That's cool, is Ron Paul the candidate of president of USAEarth?
Yes, he runs against Richard Nixons Head in the 3016 elections.

So, there are two possible representations of one single object.
That was kind of my point. So, you are Ron Paul? No but we have the same effect on the price of Bitcoins. Perhaps I need to become a cult leader and then claim to be Ron Paul, hmm. Mucusology TM

How is that related to the price of Bitcoin?
Either way is Ron Paul still a thing?
He has more effect on price than you..... Like in a sense of positive zero being larger than negative zero? Positive zero and negative zero don't exist. Tell that to the guys who came up with floating point in computers.

Does anyone have any reasonable speculation about how many bitcoins may have been secured by this 'whale' buyer(s) since the July turnaround? It must be an immense amount.
Reasonably there wasn't a single whale buyer.

Sideways moves can grind for longer than you anticipate. Patience is key. Is it a public or private key? You sure make it sound as it was public. Anyway, I had a dream last night that bitcoin's price went up again because real whales of the fiat world started buying in. I was also tripping on acid in that dream, threw dynamites and punched some girl in the face for telling me that my hairdresser doesn't want to meet me any more. I would put that in the upper 50% of "analysis" done on this sub forum. I have an appointment to sell a kidney so I can buy more bitcoins. I figure when they go up 1000% I can just buy a replacement one. Pretty much a no brainer at this point. My only regret is the blackmarket doctor refuses to pay in Bitcoin otherwise I would be helping the Bitcoin economy too. Your story doesn't come about nearly as sarcastic as it should be.

Also, not that I want to stoke any potential bubble but I do like how this chart is looking, especially given the usd volume at peak would be equivalent to a third less now had the volume been distributed as it is these days. (in case it is of interest I bought substantially with long-term in mind for the first time in a long while on Sunday). That fits the exact premise of a bubble with a classic bulltrap.

I remember reading this thread periodically and seeing people predicting a fall to $30 So now I must say, what makes you assholes so sure of yourselves all the time?
Insults.

It's interesting to see so many people who don't even know about pirateat40 or his ponzi. I've even seen some people wonder if the ponzi actually existed or if it is a story made up by the feds.
You're the first one I've seen.

Basically, a bubble is a irrational, exuberant rise and a crash to where it started.
Bitcoin instead started at 0.01-0.06 $ and is still 1,000 - 10,000x higher today.
So in your opinion a bubble is only a bubble after it popped? In common sense that's a contradiction. A bubble is only confirmed to be a bubble after it has popped. Labeling it a bubble before it meets the definition of bubble is premature. Interesting, I guess the pirate ponzi wasn't a ponzi until it collapsed either.

What kind of media coverage? Besides the noise floor of the shills there is nothing that would crank anybody up since gox fucked up.
