Berbeda dengan exchange yang berdalih kena hack dan sebagainya, kebangkrutan exchange.io ini tidak mencuri aset pengguna dan tanpa alasan berkelit untuk mencegah penarikan dari pengguna.

Yup. kelemahan dari AMM adalah masalah exploit melalui smartcontract yang hanya membutuhkan akses permision untuk melakukan transaksi in & out. Sudah banyak korban berkaitan dengan kasus ini.  kondisi terparah adalah rugpull yang terjadi kapan saja. Namun, kalau berbicara soal manipulasi, trading di AMM tidak ada cara untuk memanipulasi nilai aset pada akun, karena terhubung dengan wallet kita sendiri. Tidak seperti pada centralized exchange yang hanya menunjukkan value namun belum tahu diaman sebenarnya uang kita. web pishing bisa terjadi pula pada centralized, jadi ini perlu diwaspadai untuk mengunjungi web apa pun.
