2182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose bounty? on: March 26, 2018, 06:11:34 PM
There are many things you need to factor in before choosing a bounty. First and foremost you need to analyze the ICO itself and ask yourself some logical questions like. will the ICO be successful?. is it something that will globally be acceptable?. how popular is the ICO?. how likely is it for the ICO to reach hardcap?. secondly, you need to check the total amount of token allocated for the bounty. is it small or big?. if you will participate in some special campaign like translation, signature and blog campaign, you need to check how much percentage of the bounty is allocated for your favourite campaign for this. Thirdly you need to check the history of the bounty manager running the campaign. this is very important because there are some lazy bounty managers here on bitcointalk with a poor history of managing bounty campaign. well, my best bounty manager here on bitcointalk is yahoo62278. he is hardworking and most of the campaign he has managed are very successful with great reward. he is also a no-nonsense man so if you want to join his campaign you will have to stick with the rules. if you break the rule by mistake you may not be forgiven because he may not answer you. deadley and tactics are another Godamn good bounty manager. and lastly its better to join few but reliable bounty campaigns than participating in many campaigns that will turn out to be unproductive.
2183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My MEW Got Hacked on: March 26, 2018, 05:24:03 AM
there are so many ways your account may be hacked but before I mention these ways, I will advise you not to send or receive any crypto to the wallet again because the person is having access and probably have your private key. back to the ways, your account can be hacked. 1. through phishing site. you probably click on phishing site and you enter your MEW detail through that. 2. store information about your wallet on online storage wallet or email. 3. somebody has direct access to your device that has your wallet detail on it. this might be your computer, phone  etc
2184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Do bounty manager do background check on ICO before accepting to manage ICO on: March 21, 2018, 10:06:48 AM
having seen some great bounty managers here on bitcointalk who have done wonderfully well in the past but end up running campaigns that later turn to be Scam make me wonder if they actually do research well on any ICO before taking up the job or are they just concern about their pocket alone?
2185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 56% of ICOs fail and it's OK on: March 21, 2018, 10:00:13 AM
New investors will not understand this before investing in ICO. how many investors are even researching well before investing money in ICO?. I met an investor recently who lost 33 ETH of her retirement to Denaro ICO scam. one thing I discover about many of this project startup is that they lack idea to be successful after ICO. no idea is new but the method you intend to use to achieve your aim should differentiate all of them and finally, I find out that ICO with a working products are less risky than ICO with just graphic website and bulky whitepaper.
2186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who controls the Bitcoin system? on: March 20, 2018, 06:25:19 AM
literarily nobody has control over other peoples bitcoin but the price of bitcoin can be influenced by people that hold the highest percentage of the coin in their wallet so technically they have control over the price but they don't have control over the activities of other holders of the bitcoin. the same thing applies to altcoin as well. major coin holder can control the price and that is what caused pump and dump of the coin some time because the price has been influenced

2189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin used by criminals ? on: March 20, 2018, 05:42:11 AM
the point is that not only bitcoin is being used by criminal but all currency are being used but the anonymity offer by bitcoin and other cryptocurrency make it easier for criminal to use because their identity cannot be traced. scammers are taking advantage of the same anonymity to scam people using bitcoin and finally the rate at which investors are being rob the ICO project startup this days is alarming. The recent one is Denaro. all this is make possible due to anonymity of the crypto
2190  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin price continue to go down? on: March 20, 2018, 05:26:59 AM
the volatility is affecting the price of bitcoin. since the beginning of this year, bitcoin is showing resistant in breaking $10000. when the price is near $9000 it will fall back again market correction I think. the price cannot continue to fall. If the price fall it will bounce back but the price is showing resistant when it is very close to $9500 which i think we might see it breaking this resistant before the ending of this year. you may want to keep your coin for better day is ahead.
2191  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is It Serious, I Started To Worry...... on: March 20, 2018, 05:19:51 AM
try and google search the biggest fall in price in crypto. a lot of bad thing had happened to the coin in the past which cause the price to drop and the same thing is happening now which I believe will still continue in the future because many people have many opinion about crypto especially the bitcoin. after pumping almost 1500x of the initial value last year, bitcoin created alot of media attention and besides some country see it as a threat to their economy which resulted in being ban.
2192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties illegal According to SEC? on: March 19, 2018, 03:33:53 PM
I think entire SEC have lost their senses. what is wrong in ICO throwing a bounty campaign or have they forgotten bounty is a form of advertisement. many investors today get to know about ICO through bounty campaign. there is nothing wrong in bounty campaign, in fact, it is you guys that call it bounty for me I call it digital marketing. maybe the should ask many ICO project startup that have one undergo bounty campaign how they achieve the milestone. I can still remember how copytrack were thanking bounty hunters for bringing so much traffic to their ICO
2193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and too many participants on: March 19, 2018, 03:25:39 PM
I think there are some campaign manager that always limit the number of bounty participant for each campaign which I think it is one of the way to control and get quality results. however increasing the number of follower is not a bad idea e.g minimum follower of 2000 follower wont be a bad idea. However i think strict rules in some campaign such as content creation campaign are keeping away from participating in such campaign. Also bountyhive have implemented great rule which might make bounty participant be ban if he retweeted many tweets in one day
2194  Other / Archival / Re: Is this the end for Altcoins? on: March 18, 2018, 03:56:17 PM
I can see people saying it is normal, some call it market correction well all these things cryptos are witnessing is an indication that crypto can be dead if the government want it. all they need to do is bring up ideas which resulted in more coin being dumped. every time there is bad signal like the recent twitter ish, people start panicking and crypto get dump. you have not seen anything yet just wait until june when google completely stop promoting crypto ads. crypto will fall like never before
2195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some great discounts in the market! on: March 18, 2018, 03:43:23 PM
wow if you already have great crypto converted to fiat. I think it is good time to buy but most important thing is how do you know the right time to buy.  you are just seeing many altcoins going red but what the price further fall below the current price. anyway, for someone like me who already have some altcoin in my wallet, i feel bothered what the future of crypto will be. it seems all are not going well with crypto getting more haters everyday. well if you want to buy altcoin with fiat, I will suggest you buy ETH and AION.
2196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [OVER] DENARO.IO - CRYPTO LIQUIDITY AT YOUR FINGERTIP - HUGE BOUNTY POOL!!! on: March 14, 2018, 02:15:12 PM
can the manager explain why pools of article written were rejected
2197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know project scam or not? on: March 14, 2018, 07:19:36 AM
from my previous experience, I can say it is hard to know scam project especially nowadays that scammers are playing wise and hard to get. reason for this is that some ICO will have good intention but in the long run, they decide to quit the project and everything turn to scam e.g. http://symmetry.fund/. however, some of few ways to know scam ICO include poorly written whitepaper with high plagiarism (use plagiarism checker for whitepaper). ICO website that makes their ETH address the centre of attraction(ETH address will be boldly displayed on the home page with the caption " send your contribution to this ETH address"). Incoherent roadmap. Fewer or none information about the team management (if a picture of team/teams is/are present use google image to search for the person on the internet). finally dont join ICO just because you see they have been listed numerously on ICO review website. some scammers also pay review site to get listed on their platform.
2198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: HOW TO INCREASE BOUNTY EARNINGS on: March 14, 2018, 07:04:14 AM
that is one of the features of a centralized bounty portals like bountyhive expecially when the site is manage by campaign manager with high reputation. many bounty hunters nowadays are not just joining a campaign but they are looking for a campaign run by campaign manager with good reputation and that is the reason why you have so many bounty hunter on bountyhive platform. however, there are still some campaign manager like yahoo that limit number of participant in order for those participating to earn substantial amount in token. in such cases the early you join the higher your bounty. you can as well participate in blog campaign. it pay well but you need to be someone who can write without plagiarism. some time I read a whitepaper more than 10 times in order to understand the project before writing on it. content creation also pay well but you must be good writer because if you copy and paste whitepaper, your article will be rejected.
2199  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: REVOLUT - SCAM - STAY AWAY - THEY WANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DOCUMENTS! on: March 13, 2018, 05:00:09 PM
I bet you didn't read the verification process in the FAQ before you register on the platform. some of this site required alot of verification and the process is rigorous. I have as well experienced this when i was trying to open an account on 10bet. I had to forget about the account and look for another betting site that does not require KYC before i can bet. one thing i find stupid about this site is that they will not ask you to complete kyc when you want to deposit fund. It is after you have deposit they will start asking for document. What stop them from asking for the document before allowing users to deposit.
2200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading actually worth it? on: March 13, 2018, 02:49:48 PM
it is really difficult these days to make a good income from trading many great signal groups are just giving poor signals which will get you lose your coin. price of altcoin are dropping really hard except if you are pro or maybe you have a pumping secret from somewhere then you can make good cash. crypto market always goes up and down and the percentage increment is not good at all. things get worse recently when binance was partially hacked. price of crypto went down.
