Correct but then they can't enforce recurring payments... Pay $1 on your credit card and they auto extract $54 in month 2. Or so I'm told.
That is a valid point. A lot of companies cheat their customers by offering these trial offers with hidden clauses. The use of Bitcoin will end this exploitation.

After they created a list of BTC users: Lol... Nope, they won't do that. No one is going to kill the goose which lays the golden eggs. Bitcoin users represent a new source for tax money. And the Indian tax authorities will make the maximum use out of them, before terminating them all together.

From the Texas Tribune, concerning the announcment of Steve Stockman (R-TX) to accept Bitcoin donations... That was a great step forward for the BTC. I thought that the mainstream parties will stay away from the digital currency. This will get us good publicity!

I hope the UK really gets out of the EU soon. I really don't see the benefit at all.
If UKIP performs well in the 2014 elections, then there will be serious public debates about continuing the membership of England in the EU.

Just another propaganda piece from the US authorities. First let them take care of their own lies. Bunch of morons.

1. Many women 2. From Romania 3. College 4. Caucasian 5. Don't care.
lol... be realistic. 1. Immigration from Eastern Europe is 55% to 60% female. 2. Romania might be the last source for Caucasian immigration 3. Quite difficult 4. Quite difficult, Refer #2 5. Good.

They are only asking for "bitcoin donations" If the donation is not made, then they will splash your phone number everywhere in the net. It is more like Blackmail. Shameless people.

Immigration is one of the hot topics these days. People are divided on the negatives and benefits of immigration. So tell me what do you think on the issue of immigration. More precisely the following points:
1. How much? 2. From where? 3. How qualified? 4. From which ethnic groups? 5. Special preference for persecuted ethnic groups?

So you are saying the tyrrany of the majority in the EU is worse than the tyrrany of the majority within an individual member state? Tyranny is wrong anywhere and by anyone. Be it by the EU or be it by anyone else. In the same way you think the EU has no right to impose such and such laws on Poland. I however, say that Poland has no right to impose such and such laws on it's own people. No. EU don't have any right to impose laws on Poland. Poland is a sovereign nation, where the people of Poland can chose their laws. If the majority of Polish people want a certain law, then they should get it, regardless of what the EU think.

Talked with one of my Indian friends half an hour ago. He is claiming that the authorities want to ban Bitcoin transactions, as they fear that the tax revenue can go down! He claims that the authorities have already got some solid proof that large amounts of money is being moved from foreign countries to India, using BTC transactions. What a stupid argument? They are already creating a list of people who are likely to have BTCs in their wallets. Let's wait and see what they are going to do.

It seems that the Indian authorities want to regulate the local Bitcoin exchange, in order to prevent money laundering. But it was quite confusing when one official said that even Bitcoin mining would be taxed.

Porn has been the big decision factor many things over the years. Help determine the media format winners, so hopefully it can sway a lot of currency! Porn is huge for BTC as one of the main things that people are interested in is anonymity. Hide those porn charges from their wifes (or husbands)
Lol.... we were already having a heated discussion about it here. Unfortunately, a large number of people still seems to be living in the stone ages.

Legal concerns are always a headache. I hope they will be able to use the ATMs without any problems.

Oh god!!! /*slaps face*/
What kind of regulations do you wish for?
I want normal regulations, unlike what the PBOC did in China by banning it all together. I want Bitcoin transactions to be legalized. That's all.

I think both smokers and non-smokers and brutally aware of that. Prices of cigarettes over here are nuts. Cannot fathom why people pay for that crap.
Lol... that's why people are buying it illegally, using Bitcoin. The seller at Bitmit was from Moldova and he was selling cigarettes at cheap rates.

I have neutral views about Litecoin. It seems legit and was not premined. The basics are also solid. But the point is that it doesn't have a single advantage over the Bitcoin.

Their minimum charge rules are just horrible. Many times I have been slapped with transaction fee exceeding 100% of the actual amount! (although the actual amounts were small in those cases). I was forced to do such transactions, as the website didn't had any other option for payment other than that by PP / CC.

Most of the noobs are thinking that it is too difficult to mine Bitcoins now. So they are turning to newer altcoins instead. In reality, some of these recent altcoins include spyware and trojans which can steal your Bitcoins. So better be safe now than be sorry later.

I'd say that there is a net positive gain from China. Before the China spike, BTC was at $300-400 levels. After the China spike, it is now stabilizing at $800-850 levels. So we gained a lot from the Chinese spike.
