221  Economy / Economics / Re: OMG crypto is low ! what do i do ? on: February 24, 2022, 11:44:59 AM
For the sophisticated people or people in the correct field (having the proper knowledge and skills), op's suggestions really are great for gaining huge advantages even when the market is bloody or capitalize on the bloody market, shall I say. But for people that are not well versed with the suggestions of op, it would be a better idea to just stick on buying the coins on sale and DCA whenever the prices go even lower. Of course, studying about the op's suggestions can  also be done at the same time if the person is interested so he/she can adapt and have more opportunities that can be taken.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the safest coin to stake? on: February 19, 2022, 01:01:37 PM
I can relate with you so if you are not that busy, go on some exchanges like binance and check out their earning options. Some exchanges have very good deals and apy and some also doesn't have those lockup periods that are making you worrisome right now. But if you are a little bit greedier and have lots of free time, good startup projects are very worth it to stake into. While good amount of research is needed, the profits are really good.

- or you can just choose those suggestions above. Anyway, good luck to you op Smiley)
223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CBDC will make Bitcoin MORE valuable on: February 19, 2022, 12:23:17 PM
I really do not see the resason why bitcoin would need this crap. I mean, just try to understand it, isn't this just another form of regulated currency? How different is it from fiat? The only difference I see is that it is even worse than fiat in terms of anonymity. Bitcoin is already doing good as it is. At least despite it not having full anonymity, it still gives us good privacy to an extent. I don't know about y'all but I really am not afan of this CBDC. Having said so, I really don't understand why people, specially you which is a crypto enthusiast that has heen here for years would like CBDC.
224  Economy / Economics / Re: The Problem with Mainstream Banks and a New Alternative | Fluid on: February 19, 2022, 11:21:09 AM
Big respect for the guy in coming up with such an innovative idea. It is great to have a brilliant mind the supports the idea of coexistence between crypto currencies and fiat or banks to crypto (whatever term people wants to use) and is also capable enough to start something that can turn into a huge movement in the future. And as this ideology gets widely spread it will educate the masses that there indeed is no sense in making both sides compete with eachother when they are both important in today's world.

Sorry to say this but first of all, please change the way you write, it's really difficult and confusing to read. Second, I don't know why you responded to my post with those things you are saying this is just making your post even more confusing and a hassle to read. I wonder if you really took the time to read my post before you quoted it. I maybe wrong here since you might mean something that I cannot understand. If so, please do clarify.

Edit: removed the quoted post and just placed the one I am responding to.
226  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is President Joe Biden Fair to Afghans? on: February 18, 2022, 11:38:14 AM
In all honesty, I really cannot blame Biden because of this decision. I mean, I am not a fan of the guy but this problem isn't really that easy to fix. On one hand, the Afghans are suffering and on the other hand, terrorists are ruling the country. Of course I wouldn't trust such huge funds on terrorists and instead opt for better distribution for the people really affected by the civil war and the people suffering. I believe that there really isn't a huge difference between right and wrong in the chouces available for biden right now.

- Either way, I really feel for the Afghans and I hope that they manage to solve their own countries problem because if not, they will only be food to be taken advantage of by other forces (to control).
227  Economy / Economics / Re: Canada to freeze Freedom Convoy Protestors bank accounts... on: February 18, 2022, 11:06:56 AM
~
This is just crazy. I remember seeing someone talking about this issue on tiktok a couple hours ago even featured the actual moment that the woman talked about this. This is such a low blow and a very improper way of dealing with the problem. Some may even call it childish to an extent.

- I see some saying this is where crypto comes in useful as useful. Yes, initially this can be the case but if you really think about it, choosing crypto for their funds would be a bad decision since it can be th aue of a total ban of crypto in their country just by looking at how the leader of canada reacted to this situation. If they halved their funds though making the one on the surface as decoy, then that would've been an awesome plan which they might have already did.
228  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine legalize bitcoin on: February 18, 2022, 10:05:04 AM
Well as we can see, this is somehow turning into a trend now which is good since it promotes this industry and gives way to faster mass adoption of cryptos. These countries are taking a gamble because they want to be ahead and they realize how the odds are in favor of this industry.

- I see no strong reasons why these countries wouldn't follow in El Salvador's footsteps since bitcoin is evidently doing well and has built a great identity all throughout the years which has made its reputation better and better as time goes by. Even people that were strongly against the ideology of crypto currencies have easten their words and invested themselves.

Anyway, the future is full of uncertainties and in the end, we can only hope for better days as crypto enthusiasts.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu Launches Shibarium Soon on: February 18, 2022, 09:51:21 AM
Investing in Altcoins including Shiba Inu is a concern that they take their projects seriously and orderly. Not for other shitcoins, Shiba did have a large community and a pretty decent run during its launch. But again, it is he who enters earlier who will benefit. When we enter at a time like this, maybe we will need hype again where Memecoin is rampant with a base of names that almost associate the name Inu or Doge. I wouldn't be too surprised when Shiba Inu has now become a trending coin compared to Doge, which only relies on one tweet.

Maybe in the case of shiba it ain't gon go down the drain or even if it does won't be that fast. Still though, I just enjoy shiba by doing lev trades every now and then but other than that, no thanks. Even when shiba has great community already, I won't consider investing good amounts on another product of it. But if I ever had that much extra I don't mind placing 2-5% of my vacant funds on it since I do hunt shitcoins every now and then so why not try and treat it like the other shitcoins I hunt right? We'll see..
230  Economy / Economics / Re: Your opinion on side jobs on: February 17, 2022, 11:00:19 AM
That is the type of thing that my friends are all doing and I do not understand. They have their main job that makes them money, and they see that as their job. I would say that have your own job that you want to do in the world, you could have a "main job" that gives you money, but then for the rest of your hours, focus on doing what you want to do. Let that consume every single hour of your life.

I work nearly 12-13 hours a day, all for the "main" job that I have because I found the job that I love the most, it is the most magnificent job for me, it is content writing and many people may not like it and hate it but the reality is that I still love it and it is perfect for me.

If you can't let your favourite thing in the world consume every single minute you have, then you are not going to turn that into your main job and will hate your whatever main job you have that brings only income and no fun for the rest of your life.

First of all, big respect for being a kind of person that chases after what he really wants. Second, although I understand your point and your passion about it, you also must know that not all people are brave enough to take the leap of faith. Specially for the ones that are really financially challenged and have a family to support and take care of. Whether it is right or wrong to risk it despite having responsibilities or not is something that is still up for debate or is something that the person who is in the same situation can judge. Either way, everyone has different lives to live along with their varying beliefs that may depend entirely on environmental influences, tradition or some circumstances and I as a person respect them all.
231  Economy / Economics / Re: US national debt exceeds $30 trillion on: February 17, 2022, 10:01:22 AM
It is looking as if the past administration is always better of with the current one, this I'm thinking and having this thought like back during Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump and now Biden I think it has been a progressional increase in budget and debt all together. This is becoming a global situation that successive government get worse than the previous. Now US is having high debts which that still causing inflation , yet America is threatening Russia and having trade war with China and still the economy will be affected.

Well I won't go so far as to say that having the successive governments/administrations are getting worse than the previous ones but I get your point. Because mostly, that is the case. Even here in my country this has proven to be both true and not. I said so because last administration was worse than the one before here in my country but the administration right now though, is way better than the last one. Mainly because of the president that has good judgement and does not tolerate any type of corruption even when the ones involved are close friends or part of his political party. I cannot say the same for other countries, maybe you should start a separate thread about this asking this type of question.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu Launches Shibarium Soon on: February 17, 2022, 09:08:33 AM
I don't know anymore about this shiba. I mean, I take advantage of swings every now and then on leverage but other than that, I really don't admire it. I may seem like a close minded person but I just can't trust my money on some shitcoin in a huge scale  even more so on some byproduct of another shitcoin which is this shibarium. If this matures well though, I don't mind holding some and I also don't mind being a bit late and having to buy it a bit more than the very first investors. That is, if I see that the value is really there.
233  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin failed to fulfill the purpose it was created for ? on: February 17, 2022, 08:34:28 AM
Look man, bitcoin as it is right now is already such a great achievement and if I were satoshi or part of his team, I would be really damn proud. It may have not achieved some of its original purposes but we cannot disregard the fact that it really did fulfill some of them. Also, isn't bitcoin still pretty young considering the number of current circulating supply? This means that bitcoin still has a lot of room to fullfil some other purposes that satoshi or his team originally wanted. Then again, it can go the other way instead. But as it is today, as a person of this industry, I must say that I already am pretty satisfied with how bitcoins n is right now.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is $Scott the new 1000x Shib? on: February 13, 2022, 04:36:43 PM
This is a very dangerous business. Since you have experience, you know how and how much to invest in these shitcoins. It is important to do proper research before investing in any project. Even then, most of these projects are scams and their purpose is to create hype in the market and in a few days they will run away from the market with money. And this project is also in the business of taking money just like those projects.

Exactly. But the risks become smaller if a person just does his own research about a project and not just invest on a whim all because of some hype. Although hype is helpful, without filtering out the red flags, you will not know how much risk there really is and how long you can stay in such coins. Even with all the time I spend shitcoin hunting, there are still times that I leave even when I barely had any profit due to red flags raising every niw and then. It is time consuming indeed but worth it if you manage your time well and have great discipline; being able to control emotion and greed. I personally keep a limit of 3-5 shitcoins at a time even when there are good ones popping out just so I can better watch every asset and if really needed, I would let go of one or two just to get into a new one. All that while also checking on my main coins.

- I would love to share more but this got longer than I thought xD
235  Economy / Economics / Re: US national debt exceeds $30 trillion on: February 13, 2022, 03:44:36 PM

I stand corrected then. I initially thought that most if not all of the debts they have are being used to improve the lives of the US citizens. Because on some of the speaches I have seen online, they boast about the things they have done and are still planning to do and so I initially assumed that they really are doing something significant and helpful towards the citizens of the country they are governing in. Even on campaigns before elections they boast about these things.

Man, now I even feel more awful for the people of the US. ;<
236  Economy / Economics / Re: Sustainability in Bitcoin Renewable Energy on: February 13, 2022, 02:51:23 PM
This is indeed the ideal mining that anyone wants and dreams to have and happen. Not only is it environment friendly, it lowers down the costs of capital in the long run. The only downside is that a big capital is needed to start such mining project and is truly a tedious process. Even so, if one has the right amount of capital and resources, then they should really opt for this kind of mining. Earning while helping the environment, who wouldn't be able to sleep better at night with that right?
237  Economy / Economics / Re: Your opinion on side jobs on: February 13, 2022, 01:17:02 PM
General opinion is that a side job is one that supports the main income of an individual, often times perceived as something that brings little money to add to what you make from your day job. If Mr X earns better from a side job when compared to the income from his career option, does the side job still qualify to be called a side job?

Haha, good one op! The main job will always be the main job if you want it to be. It depends entirely on the person or on the perspective of another. Some may see main jobs as main income provider while others may think main jobs are jobs that consume the most time and effort from a person. Whatever the case, as long as it keeps a roof over your head and food on the table, it doesn't really matter that much what it is called.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is $Scott the new 1000x Shib? on: February 12, 2022, 02:04:00 PM
Not gonna judge but ni thanks. Although I clearly am a fan of shitcoin hunting, I don't do just any type of shitcoin. I still try to choose the best shutcoins out there and then do research about them until I finally narrow my choices down to just a few shitcoins. And right now, p2e and nft shitcoins are my priority, automatic pass to other shitcoins and meme coins.
239  Other / Politics & Society / Re: FBI Warns of Rise in Bay Area Romance Scams on: February 12, 2022, 01:13:45 PM
Seems more and more people tend to need somd more loving, lol. But seriously though, this happens anywhere in the world, and is a real problem. What makes it more difficult to eradicate is the fact the people are embarrassed to admit that they have been scammed and just think of it as a simple bad luck. In some cases, syndicates capitalize on these scams and scares victims and if unlucky, may even murder. If governments do not take this seriously, the numbers will just continue to rise.

P.S. if anyone wants to hire a thirdweel on your valentine's day, I'm all ears. I can carry bags, stand in line in your place and more. 🤣🤣🤣
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just luck on: February 12, 2022, 11:52:19 AM
Is it just luck that I made most of my money from shitcoins and meme coins? While people are hating I always make sure I got in early and I ended up smiling, if you bought shiba at few weeks of release you know what I'm talking about, I do get some big altcoins too but this so called shitcoins gives me the best profits.

If you happened to just invested on a whim and on random shitcoins or good start-up projects then that can be considered as luck. But if you have done a thorough background checking and research about the projects you invested in like it's developers, partners, community, usecase and more, then that absolutely is not luck but a precise investment plan.

This is what people most of the time misinterprets, although not morally good (since you'd rather support worthless coins than the good ones that really help this industry) shitcoin hunting is a great and easier way to make some huge profits. In fact, if I had to compare it with trading I would say that it is more profitable and a better choice for people who have less financial capabilities. Shitcoins are gold mines if you are aware of what you are doing.

Edit : I am referring to trading that needs excessive technical analysis that needs deep understanding of a few if not several indicators, price movements (candlestick movements and it's patterns and their names) and more. Plus strict discipline and emotional control (which differentiates it a bit from easy trading that's done from fiat to shitcoins and shitcoins to shitcoins).
