2121  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMERS ALLOWED TO CONTINOUSLY CON WITH NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT on: December 02, 2016, 08:47:12 PM
BUT having said that is it right for scammers to scam people
No. Scamming is never "right".

when myself and lots more have reported them and nothings done ?
Where did you report them, and how? reporting a suspected scam to moderators is not going to help very much.
Calling it out, informing DT and investigating however possibly is.

Im sure someone that CAN do something about it has either seen the reports or told about them and nothings been done.
I can do something about it. Not much, but I can leave warnings that are ideally seen by potential trading partners and hence help them not to fall for it.
The same ability have quite a few other guys. Either your report wasn't clear enough or it didn't reach the right guys. Either way, give them a break.

Is that right?
And we're back to the beginning of my post.
2122  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMERS ALLOWED TO CONTINOUSLY CON WITH NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT on: December 02, 2016, 08:34:57 PM
The moderation of this forum DOES indeed need to be trashed because thats exactly what it is .... TRASH!
Let's start this at the very beginning: Scams are not moderated.
2123  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Account Generators? on: December 02, 2016, 04:40:12 PM
Many people here are selling illegal or hacked accounts one by one so i don't really see why account generators are being banned since they are doing same thing just at a larger scale. Just look at digital goods section , tons of hacked stuff there.
The question isn't why account "generators" are banned, but why the single sales of hacked/carded/... accounts are allowed.
Most comes down to the question how to prove that the accounts are indeed hacked (as for account "generators", there the question is practically obsolete).
There's several threads discussing this, if you want to jump into.

As for account "generators", it's good they are being deleted and I report any thread related to them when I see one.
2124  Economy / Services / Re: [BetKing] Signature Campaign | Fixed rates | Full Member - Legendary (Open) on: December 02, 2016, 03:14:47 PM
Are the codes correct? My sig's not looking how it's supposed to.
Looks fine to me.

No further enrollments for this round.
2125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BetKing.io ICO - Bitcoin Gambling website on: December 02, 2016, 11:09:41 AM
At the first page it is mentioned as refund if less than 2000 btc threshold
when i check the site...it says
"If you would like to invest in our ICO click the invest button. Make sure you have read the details and terms in the post above. THERE IS NO REFUND.
I think you misunderstood some things.
The warning on the website is for user-issued refunds, a lot of ICOs allowed their investors to opt out of the investment, as long as the end of the ICO wasn't reached yet.
Such a refund (decided by the user, and only for one users specific investment) will not be available in this one.

However, if the threshold is not reached, then a global refund (to all investors, one they can't decide over) will be issued.
In this case, you will receive your investment back.

(Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with BetKing further than running their signature campaign, I got the same information as you do, but I understand then differently.)
2126  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crypto-Games.net affiliates explained. on: December 02, 2016, 10:25:12 AM
most of us know how affiliate thing works the question is how come he didnt get commision from his affiliate who wagered 1 btc on that site
Either the user didn't create their account via the referal link provided by OP or they didn't wager 1 btc.
Another possible explanation is that OP is simply lying to us. A scenario that wouldn't surprise me.
If OP would give us the username of the account they are talking about, I could verify the situation myself and investigate what exactly happened.
I doubt that would happen though, as OP is busy making racist statements, insulting people and being upset.

In any case, here are the 8 accounts which are tied to OPs referal link:
Reymund597, Keldon271, Earcna852, mcmcrypto, Miquel484, Gaige422 (6x no wagers at all)
Maxie333 & Burn510 (0.00002 wagered and 0.00046869 wagered).
2127  Economy / Scam Accusations / Crypto-Games.net affiliates explained. on: December 02, 2016, 10:19:02 AM
out of curiosity why his affiliate earnings didnt show up and made him mad like that instead of playing with words just honestly answer that if he is right about his affiliate earnings problem
Affiliates earn 25% of the house edge on every bet placed by users they have refered to the site (at least that is the base rate).
The user in question has a total of 8 referals tied to their account, for which they would receive affiliate earnings (but only, if those users actually place bets).
Now I didn't check how many of those played, how much the user earned from them, or anything like that,
but the main reason for not getting earnings from affiliates is them not being active. Referals that do not play don't generate any affiliate commissions.

I got a total of 734 (as of now) refs myself (verify here), of which I received affiliare earnings from around 200 (~25%).
The other guys signed up, but simply decided not to play. With an instant registration system, this happens more than on other sites that require additional steps for creating accounts.
Only a very small fraction of my refs is either active for a long time or wagering alot in a very short time.
2128  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Please talk in a civilised manner when trying to discuss with other people. on: December 02, 2016, 09:55:01 AM

Ok, I'm done.
2129  Economy / Scam Accusations / Please talk in a civilised manner when trying to discuss with other people. on: December 02, 2016, 09:48:33 AM
i didnt call him names till he stopped responding without any reason
You sent 9 mails (possibly more) in a matter of under 24 hours (according to timestamps) to some of which you got a response.
Ever came across the idea that the support staff was possibly busy with other things (helping other customers) or simply not around at that moment?

stop blaming everyone else just cause your bitchass casino is a fraud
You are doing the same thing, blaming other people.
Your hardheaded opinion together with the never ending insults make it very hard to have a decent discussion with you.

and dont come at me with this political correct bullshit, are you a man or a pussy if you cant handle party talk
I'm not going to engage in an flame/insult war with you.
This is beyond me and this also wouldn't reflect good on my reputation, neither would it reflect good on the site I'm partly representing in this thread.

I think I'm done answering to you unless you can bring up either something new or show me some decent change in attitude.
2130  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pro tip: If you need support, don't insult on: December 02, 2016, 09:38:03 AM
this is a fucking excuse, i didnt talk shit to this support bitch until he stopped answering my messages for now fucking reason
You're doing it again. We're here, you have the chance to talk to us in a civilised manner, instead you opt to insult everyone of us,
call me "luptin bitch" and our support staff "this support bitch".
2131  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: December 02, 2016, 09:36:00 AM
May I suggest not to cram Min-Max and Escrow in the same field?
ACK on that.
2132  Economy / Scam Accusations / Pro tip: If you need support, don't insult on: December 02, 2016, 09:33:02 AM
how come none of my questions to your support has been answered regarding the affiliate program??
I wouldn't answer to a support ticket that ends with "or did you die, bitch?" either.
Sometimes, if you want help, being friendly is a nice way to get it.
A way to make sure nobody is going to help you is insutling people like you do.
2133  Economy / Scam Accusations / Visit Crypto-Games.net for awesome affiliate options. on: December 02, 2016, 09:16:54 AM
Upon rechecking everything with Staff, you affiliate account is neither blocked nor restricted in any other way.

this bitch luptin
you are a lying little bitch
this bitch luptin, fuck you and fuck your casino
you motherfuckers
this bitch luptin
Pointless insults only weaken any trust people would put to your words.
2134  Economy / Scam Accusations / Crypto-Games.net - Catch the winning spirit. on: December 02, 2016, 09:09:45 AM
these assholes do not pay out affiliate earnings
Yes they do, I'm having quite a few affiliates myself.

their casino is rigged
It's provably fair, audited by third parties, including Seuntjie and NLNico from Dicesites.

and this piece of shit admin or whoever tha fuck he is is an incompetent asshole
Pointless insults, which are not going to make anyone believe you any more.

DO NOT GAMBLE THEIR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BITCOINS AND KEEP YOUR AFFILIATE EARNINGS TO THEMSELF
I'm not aware of the full situation yet, I've put a request forward and we'll see what response I get, but I'm confident they are acting within given limits here.
2135  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: trusted escrow and their fees on: December 02, 2016, 06:22:52 AM
If you need an escrow I can be one for you...fees are very low and will feed my U2 system.
You are joking right now, right dude? I believe there is no any people who wanna use you as their escrow. Look that -ve on your account
well actually i see now reason why he cant he earn on escrow service. He is hero so its ok, you dont have to be legendary...
You don't see the reason because trust isn't shown in the Beginners & Help section.

Code:
Trust: -8: -3 / +0 Warning: Trade with extreme caution!

High account rank does not equaly trustworthiness.
Take a look at somebodys trade history/reputation/the way they behave themselves/... before you decide to let them have full control over your funds.

Mal sehen ob sich was tut Smiley

Ansonsten, was sho gesagt hat.
2139  Other / Meta / Re: password change - where to find on: December 01, 2016, 07:17:33 PM
thank you. but it looks like i lost the trust button an can't say the "trust-rating" of an user anymore.
Marketplace trust isn't shown in discussion sections like Meta.

Go to one of your latest posts here and you will see the trust links.
Else, just visit the users profile and go to their trust page from there.
2140  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk Signature Campaign Calculator [Preview] on: December 01, 2016, 06:22:52 PM
I know a certain signature campaign that tried something like this. Let's just say it didn't exactly go over well when they left the campaign on autopilot. This is OK if you don't have the time to properly go through each post but you still need to have a man on the ground so to speak.
I agree with what you say. This tool is never intended to replace human signature campaign manager. This tool is created to simplify the process for (potential) signature campaign managers - I believe most current signature campaign managers have developed their own tools (lol) - and small business that want to start a short campaign but do not have enough fund to hire manager and/or want to shorten the time.
Even campaigns being managed for ages via automated scripts (e.g. yobit or bitmixer) end up hiring human managers (hilarious and lauda in these cases) in order to fight spam.
Scripts simply can't do stuff like that currently (feel free to prove me wrong by providing a script that can match up to one of the current top managers).
As for businesses that don't want to spend funds for a designated manager/take the time to manage their campaign themselves, maybe those shouldn't be advertising via signatures to start with.
