Bad luck these past few days, 3, 4 & 6 hour blocks.
Yes, few longer rounds in a row, it always look strange. But pool luck is above average, so don't worry . (Note: This image is dynamic and is generated every day; picture will show different data in the future)

I just released version 0.3 which add multicurrency support for mtgox and fix weird price peaks. Please update, links to binaries and sources are in top post.

Great howto, works for me. Please update link to sierrachart binary, I just released version 0.3 which is addin multicurrency support for mtgox.

SSL on website is finally working correctly. HTTP is forced for member section ("My account" and related) as security improvement.
|
|
|
I just added SSL certificate signed by RapidSSL authority. So no warnings about 'self signed' certificate in your browser anymore. I'll fix redirecting from https back to http on login page tomorrow.

Oh, I see mtgox added other currencies to the realtime feed, which break price charts in Sierra. I'll fix it and release new binary soon (tomorrow?). In the meantime, please use parameter "-w" as workaround (that will skip websocket and download clean data from bitcoincharts).

I've been running over 3 GHs for a couple months now and haven't found a single block (which is cool) I just wanted to make sure that if someone finds a block your sure that it shows up in there found block section
Yes, when your miner find a block, you'll see "1" in "Found block" on profile page...
|
|
|
So is the found block part working or not ?
"found block part"? Yes, everything works; this variance is pretty normal. For example, today pool found 7 blocks in four hours...

As a Prague resident, I'm supporting this conference and bitcoin.cz is official sponsor of this event. Mitchell Bourne is very professional and I have no doubt he can organize really great event in the heart of Europe .

I need to restart api2.bitcoin.cz and website balancer now, which caused connection problems for you, pekv2. Now it is working again.

I needed to restart api.bitcoin.cz balancer. It was down for less a minute, my apologies.

I was just looking on my account page and the numbers looks weird. (moved my miners elsewhere when stuff started to go down, hence the low numbers)
EDIT: I guess you just did some recalculations since the 2.5k share is gone but the 0.0000 is still there
Pool does share recalculation ("renormalization") every hour to avoid huge numbers in score. Numbers on profile page are rounded to four decimal place, so if you submitted share a long time ago (before hour or more), renormalized score for worker may be very tiny. This is how score method works; old shares have almost no weight.

Did you mean to reset the payout history graph? It looks like it only shows for a month now?
Yes, I truncated records a bit, so you see daily history on stats page for +/- one month. However, payouts log is still here.

Automatic processing of block calculation and payouts is enabled again.

thehairymob - Round #7580 took less than two minutes. It is quite possible that your miners didn't submit any share in this time, so it may be OK. Round #7580 was calculated using share-based formula, so if your reward is much lower, then there was some problem in mining. I know that thanks to database maintenance there was higher stale ratio for short time, so maybe you were affected.
Overall yesterday pool reward was lower than 7 days average, so it is normal that your reward was also lower. That's pretty normal, there is big variance in mining operation.

|
|
Well, I cannot sleep, so I processed all stuff manually; everything was OK as I expected. All blocks are calculated and payments sent. As a bonus, I implemented full decimal payout :-).
I'll finally setup automatic processing of blocks and payments after short sleep.

heliosxx, block #7591 was probably fine, but I recalculated it right now using share-based formula (instead of standard score-based) to be sure there wasn't a problem with score renormalization in database. If your reward is still significantly lower than usual, then there were some network issues between your miners and pool.

Great! Database is succesfully repaired, website is running again and it looks pretty stable. If you still see some error pages on website, please let me know. Also JSON API is back up.
Database is repaired, mining works and website is responsive, however there are still few things to do. But I need to take short rest right now; after almost 20 hour session of debugging and database recovering I feel that I might do some stupid mistake. So processing of rewards and payouts is currently still disabled. I prefer to calculate them manually and watch if everything is really really OK. I'll inform you about next progress in next hours.
Thank you all for your support and for mining without any GUI & stats during last few hours.

I stopped website and put there an info message instead, because it improves a speed of repair a lot. I hope site will be back in few hours.
codymanix - tens of millions records.
