I have some altcoins from early 2017 and some BTC and ETH too. I am thinking about investing some more but don't really know what i should be looking into.
Below is my list of coins.
BTC, ETH, NEO, ADA, LSK, LTC, Stratis, Waves, ARK, SHIFT, Pivx, VTC, GRS, Powr, Tenx
When i bought in early 2017, Statis, Waves, Ark and ADA was popular, how are these coins today?
I am not interested in low market/very new coins.

for Waves, Ark and ADA, as far as I know, these coins still have potential in the future. however, in your portfolio, I suggest focusing on bitcoin and ethereum if you want to increase the amount. I'm sure you have also heard that the development of bitcoin and ethereum in 2020 has enough potential to be able to reach the achievements that crypto has achieved in 2017. If you sell late at that time, this might be your second chance. |

hope so, when it become too expensive, and money flow in to rich people. investors wouldn't be so interested in bitcoin, but other coins. i think so
it could end up higher price, but 10M is very insane number.
You know you can still invest small amounts from the total value right? I mean even if it's $10,000,000 ten million dollars per coin you can still take out a portion of it for your own investment and take your changes. It's better to invest into something that is worth for rather than be static and waiting for the price to drop just as you said so other low rich people can start investing in it. you're right, I always prepare more than 0.01 bitcoin in my wallet. if the price of bitcoin reaches that price, even having 0.01 BTC will be very valuable. today we are still guessing and thinking that it is an impossible price to reach. but, when that is achieved, all that remains is regret. if you feel that investors will feel that the price of bitcoin is too expensive and aim to collect other coins, I think collecting it now is a pretty good thing. |

Trading is not for all the people. It is very risky for the beginners. There is chance to loss the capital too.
But it is fun with a small trading portion of your size. The market is volatile enough to make a few good scalp trades per month. Not everyone are looking for fun, they look more on the profitability where they are comfortable doing it. true, besides that very many people are looking for a profit through daily trading to meet their needs even though it's not worth it. besides, even though it's dangerous, and not everyone thinks this is fun. However, even though trading is very risky for a beginner, but without trying it, a beginner can never be someone who is an expert. I think if you want to try it, try with a small nominal. |

I think it was a golden time for crypto investors who invested in 2017 and market was so high. But in 2018 it was a broken time for crypto so that maximum investors lose their money. So i think investors are observing market and when market will up they must come back here.
Investors learned from those previous years and now working out on how to take advantage. Those who bought and got lucky early 2017 are now sorting the market movement and trying to find the good position to take, while those who got stuck and still holding with their investment are also trying to observe and see if they can scalp or do the short term trade. It's investors preposition on how to find edge to earn and to avoid losing money. In addition to looking for that opportunity and holding a few coins that are believed to be potential coins, some investors are also waiting for some IEO projects that deserve to be used as an investment field. in this case, people still continue to invest in cryptocurrency, especially crypto which has better growth potential (top altcoin), or new crypto whose sales are through popular markets (IEO). |

I was wondering if anyone has been purchasing Bitcoin every month from beginning of 2018 till date. What amount of return you might be getting, I am sure it will be more than 50 percent.

What makes us a good investor is about experience and also patience, because by having a good experience, of course, the skills have been there because with experience you will always increase knowledge about investment and what steps should be done before starting, and After all is decided with patience research, then we only need to be disciplined and remain patient until we reach a goal in the investment made.
Being consistent as an investor and taking very small risks is really important, there are many investors which got huge profits out of icos in the past and now they got nothing, why is that? Because they got used to get important profits without too much of an effort and as soon as they did not got the results they wanted they began making reckless investments and lost everything, while the investor which was happy to get small profits is still growing his portfolio to this day. We are trading because we want to have a huge profit. Lol, why would you settle for less when you can have or win a huge amount of money? Risk is the most essential thing in trading, there's a stable coin that has a small risk and small reward, and there's a coin that has a high-risk, high reward. Don't settle for small profits. Personally, investing in ICO's is not good for me but if there's a new coin out in the market, that's the time I am going to invest. Just don't settle for less in trading. big results require big bait, remember? some people don't want to take very big risks, so they do it their own way, which is to make a small but sure profit, rather than taking risks that they cannot bear. I understand what you mean, you can say that you are a person who can take a big risk. but I am on the other side, which is taking opportunity little by little. Won't happen this month, but bitcoin *will* get back to its all time high eventually, and I've been saying it for a few months now. The old spark of interest just needs to get back into the market, and we've seen a little of it lately. I'm hoping at some point next year it'll happen and hopefully no sooner. I'm not one who's always hoping bitcoin will hit $20,000 within a month, because that would be too quick. Very healthy I must agree. 20k will come, but with a gradually process.
You get it, unlike so many others here who don't understand markets or why bitcoin crashed in 2018 and took so long to recover. I don't want that again and I'm not sure why so many others seem to. Won't happen this year, actually, and yes, the tendency is to believe that Bitcoin, if it continues at this pace in terms of fundamentals, that price is not only achievable, it's inevitable. But just because you've been saying it for a few months don't mean it'll happen. Lots of other experts have been insisting on the same for months stretching back to even 2018. Mind you, just because guys like me keep saying it won't happen don't mean it won't either;) people are indeed starting to make spectacular predictions about bitcoin, unfortunately, I'm also not sure if the price of bitcoin can reach a price of $ 20k this year, even the opportunity is very small. however, we always argue that the price of bitcoin can reach $ 20k by 2020, but it's not clear when this will happen. this is the same as the CEO of binance mentioned on his status on twitter, he feels that the price of bitcoin can reach the level of $ 16k. however, the most important thing to underline is his words that say " so easy to predict prices, it's just hard to predict the time" |

We're 2 months way from ending 2019 and there are no strong sign of having a rally or a strong bull run by the end of it. My guess is that 2019 was like 2015-16 in cryptocurrencies were was a good time to accumulate and not a good year for short term trading or investments.
When we enter in the new year and the halv happens then we can start thinking to a new bull run that will come by the end of the 2020 and will end in 2021.
for this year a lot of good news, it's just that it will only happen in the coming year.
