We made the deal with Paypal but no it was not in was not in one go! We made multiple transactions because, of course, David was worried about getting scammed (which is perfectly understandable).
My rate is always the same: 14% in EUR. I lower the rate if we make huge transactions (like around 500€).
You might find that a bit high but... Well that's the problem, people with lower rates are people that are going to scam you. Simply because the 14% is barely enough to cover the multiple fees and the risk I take. Anyone taking less than 10% is suspicious for me.

I've sent some btc to someone without taking into account the number of inputs it seems, and transaction is stucked in network.

6 Inputs and 2 Outputs for 0.4 mBTC fee

Paypal is very cool, but the problem is that you can't change paypal money for btc.

You have to link and verify a bank account to your paypal account first, then register the paypal account to the exchange platform, them withdraw from paypal to bank, then send from bank to exchange...

All that takes time and fees, and the problem is that you have to LINK your identity and your bank account to the paypal account.

That's pretty complicated and not really private :/

I changed my fees for Paypal to compensate btc price instability.

as far as I know I have no requirement, the important thing to notice though is that I'll send the coins only when the funds are available on my account. If Paypal blocks your payments because they find it suspicious because of how your account is funded by dubious sources, I'm not responsible and won't send you anything.

Otherwise no problem, best is to PM me when you've got the Paypal funds ready
