Subforum like ours isn't really that big that we need someone to moderate ourselves brother. Give it some time enjoy freedom, people are people senseless topics could make sense if we share and participate para maging may sense. If you know to yourself na wala ka naman masamang ginagawa then why oppose the thought of having a moderator? One moderator in here will not hurt. Tama ka kokonti tayo pero tingnan mo kung gaano kasenseless ang mga posts. Okay lang sana kung may katuturan na pwedeng magkaroon ng sense pero yun iba abuso na, my nagmamaangmangan, may pumapatol, meron ding kung ano na lang basta may maipost lang. Para mabayaran lang. Konting effort sana. What's the use of having our subforum here, if then? Kung ganito pa rin tayo sa lugar natin e balik na lang tayo sa others, ano nga? |

I'm bumping this thread again for a request to have our own moderator here in our section.
Recently our place here are crowded with senseless posts and I think this kind of action should be prevented. I saw that there are people bickering around over senseless topics and most of the people in here are spamming accounts to for a sole purpose of earning. Where is the contribution we guys make here? Stop being selfish and respect our place.
This is not an action to take away our freedom in here but most likely a suggestion that us, Pilipinos' should learn to follow the rules in here. Stop such actions that only reflects badly to yourself.
I now ask members around here to drop names of the people that you think can manage well the responsibility of being our moderator here. I ask of those who have a concern to make this place more helpfull to one another.

Unfortunately AFAIK that is not included in list of rules regarding fight not being allowed: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0I've said multiple times that, that particular thread needs to be locked since it has been more of an off topic posts as long as I remember and those who post there make zero to no effort posts and get paid and the fun fact is in most other thread in our sub-forum, many of users post non contributing post to most of the other thread as well but since there's isn't a single moderator, they get away all the time. Prevention is always better than cure and from the looks of it, our section will turn out to be a complete waste if not being moderated. Unfortunately most of the post in our section are all senseless. Is it possible if the whole thread get locked first then and just reopen it once a modertor is selected? I mean, they don't deserve to get paid for their no-effort posts and plus, their foul words only litter our place, nothing even contributes to each other, the more I visit the place, the more I realize that the longer their actions are not seen, the more they become selfish and does things which is I think against what should be in a forum etiqutte. If no mods can action to this yet then maybe it is better to just not allow these kind of actions yo be made by locking the whole section. Maybe most of our fellow members in there will come to their senses of their rubbish acts. This is not a suggetion to take away their freedom o speech in here, but more of a way to teach them o how to respect the forum specially the subsection that was recently given to us. Well if its in a language none of the existing moderators/glob moderators understand, that complicates things. Well @OP I'd advise you to keep the "Moderator for philipines" thread going, asking members who do not speak english to just drop a name and if someone is clearly more popular than others in terms of neutrality and whatnot, theymos will probably decide to give mod powers, after(you make another) thread in your sub-board about the potential moderator.

I will try to put this one to action. I hope then our thread will be cleaned from these dirts. It's time our members learn to repect the forum and not just use their postings to earn. I mean it is ok to join a campaign but abusing a section to earn from it? I guess that is not gonna slip from my attention. Our actions should be corrected. |

There are people somewhere in this forum who are bickering at each other, my question is, is it allowed in this forum? Our subforum doesn't have a moderator yet and some people in there are getting paid with their signature campaign with their shit posts. I mean, wth? those posts are already offtopic they are just bickering with their nonsense, senseless posts.
I hope those kind of posts get deleted, it's only damaging the image of our board in here. -_-

Use your intelligence and perform due diligence, just because some members don't like something doesn't mean admins will change anything. At this point any chance of a change in a marketplace rule is close to zero.
"Perform due diligence" What if newbies are stupid? Like most. Alot that are new to Bitcoin have no idea of the scammers, and this forum's sections only encourage that. If no one will fall to their "scam" attempt, then no one will be scammed. I think it's fair to say that MOST people around here are smart enough not to trade with those newbies that you are reffering to. |
