That service was long ago introduced here in the forum. I have tried it once and it was actually a great idea since it really saves someone time in finding stuffs by letting others do the searchin for them. Panagot has an account here he has a thread regarding this in the service discussion section. IMO, the site badly needs more advertising for the service to be fully effective.

In my definition, Gambling addiction is the point where a person would be willing to risk all that he got in order to have more money to gamble with. The scenario that you pointed here is that the pwrson would be frustrated and come back again to win his loses, which is or me is actually normal. I sometime does that  It is normal to feel frustration and to want to get your money back as long as you know when to stop. For instance that this person did came back to try and win what he had loss, then again he loses again. If he trie for the third, fourth, fifth time and so on but he keeps on loosing, that is addiction.

If you want anyone to be interested to get your premium picks you first need to prove your capability in here. I will be watching this thread and lets' see how your picks are gonna work out. If you win multiple times the it's a good thing and maybe someone may be interested in your premium picks.

The reason why they are asking you a collteral for such small amount is because you are using a newbie account.

IMO there is really nothing excellent in your post quality. The site is actually not reliable in distiguishing the post quality of the account so the excellent result in there is practically useless. If you will check your post hitory, I'd say it's only fair.

By moderated do you mean to be able to delete posts of others?
You can do it by clicking the + Additional Options... on the lower left of the screen where you can type or compose your message in a tread. There is an option to set the thread to "self-moderated" topic. You can also lock and unlock threads anytime you want.
You can modify your thread anywhere in the forum except the auction section where you can not edit posts and also can't delete.

Newbies are not allowed to pos an image. It willbot show up. Once your account ranked up to jr. member you will be able to post pictures. Your post can be quote by a higher rank and it will how the photo that you posted.

Afaik, if the ban is because of insubstantial posting then it's a permaban. There is no way to get your account back. Also since you own 2 accounts, you provably also commited a ban evasion.  I'm not sure tho, but I doubt you will get access to those accounts again.
