Don't send your documents directly to support. It's not how they verify customers. The best you can do is ask them for alternative ways of verification if the first procedure you tried failed, but what I am very sure is that what is letting you down is the picture quality of the required documents. |

I am not against the KYC procedure, but please assess my situation. Duelbits KYC system is not working normally, my photo quality is very good, I try confirm documents N times, but still same disable. Perhap the software they use only high quality photos. Make sure you get a photo that take very clear photos and try again. I have faced this kind of problem before while uploading KYC documents for an exchange. The software would keep rejecting the documents until I got a better camera. I don't think they stole your money. Just successfully verify and see if you can fail to withdraw that money.
