http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/burgers-to-beatles-bitcoin-gains-currency-offline-in-the-real-world-9032198.htmlFrom Berlin record store Long Player to the Flower Lab, a florist in Santa Monica, California, more and more retailers are accepting Bitcoins as consumers increasingly buy into the virtual money, pushing up its value. In the past month alone the number of businesses on CoinMap, a website showing physical companies and vendors accepting Bitcoins, has tripled to more than 2,000, including 160 in Britain. Despite the recent setbacks from China and India, it is clear that more and more stores are accepting BTC all around the world.

I have doubts about Norway. I think, there we will have to pay an additional VAT, on top of the 3.99% commission which ZipZap is charging.

The Brittish government has already told the French high earners to move there. The French government was annoyed. I loved it.
France is one of the worst countries in the world to live if you're anything above mediocre.
Income tax in UK isn't that much low either. For the last two decades or so, a lot of ethnic minorities from France, especially the Arabs have been relocating to UK for professional reasons. On the other hand, there is also a migration of white British families to France, as the latter offers better work to family life equilibrium.

Ban Ki-Moon has criticized the Tymoshenko-trial. I'm not saying he could not be wrong or even lying, but where are your sources? Ban Ki-Moon is from South Korea, an American puppet state. The share of GDP taxed in Russia is actually a little higher than the unweighted EU average. In the EU it is possible to voice dissent publicly without being punished. The income tax in Russia is 13%, where as in some EU nations it can reach 61%. Energy giants like Gazprom and Rossneft are heavily taxed in Russia, and that's why the total tax revenue of Russia is higher. Smaller countries have surprisingly large amounts of influence in the EU. As a puppet of Russia, all Ukrainian policy will be decided in Moscow. In the EU parliament, MEPs are directly answerable to their constituents and as such their positions depend more on their ideology than the country from which they are from. Tell that to the Cypriots. Borders and other immigration-stopping boundaries are immoral and not liberal at all. Immigration is a sign of more freedom, not less. Thinking you can stop homosexuality by just passing a law is naive, besides accepting it gives more personal freedom. May be. But those are the internal issues within a country. The EU should stop pressurizing their member states to legalize everything.

And the Japanese schoolbooks gloss over the Japanese atrocities in WW2.
They do. As I have mentioned earlier, Japan has never apologized for the tens of millions of foreign civilians who were killed by their soldiers. The atrocities occurred not only in China, but also in South-east Asia, Philippines and Oceania.

In the 2014 elections, Bitcoins will only be having a limited impact. None of the GOP / DEM candidates are likely to ask for BTC donations. Only the Libertarians are going to do that. The picture will change in 2016, hopefully.

1 Yes. I have full faith in BTC. Expecting 10K by December, 2014.

Cash by mail is the perfect method. In Bitmit we had a trusted seller named nlvoric, who used to exchange USD/EUR/CHF/JPY banknotes for Bitcoins. Unfortunately Bitmit closed down 2 months ago.

fThe most hilarious part is that a regular business would have told them to go fuck them themselves and go talk to their lawyers. Fuck them just innihilate them with a court order., that will finish them.
I don't know how much time it will take to get a court order. But the most shocking thing is that they are still accepting new orders.

Source that teachers in France work 10 hours/week please?
In most of the EU nations teachers work far less than 10 hours a week. And I don't think that the situation will be much different in France.

If the dollar crashes, then the Bitcoin exchange rates will be published with respect to gold. Or more realistically, against the Euro, UKP, CHF or CNY.

Yes, this is because of all the ATMS placed in vancuver and other major cities, it will only continue to expand, we should becareful though. More business are also on the rise and more shops are opening that accept bitcoins there. This isnt just happening in canada, is happening everywhere around he world basically.
Really? Wow... then if Bitcoin ATMs are installed all over the world, then BTC can definitely cross $2,000. BTW... we can only buy BTCs with these ATMs, right? As far as I know, it is not possible to sell your BTCs through the ATM.

If you pay by credit cards it costs you currently $1 but if you attempt to pay it in BTC it costs $15. WTF
The hidden message which they are trying to convey is that if you want anonymity, then you should be ready to pay a 15x premium.

Why is that "sadly"?
We need hardcore porn sites, i.e the ones run by well known US/EU based companies to accept BTC. It will result in a lot of publicity for Bitcoin.

it will never hit 200k, get a job instead
People are free to say whatever they like. And there is no guarentee that it will not hit the 200k mark. It may not hit 200k in the next 10-15 years... but how can anyone be sure that after a few decades that will not happen?

Most of those sites are either cam sites or softcore ones. Sadly, I don't think that at this point of time, no hardcore porn site accepts BTC.

3-4 months ago there was a similar story. Some homeless people using Bitcoinget to make the money for their food. At that time BTC was going at $100 apiece.
