My prediction is for 2015. I don't see it happening in 2014. Although BTC went up from $15 to $1,000 (66 times) in 2013, I think the most realistic scenario would be to expect a 500-600% increase in 2014.

I'll give you 0.1 BTC to do the same to my ex-boss. This guy forced me to work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day. And when I got pneumonia because of this restless work, he refused to grant me paid-leave (although I was having plenty of leaves in balance). Lost almost 2-3 months salary because of this crook.

now they have enough funding to add Litecoin They have no intention to add Litecoin. There was similar rumor-spreading a few months ago, about Mt Gox adding LTC. What happened back then? Coinbase will gain nothing by adding LTC to their platform.

I don't care much about the Palestinians. There are around two dozen countries ruled by Muslim Arabs. They can migrate to those countries. On the other hand, Israel is the only Jewish nation. Where will they go?
And another point is that, more than a million Jews were living in Arab countries such as Yemen and Iraq until 1948. All of them were expelled and their assets were seized. I'd like to hear whether the Palestinian activists condemn that expulsion or not.

You don't pay ownership tax? Where I live it's almost as much as the sum of all the utility bills.
My house is quite small. It is one-storied, about 900 sq ft of built-up, in some 230 square meters of land. Ownership tax is around $10 per year.

When I was doing article re-writing, I used to earn around $550 to $600. But I lost that job last year. Now it is hardly $100 from various rag-tag jobs.

Do you pay the bills on the house? My electric, water & sewer, gas and trash is more than $450 a month. That would leave you with $150 a month for food and everything else. You eat lots of beans don't you? lol
Electricity: $5 p.m. Water: $ 1 p.m. Gas: ~ $50 p.m. Trash: free So I am still left with plenty of money to eat quality food. Too bad that I don't like canned beans.

Back then, Paypal and CC were accepted for buying the coins. I think Paypal banned BTC sites sometime in 2011.

The sold out KNC Neptune rig, even though its 14,000usd and 3TH, seems the sure bet, based on KNC being a winner of record. Pulls 2kw+ at the plug. Hefty.
BlackArrow Prospero X-3 2TH is a good maybe.
Do you know their time-frame for delivery? How many days will it take for the rig to be delivered to our address?

Most of the rulers and parliamentarians in Sweden and Norway are females. And females tend to think conservatively (esp. in financial matters).

Do you live in prehistory? You can buy a 4TB one for 150$ or so Where do you live? In my place it is quite hard to get a decent 4TB hard disk for $150. The going rate for a Seagate 4 TB is $300 in local currency.

Hmm... don't know whether this is a hoax or not. But anyway the Japanese are some of the most technologically innovative people on earth. The only problem I have with them is that their porn is too gross to watch.

I wonder why most somalis go to northern europe - finland and scandinavia.
Finland doesn't have that much of a problem. The immigration laws are pretty toothless there too, but not as much as it is in Sweden. Sweden on the other-hand is definitely lost. I don't have a problem if the Swedes want to replace the local population with Somalis. But my problem is that Swedish envoys always pressure other nations (especially Italy and Denmark) to relax their immigration rules. Swedish EU ministers have blasted the Italian policy of deporting asylum seekers to Libya, and last year they even threatened to fine Italy a few billion Euros for the same. Sweden is every Somali's eternal dream. Just take a look here. No need to say anything more.

Btw if someone is already working in this idea please don't name it Satoshi award. I mean not everything around bitcoin should be named after satoshi Definitely a valid argument. I'd say. There are a lot of unsung heroes, who did their bit to publicize the digital currency during the 2009-10 period. They should also get their fair share of the pie.

Cosa Nostra does not use Bitcoin, Bitmessage, PGP, and other cryptography tools.
Whatever it is, I don't want the bitcoin nation to exist inside another sovereign country. We should seriously consider the proposal to build an artificial island (a floating one, to be precise).

So is the fight between crony corporatist and small business free economy types? Or is it simply fight between corrupt thief and people who do not like corrupt thieves? I do not know what the Ukrainian people are like, but i do not like Yanukovich for being such authoritarian. The fight is actually between different bands of thieves, on who should get the bigger share of the loot. Also, what is bitcoin situation like in Ukraine? Are there exchanges? Can it be used at all?
I don't think there are any. Since BTC-E is based in Russia, most of the Ukrainians use that one. Payments from / to Ukrainian banks are available in BTC-E.

How good is bitcoinsports.eu? I haven't tried it yet. But you can at least check the official thread.

Since Yanukovich is friend of Russia, does that mean that Yanukovich is more socialist communist, and opposition party and protesters are more independent capitalists? It is the other way around. Yanukovych is supported by the oligarchs and metal giants. Communism is no longer relevant in the ex-USSR. People have realized that it is a failed ideology.

once BTC is dominant currency, and 95% of BTCs are in the hand of 5% of world population. why would those 95% who got the rest stay with Bitcoin? they will abandon it and simply adopt another coin, wouldn't they? BTC will have only value between the richs, which would make them useless. 40% of the USD is owned by 1% of the population. So has the remaining 99% abandoned it in favor of a new currency? No. Will the same doomsday scenario happen to BTC? My answer is NO.

There is better, or at least simpler option. One that does not require anyone to move. Look at how Cosa Nostra and Yakuza function. They live in same country as everyone else, but they are effectively their own people and their own nation, with their own economy and services.
Not practical. A lot of the Cosa Nostra members are currently in various Italian prisons. I don't want any Bitcoiner to go to jail for breaking the financial regulations.
