When a campaign manager accepts a participant for the campaign the campaign title will start/end with open and/or there will have nothing like full/paused/hold/CFNP. As the campaign starts full the camping manager is not accepting any new participants.

When any sites ask for a small amount of deposit (eg: 1$) then it might be acceptable but when it ask a good number of amount or large amount then it is 100% scam. Think yourself  if they can give you double of the amount then why they will ask you for such a large number of deposit.
