221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in altcoin still worth? on: March 14, 2018, 05:44:27 PM
Because of the bleeding that is happening on our market, prices are cheap and as what all people say, "buy the dip". Yes, that is true. Buy that dip because the market will not forever like this. Bull run will come and the perfect preparation for that is gathered as many promising alts we can because it will pump hard when the market recovers.
222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can be hacked? on: March 09, 2018, 01:35:37 AM
Bitcoin can be hacked, the coin itself can be hacked. But the blockchain technology itself cannot. That is why it is the most powerful technology now. Because it is immutable, decentralized and unhackable. So do not worry about the network of Bitcoin, it is truly safe. All transactions can be viewed but cannot be replaced or changed.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Telegram the new measure of ICO success? on: March 07, 2018, 11:39:32 PM
I agree with you. Telegram now is a necessary tool in order for us to reach out the dev teams for any concern regarding the project. And this also measures how much people supports the project. It helps us to assess whether a certain project is worth to invest or not.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Current Strategy Investing or Holding. on: March 07, 2018, 11:31:29 PM
It's all we can do right now. If you bought at a higher price, then you left no choice but to hold it until it recovers. I think it is not appropriate to choose between the two. Because when you invest, you gotta hold and set your desired profit.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had $50, what would you invest in? on: March 07, 2018, 09:15:09 PM
If I have $50 in my hand right now, I will buy $PRL in Kucoin. I've read just a while ago that they are launching an airdrop to those holders of $PRL in their private wallet. This will happen April 6, 2018. But aside from an airdrop, $PRL now is very much cheap. So if they are going to have an airdrop, expect the price will go up before the snapshot. So better to buy right now before it pumps.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: March 07, 2018, 08:43:26 PM
Definitely, yes! 2018 offers a lot of promising tokens. Participating in ICO will give you a high return. Lots of bonuses are given away to its investors when you participate. I guess the real deal here is to find a good one.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is hodling alts dangerous? on: March 07, 2018, 08:10:32 PM
In my opinion, holding alts isn't dangerous. Holding them too long is dangerous unless they belong to the top 10 list. For me, new promising alts are good to hold for less than a year to see if it's doing what it has promised. But then after a year of holding, that is the time you'll assess if it's still worth to hold or not.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The future of Ethereum (ETH) on: March 07, 2018, 06:43:49 PM
Ethereum now is dropping. Actually, top 20 coins dropped substantially and I do not know exactly the reason/s behind this. And I see this as an opportunity to buy potential coins. Ethereum is one of my favorite coin that I want to hold more and I believe this coin will reach $3,000 after this bearish months.
229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: March 07, 2018, 08:23:31 AM
I think so. Long before it was used in trading, Bitcoin is used on the deep web wherein illegal activities are being bought using this. So logically, terrorists may use Bitcoin to purchase the things they need to their attacks to hide their identity. I do hope technology will not be used like this.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: March 07, 2018, 03:13:16 AM
Banks are not scared of crypto currencies, they are only trying to keep safe their country's currency.
Instead of crypto currencies to make banks disappear, they will work together to achieve one aim.
I think banks should support of somehow be a part of the system of Bitcoin more rather than to be scared on the things it could gives on the system of transactions. If e would want to have development in terms of our monetary system we should also support the future and being a part of Bitcoin is a big step on moving forward.

As the old saying goes, "if you cannot beat them, join them."  Grin
I think banks are well aware of it that one-day they will no longer be needed. Since cryptocurrencies are still on the acceptance and adoption stage, banks have a lot of time to figure out how could they make this threat into an opportunity that won't let them left behind.
231  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: March 07, 2018, 01:25:12 AM
i think i am not agree with this statement,i am really going to sell my bitcoin when ever i feel the need then i will never wait for a single minute but will sell it on the spot.
well, everybody has their own decision. I think OP had mentioned why we should never sell our bitcoin and I thought it make sense. That such opinion just come from people who had a strongly believes in future of bitcoin, I do believe, so I would always have savings my btc and just convert it into fiat money if I need to buy/pay something urgent.

The one true goal here is to save more Bitcoin as possible, for the preparation when the time comes that Bitcoin will be legalized by many. And not all of us do the same thing. Some of us buys Bitcoin just for a quick buck without any purpose of keeping it forever. Well, everybody has its own opinion regarding this matter.
232  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and our daily life on: March 07, 2018, 12:51:48 AM
It will come a time that we can use them in our daily lives. But for now, Cryptocurrencies are just at the beginning phase. People will undergo a very serious adjustment if we come to this moment. So we are very lucky that at this moment, we knew them and we can prepare ourselves if one-day cryptocurrencies will finally be legalized and accepted by most of the countries.
233  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: February 28, 2018, 02:40:26 PM
Because it gives us freedom on what we own. Bitcoin is the answer to our financial issues. Privacy is really a big deal to us, especially to our finances. We really don't want those government officials to look into our accounts. Anonymity and transparency are the two facts I like about Bitcoin.
234  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: tips for begginers on: February 28, 2018, 02:17:59 PM
First thing for most, please do read a lot about cryptocurrencies. These are really hard to absorb and it is too risky so you should have a full understanding about all this. Regarding exchange, well I can suggest my top 3 would be Bittrex, Binance and Kucoin. Those are my favorites because it is fast to use and user-friendly. If you are a beginner, then you may first invest on the blue chips. Meaning the top most coins we have on coinmarketcap. Because they are more stable than other tokens. Lastly, control your emotions, do not be too greedy. Goodluck Smiley
235  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: February 28, 2018, 12:57:37 PM
It can be done. As you notice, price varies all the time. It is because the law of supply and demand applies to its price. Buying and Selling Bitcoin affects the price. So in order for it to stabilize its price, then the selling part should be avoided if possible.
236  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 28, 2018, 09:41:13 AM
Gold is precious minerals because it is a natural resource that when destroyed, it's gone forever. Just like Bitcoin. So if I were to ask which one, I will choose both. Both are a good investment to have because they both have a limited supply and can be mine. One is mined manually, the other is mined in a digital way. 5 - 10 years from now, these two resources will cost more than what it cost right now.
237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest in bitcoin if you don't know anything about it on: February 27, 2018, 03:57:13 PM
We consider buying Bitcoin as a gamble because there is a risk of losing and a chance of winning. Many people believe that if you bought Bitcoin, after a few months you'll become a millionaire. Yes you will but the time is uncertain. And they just bought because of profit, without actually knowing what is really Bitcoin is. When things do not go on what they expected, they will throw negative thoughts about it. Making other people to discourage. That is how new comers think at the beginning.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: February 26, 2018, 02:47:14 PM
This is so true. Some of people here who join cryptoverse joined because they think money is fast here. They didn't study the concept or anything, they only knew that they can earn millions here. That is why if things fall apart, they easily give up. It is because they do not believe or simply they do not know the beauty in this technology.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for Airdrops: A bad precedence on: February 26, 2018, 02:20:09 PM
I agree. This is very risky because we do not know the credibility of the people whose making airdrops. Then we are going to provide them our personal identity in return of a small amount of their token. These people may steal our identity and that is a threat to us.
240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC the new gold ? on: February 21, 2018, 10:32:56 PM
A speculative asset. Yes, can be. Because it is a commodity, like Gold, wherein you bought in exchange for cash. We cannot see it for now its purpose since it is on its developmental stage. Bitcoin cannot be consider now as digital cash in real world because its not yet recognize as currency worldwide.
