No Bitcoin?

I would not dump XRP now. It is not a very good coin but its price can go much higher.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ripple the best coin to buy on: January 25, 2018, 07:42:14 PM
Ripple had a great year in 2017 but it is not a very good coin.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: zclassic on: January 25, 2018, 07:39:47 PM
Yeah looks like a shitcoin nothing else.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum blue on: January 25, 2018, 07:38:54 PM
It's just a erc20 token, came at first from airdrop with the Ethereum Blue name.

It's just a shitcoin, just dump this when its high, no future :=)

Too bad. The name sounded like this could be a fork.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any altcoin which is less than $10 dollar right now and will be bomb in future? on: January 22, 2018, 07:18:52 PM
IOTA and Ripple are under $10 and seem to quite promising.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum blue on: January 22, 2018, 03:10:32 PM
It was one of my first airdops. I sold it for ~40$. Now it costs ~1000 dollars. It was very good lesson for me: don`t sell, hold!
Now I see that project has a good perspective and don`t buy it only because of my first mistake...

Would you buy it now?
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum blue on: January 20, 2018, 06:38:48 AM
Is this a fork of Ethereum or just another token?
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Earn BTC online with no money on: January 20, 2018, 06:37:10 AM
Hello everyone,

I am a beginner, I start by learning about the cryptocurrency, So i created a wallet on jaxx because i've been told that's very secure!!
So now i'm wondering how to get BTC online without having any money and specially without going through spam websites, And how much time it will takeBTCBTC

Thank you   Smiley
to be honest you can get btc here from the signature campaign, but your rank is not yet eligible. maybe you can start from social media campaigns, telegram, content (blogs and videos) and other campaigns. but you will be paid with alt and you can swap it alt later into btc.

you can see and search for campaigns here.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

diligently read and keep learning.

I think there were some bounty campaigns that allowed low ranked people to participate. Not sure if those are active right now.

This is a forum. Why do you want people to email you?
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO EXACOIN on: January 19, 2018, 11:42:24 AM
The most troubling aspect of ExaCoin in addition to being an obvious Ponzi scheme is that it might be a substitute for Chinese scammers skirting the country’s recent ICO ban.

China is the 2nd largest source of traffic to the ExaCoin website after Vietnam.

Chinese scammers must be running the company through Vietnam, or ExaCoin has been able to solicit an unusually high amount of Chinese investment.

The investment is illegal and considering the highly public nature of China’s ICO ban, a big responsibility should Chinese authorities intervene.

To top that there is the obvious Ponzi fraud, common to all altcoin ICO “lending” schemes.

The affiliates of ExaCoin invest real money in exchange for worthless EXA points.

At present, the EXA points are not publicly tradeable and have no purpose outside of ExaCoin itself.

EXA is being invested in within ExaCoin exclusively on the promise of projected returns. It includes the daily ROI that are being paid out as compensation and baseless projections EXA points will rise in value.

The trick behind ExaCoin’s ROI revenue is the usual cryptocurrency trading cliché.

Their website states Exa is a platform that provides analyses and exploits of 1,300 cryptocurrencies market.

Of course ExaCoin does not provide any proof of cryptocurrency trading taking place, much the less any external revenue used to fund affiliate ROI payouts.

New affiliate investment is the only provable source of revenue entering ExaCoin. The use of new investment to pay existing affiliates a daily ROI makes ExaCoin a Ponzi scheme.

If you take a look at ExaCoin’s daily ROI percentage payout, each tier falls short of initially invested funds.

It implies reinvestment is mandatory if a profitable return is to be realized.

ExaCoin’s anonymous owner(s) have to cut and run in turn that balloons out the time, because even at the highest investment tier 2 terms comes to 118 days.

The exit strategy for ICO “lending” Ponzi admins is pretty straight forward.

The admins of ExaCoin’s are flogging off EXA points for 90 cents to $1.30 each throughout December.

In case they attract enough investors, the admins of ExaCoin purchase an altcoin script, convince a few dishonest exchanges to list it, get listed, use that to profess legitimacy and then issue funds invested until the minimum reserve is reached.

ExaCoin will then suddenly stop paying out and the anonymous admin(s) run off with what’s left.

The gullible affiliates of ExaCoin who invested on baloney promises of riches are in the meantime left with an altcoin whose value fast approaches zero.

That is on top of majority of the affiliates losing money on the ROI side of things, as that is how a Ponzi scheme works.

It has been happening time and time again in the MLM underbelly “lending” Ponzi niche. ExaCoin certainly won’t be any different.

This doesn't sound good for anyone who is planning to invest in Exacoin. Sounds a lot like Bitconnect.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Thoughts on quantum computers vs crypto? on: January 19, 2018, 11:40:45 AM
Quantum computers are too far away to worry about this sort of thing.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to participate in bounty on: January 18, 2018, 01:49:02 PM
First get some experience on the forum then go to a bounty thread and read the instructions carefully.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETHEREUM WILL WORTH $10000 on: January 18, 2018, 01:48:03 PM
You can't say for sure. I think the price of ethereum will rise but question is how quickly.
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: January 16, 2018, 11:31:39 PM
Trading is better than gambling.

Companies make money off of gambling because the odds are stacked against you. Every time you bet the chances of you winning are always negative. Just understand this and you'll see why it's better to trade.

Trading is an opportunity to make big money.
235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I got this idea about eSports and betting. Opinions? on: January 16, 2018, 11:15:44 PM
This is a really good idea.

It's like horse racing, only with gaming.

The thing is there are tons of things you need to consider. It would be too easy for gamers to throw games and get their friends to bet on the other guy to make big money through cheating. This is just one obstacle. A project like this has a million different things to think about before doing it.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with altcoins on: January 16, 2018, 10:58:34 PM
Yeah i prefer to use those casinos who are accepting altcoins at the moment, it is much more easier to use them since you do no need to deposit huge amounts of money with bitcoin and having them reduced because of the fees.

Yup and there's nothing Bitcoin does that altcoins can't either. The only thing is it's easier to sell Bitcoin, but altcoins are easy enough to sell to and much faster to send and receive.

Hope we get some improvements with Bitcoin soon because it's slowly dying as more and more coins take from it's market share by the day.
237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you save money while playing gambling games? on: January 16, 2018, 10:45:37 PM
Simple. Always take the best bets and never bet on something that you know is going to lose money in the long run. For example, don't bet the fire bet in craps because that is the least returning bet on your money compared to any other, even though it pays the most, you are going to bet a lot more before actually winning, therefore you should bet on other options.
238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker v Other casino games online on: January 16, 2018, 10:35:35 PM
Poker is the only casino game that is actually possible to win at in the long run. All of the other games are against the house, and you know the old saying that "the house always wins", well it's clear that you can't win playing craps, blackjack, etc. unless you count cards or whatever. But poker isn't played vs. the house it's played against Humans and if you are better than them, you win.
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 16, 2018, 10:29:25 PM
I am afraid its all over for india in this test match...kohli was india's only hope and he has gone out really cheaply.Still a huge lot of runs left to score,we can say that this match is now completely in south africa's pocket.
Yea Kohli is very good in last innings he can manage things for India but South Africa take this wicket very cheaply now they still have some chance but not as its good in presence of kohli Pujara Rohit and Pandya all are capable but last day of test has impact

Now, there is a good possibility on the last day, anything might happen, if they hold wickets and bats well, India could win, and if they play defensive it will be draw and if South Africa starts there destructive bowling then within Tea break I believe all will be over and the test series will be theirs.
ALready top 3 wickets are gone, now its upto the middle order and tailender. Tomorrow will be a good one if we see fight from both side.

Agreed. This is going to be a great match. India and South Africa have had some great matches in the past too.

Kohli is great and could cause them trouble, but like you said is SA gets rolling it could be over very early.

It all just depends on which team shows up to win and who wants it more.
240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: January 16, 2018, 10:24:14 PM
Gambling is addicting because people don't know how to do it. That is literally the only reason. If people knew what gambling was, on a deeper level, they would never get addicted.

It's all mathematics. Seriously. When you bet, your expected return is always negative. Therefore even when you win, you still lose. Because literally every bet is a loss mathematically speaking.
