addiction is deadly but all types of addiction, addiction to drugs, alcohol or other things that are considered bad and can be deadly. We say gambling is bad it can be addictive but other activities are bad too if done in excess.
In my opinion, it really depends on the maturity of each gambler, although many gamblers find it difficult to stop before their funds run out, many more can stop while their funds are still there or when they are in a winning position, so they will only play again after a break because I believe they are still many gamblers have the right mindset about playing and he only plays according to the limits he sets, not only the amount of money used but also how long he will play so that it stops right when the time or targeted funds have reached it.

You cannot be an addicted gambler and still finds it so easy to quit, all we could do is to begin to introduce a gradual withdrawal process for the addiction till this is finally achieved, though it may not comes as easy as expected but we need to give it all it takes to have a positive outcome from gambling, maturity aspect of it also contribute somewhat to an extent together with how disciplined we are whenever we are gambling.
1490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there play and pay later casinos? on: June 21, 2023, 10:35:08 AM
Gambling when you hqve no money is not advisable, it's never a must to gamble when the conditions attached to gambling as at that moment we are interested aren't favourable enough for us to have an itch free gambling experience by not going into debts, I've seen some gamblers having nothing to fall back on die to the fact that they have spent all they have, borrow money as well to gamble and have accumulated enough debts through gambling and now they have to be running helter and scelter in finding a means of achieving peace of mind.
1491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Big is the online gambling industry today? on: June 21, 2023, 10:13:33 AM
Indeed, a well-researched decision significantly mitigates the risk of falling for scams. Theres no room for impulsivity when it comes to entrusting your hard-earned money to a casino. However, I would like to diverge from your viewpoint on entirely staying away from new or unknown casinos.

Well this your decision is not bad as well considering how things are going with the new casino platforms that they cannot be trusted but doesn't still give us the conclusion that all of them are not reliable and cannot be trusted, even though the few among them lack all it takes to maintain being a reputable establishment.

Moreover, waiting for reviews isnt always foolproof as they can sometimes be misleading or biased.

They have device alot of means on how they manipulates reviews and ratings amd people no longer rely on that to judge from such perspective, there are more to go through in taking a research on casinos before one can attain a satisfactory level of trust in them.
1492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: June 21, 2023, 09:27:04 AM
Since the gambler will be at fault and receives the best embarrament of his life from the agent he should then be blamed for taking the risk of what he knows to be uncertainties to either win the bet or get the money for repayment back to the agent, the agent i think try his best by being considerate enough maybe due to their familiarities being together over a long time but he also made a mistake of offering a loan knowing that such shouldn't be allowed or permitted when gambling, this equally means he will be in full responsibility for the refundment if the gambler defaulted.
If it is said that the most guilty in cases like this, I actually blame the gambler, not the betting agent, because the betting agent lends a certain amount of money with the aim of getting some profit if the gambler continues to carry out game sessions.
It is better to be a gambler who can accept defeat and gamble according to his ability, never have the thought of continuing to play relying on borrowed money because this will make it difficult in the future.
Some gamblers don't think about this because they are too focused on betting and fun for their thinking not to work properly.

Ofcourse ome will definitely first blame the gambler because he has made two serious mistake in this case, the first one is to borrow money to gamble and the second mistake is for being a disappointment to the agent whol lend him the money out of pity, such person could no longer confide trust in him again and the relationship they had before has just been lost, the gambler has painted himself with bad reputation already and it's a thing of shame for gamblers like him taking loan to gamble and yet not pay back the loan offered.
1493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: June 21, 2023, 08:31:35 AM
Getting the gamblers into debt is not something a legit betting agent would go.
This guy(the betting agent) is most likely a gangster/mobster. I know that the gangsters, who a operate a gambling business always want to hook more gamblers by giving them credit and making them their "slaves". The combination of a "loan shark" service and a gambling business is pretty dangerous for the gamblers and borrowing money from such gangsters might totally ruin their lives.

There's no need to be blamed in this kind of scenario, we all know that taking a debt in loan sharks or agents will be our own decision and not made by others, if we fall into large debt it is our own fault and responsibility. Agents are just looking for some possible gamblers to take the loan they will do all things so that the target one will get loan to them.

It is how we explain bitcoin to people that will make them decided whether to invest or not.

If you don't know about bitcoin enough to be able to teach others to their understandings, you can't expect a newbie trying to invite a novice to bitcoin, there may be alot of misconception going because he's not sure of what he's saying and also knows nothing but little, just as you've mentioned, let them decides for themselves, you could also introduce them to the forum to learn more about bitcoin from its official bitcoin discussion platform.

I like the hearing of political news from this direction because it calls for a total transparency and acknowledgement of the right thing to do in accordance to the dictate of the law for retirement age, years of active service and a change in government, more are still coming in place because the head has to be right before the entire body could be sanitized, i think something new is about to begin to unfold sooner, all the political thieves and cankerworms will soon be apprehended.
1496  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: I want to place advert for my customers to fit pay me with bitcoin. on: June 20, 2023, 02:52:30 PM
I will advise you for more safety to your business and self, don't make a public declaration that you're accepting bitcoin for making payments in other not to attract the attention of the government agencies on you, knowing that the government have made it illegal for banks to use bitcoin as a medium of payment or perform any related transaction with bitcoin, but in your own way, you can privately make a discussion of that with your customers who are into bitcoin or who preferred making use of bitcoin for payment, just stay away from government threats on this.
1497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im coutious about xrp warning on: June 20, 2023, 02:45:22 PM
XRP is centralized so it is enough for a cryptocurrency community to avoid that coin but for a while it has been on the hype but anyone still talking about the Ripple while there are many other performing projects came in the recent years so no matter who wins the legal suit the coin is dying so better jump out before it's too late.

Most of the centralized cryptocurrencies have thesame risk they possess and the only reason that makes a little difference from them is the background developers behind each projects, so we should always have it on mind the possible risk related to memecoins and know which one to go for and which to be totally avoided, XRP may not have serious issues as thought like many others we bever suspected to fail along the way.
1498  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price, Where Next on: June 20, 2023, 02:38:32 PM
It has been clear that a lot of funds have to drag the price of Bitcoin to a low against previous months' Bitcoin price,  bitcoin started the year 2023 on a positive note after it recovered from a major market crisis before the FTX and the rest made the entire 2022 a negative price period and also made the price of Bitcoin and another asset to plumb greatly all through to 2023 before the current price of 26k+ which seems to be the lowest base the market liquidity can close on and at the current price.

We cannot concluded on the last year experience about FTX exchange going down and other event that happened as the source of what determines the current price or the conditions of what we've experienced althrough the beginning of this year till now, what i see is the normal dip which will always set in prior to the bitcoin 2024 halving to gather enough strength to go against any resistive force on it way to bullrun.

So what next are we going to witness a low price movement or more recovery that will place us on the verge of a market break out against the next year's Bitcoin halving and anticipated bull run which can come before the halving or after the halving with both having the percentage possibilities.

There's more possibility to go more dip with this current market price for bitcoin but it may not last at all because we are going high anytime from this period henceforth, since we are going closer to the halving, am sure before this year runs out, we may be getting closer to $68,000 of the all time high.
1499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy ETH as much as you can.... on: June 20, 2023, 02:18:34 PM
I see ETH to become next blessing in disguise, I remember when it was around $100 people condemned it not to go anywhere within the space of a month interval ETH shuck the price in 500% increase and today is about $1800 let's watch and see ETH will create unbreakable records, channel some useless coins you have to ETH and relax in future.

I don't think it's a good opportunity to buy Ethereum right now, it just seems like a trap from what I see and observe. It looks like his value is about to skyrocket but not yet. You should not be fooled by such actions, you'll see after a few days its value will drop in the market.

So it is likely that those who buy it and hold Ethereum for a long time will for sure suddenly cry and become anxious or worried because of the sudden drop in its value again. Good luck to those who buy it now.

The only thing that you should out more in consideration at this moment is the fact that we are still in the dip, so buying and holding any cryptocurrency at this moment will eventually lands a great profitability in the future because we are getting close to the halving which will leads to the bullrun, we may expects more bear but to experience bull and since the market is unpredictable, we encourage using this as present dip to acquire more and hodl.
1500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AMAZON CREATING AMZ TOKEN - This is BIG for all CRYPTO - Massive changes coming! on: June 20, 2023, 02:09:56 PM
Whether you like that project or not but it should boost all the coins, I can already see some market shifting. We had a lot of rumors but now they finally pull it, what ya think?

How should this boost other coins, is it because it's coming from Amazon or because you have overated it ahead other coins for having maximum potentials to rise, am not underating the potential this coin could offer but always consider the risk first with altcoins before any further actions or steps on it, but am not having much conviction if this is actually coming from Amazon except an official link is being offered well stated from their official page.
