221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bittorrent (BTT) on: January 24, 2020, 10:28:54 AM
to be honest, I think this is a useless project, but since this project was listed on Binance because it conducted IEO there, I think that at one day there will be a pump of the price for this coin. especially since Justin Sun loves to create a HYIP around his projects. I did not invest in this project, but I think that I will buy a few coins. if there will be growth then I can earn some money
Justin Sun has already made enough money on this project. After IEO on Binance when the price rose almost 10 times(it was bear market). I think at that moment he sold all the coins that he had and now he is not doing anything that would help the development of this project. I would stay that all people should stay away from this project and not hope for a price increase
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Sinking ship or Sleeping Giant? on: January 24, 2020, 10:21:56 AM
Ethereum has never been called a sinking ship, it will only become once people are abandoning the chain and projects are moving to another chain, but it's not the case so far, they may be quiet right now, and that includes the price but not for long, they are still on target once Ethereum POS start moving things are going to change.
The only reason why I continue to believe in ETH is a successful update that took place at the beginning of this year. All 2019 I was sure that this project could not continue to exist and I was waiting for an update. The update was successful and they did not move the deadlines, that's why I did not sell all of my ETH immediately.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Pyramid Schemes are still Amongst Us on: January 24, 2020, 10:15:28 AM
This is now popular to the local places where most of the people doesn't have an idea about crypto. The scheme makes them believe that they have an automatic system that allows everyone to generate money by just making their money sleep on their "accounts" provided by the scam company. And they thought that's the sole system of crypto which forces you to invest to a specific scheme and they don't understand that it's a currency that they can spend to trade and it's not the whole system that they've been fooled.
in any country, there are a lot of people who do not understand anything in cryptocurrency and that is why many scammers use it. they use a lot of technical terms to talk about their project and people start to think that they really create a good project. Such projects do not allow the cryptocurrency market to develop, and we must write about new projects in this forum and tell people to avoid such projects.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub launches payments in stablecoin Tether on: January 24, 2020, 10:03:01 AM
I think that such news does not affect in any way and should not affect the prices of cryptocurrencies. the fact that some kind of large porn site has added cryptocurrency as payment will not increase the number of cryptocurrency purchases. people who use these sites will continue to use fiat currencies. it’s just that such platforms are starting to prepare for the fact that when the cryptocurrency will be legal it will be used by a large number of people
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: January 24, 2020, 09:49:46 AM
I am now involved in the cryptocurrency because of the influence of my friends. I want to be independent that is why I look for a sideline job that might help me to be able to earn money and sustain my financial needs. My friends introduced it to me and started participating in the bounty campaigns. Luckily I learned a lot and from it and started to earn.
I think many people have such a story. but my friends only helped me buy a cryptocurrency and then I myself began to figure it out. it was a difficult and long way. I lost a lot of money and then earned it again. earnings in this market turned out to be as volatile as cryptocurrency prices. Now I think that I understand a lot, but the most important thing that I understood is that you should be ready for everything in this market
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: They announced 1000000 Tokens Giveaway. Should I follow this? on: January 23, 2020, 04:24:54 PM
if you have just entered the market or you don’t have enough money to invest in cryptocurrency, then you need to participate in all such giveaways of free coins and if you are lucky, after some time you will begin to collect a portfolio of promising coins, but I don’t spend time for similar marketing moves of new campaigns. And one more thing: you should never pass KYC to get such rewards
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH: Miners should donate...or else on: January 23, 2020, 04:21:03 PM
This coin was too centralized a long time ago to invest in its development and it seems to me that only Roger Ver doing this. other people who continue to somehow connect with this project are simply fools for me who do not understand that they can lose their money very quickly. at any time, Roger Ver can do what is profitable to him and then each of those who invest in this coin will be very upset. so stay away from it
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum About to Break Out of a 2-Year Bear Market? on: January 23, 2020, 04:14:24 PM
I think that ETH will be in the bear market all 2020 year, but it is also possible that changes in its price may begin after a successful transition to POS. many people now do not believe that the transition to a new mining algorithm is a good idea, but I think that if the ETH team will do everything right, then later people will understand why this is necessary and will actively buy ETH.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still possible to invent certain Altcoin that can be better than Bitcoin? on: January 23, 2020, 04:10:14 PM
of course, it is not possible. there will be no altcoin that can gain more popularity than bitcoin itself. it is possible that if some kind of stablecoin will appears on the market that will be created by a large country, for example, China, it will be able to get capitalization higher than bitcoin, but I think that it will only be temporary because after some time people will stop using it and switch to bitcoin
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: This is why you shouldn't trust a Centralized Exchange! on: January 22, 2020, 11:36:12 AM
Hack will likely continue to happen on centralized exchange and this doesn't judge that they are bad, instead you must choose too exchange that is capable of returning users money when hacks happened, okex huobi or binance are too exchanges you will survive for long term even if hacks takes place
in general, I don’t understand why people are afraid to hold their money on such large exchanges, because Binance has already proved to us that if the hacking of the exchange occurs because of the low security of the exchange itself, then they simply return the money to users. I also think that on such exchanges you can store your money for quite a long time and safely.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is IEO better than ICO? on: January 22, 2020, 11:31:01 AM
I think ICO and IEO are the same. IEO is an upgrade from ICO. Both sell tokens to fund their projects. When many ICO projects became a scam, investors began to switch to IEO. then, is IEO safe? not really. Some IEO projects become dumps after being listed on an exchange and no longer have a movement.
people switched to IEO only thanks to Binance. Of course, everyone wanted to take part in projects that immediately will be listed on the most popular exchange. all the people wanted to make money. buy and immediately sell after trading will start. There was very high competition for the buy possibility of these tokens. the bad thing is that people did not understand that no one guarantees the quality of such projects and now a lot of people just sit with BTT, for example, in their portfolios. Of course, that ICO and IEO the same.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: January 22, 2020, 11:23:48 AM
The bad thing about your story is that you sold your house just to invest in cryptocurrency. You know cryptocurrency is just like a gambling and it is not a wise idea to sell whatever you have for it. The good part is you have a good portfolio of coins. I would add ETH and Bitcoin on the top if I were you.
This is not the first story about a person who sells his property for the reason of investing in cryptocurrency. There is a successful investment, but there are also examples where people lost all their money that they invested. most likely if someone wants to sell their house now and buy good altcoins - then their investment will be very profitable after several years, and maybe even earlier.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy Bitwings ICO token? on: January 22, 2020, 11:20:12 AM
I think that now, even if you think the project is incredibly strong, it is best not to invest. wait for the project to appear on the exchanges. most likely immediately after the project appears on the exchange its price will drop very deep. if not, then in the worst-case scenario, you will buy a little more expensive than at the ICO.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating shit TOKEN make good profit ? on: January 22, 2020, 11:16:05 AM
Well it is not like 2017 anymore were shit tokens with no project was profitable, but now you can not make a good profit. No one will interested with your token. Don't be a scammer bro you just ruining the image of crypto.
let him create it. he will just waste his time. now no one will need new coins. Of course, if he comes up with some kind of crypto pyramid then maybe he can make money on creating his token, but I think that with a probability of 90 percent he will just waste his time. do not worry about such people and such coins they will quit by themselfs
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 of the best Binance alternatives on: January 21, 2020, 03:39:34 PM
I think you can add HITBTC to this list. they do not have very expensive commissions for withdrawing money, but I think that this is a very good exchange that has existed for a long time. I often use this exchange and believe that it can be trusted. but we must not forget that we should not hold a lot of money on exchanges. just trade
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: By now, is it worth to invest in major altcoins for the long term? on: January 21, 2020, 03:37:06 PM
To everyone who wants to buy altcoins now, I recommend to wait a bit because I believe that we will see a price correction soon. But if you want to do it right now, I would choose not only coins from the top 20 or top 50. There are a lot of good coins in the top 200 that may be in the top 50 in the coming year. But in order to find these coins, you need to study a lot of information. I won’t tell you names so you don’t blame me later if you suddenly will have losses
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some exchanges charges are too high on: January 21, 2020, 03:34:06 PM
if I want to withdraw money from some exchange and transfer it to another exchange, then I just buy TRX and transfer this coin. as a rule, the commission for the withdrawal of TRX is not more than 10 TRON. this is one of the smallest commissions that are now we have and this coin can be sold almost everywhere
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: January 21, 2020, 03:30:58 PM
I have long believed that bounty campaigns should be done only for projects that already working. social bounties should not exist anymore, except Reddit campaigns. the most productive campaigns are signature and content creation for the project. I haven’t been participating in bounty campaigns for new projects for a year now because I don’t see normal projects and normal teams
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VIBE good to invest on: January 21, 2020, 03:24:29 PM
the price is very cheap now. as far as I remember, this coin is possible to trade on Binance, and if it has not yet been removed from there, then they have a trading volume and this coin is alive. so if you have money and you like this project, you can invest some money. but do not invest in such coins more than 10 percent of your deposit. probably not even more than 5 percent
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum after hard fork Istanbul on: January 20, 2020, 01:06:17 PM

Maybe other participants of the forum will try to dissuade me from buying this coin? Or now everyone going to buy ETH now?

I would say that ETH has been undervalued significantly for a long while now.

During the bear market, you had ETH under 0.018 BTC which is way below its long term mean given its fundamentals. I think that the reason why it's having such a big bull run even outpacing BTC right now is making up for previous irrational dumps that had its value so low.

I'm long on ETH for sure. With the improved fundamentals you'd expect further, sustained pumps as well in 2020.
you should also objectively understand that ETH may not return to its previous ATHs for a very long time. I think that this year we will not see a price above 500 dollars for ETH, but I also think that it will be very volatile and it will be possible to earn a large number of coins if you will trade. and after this maybe it will be good idea to participate in staking
