2221  Economy / Reputation / Re: To all DT1 members | Interesting negative feedback from JollyGood! on: July 08, 2020, 08:27:37 PM
He said that he would definitely not step back and remove this feedback he had sent unfairly.

I haven't followed this too closely, but I doubt Jolly would say that.  Why would consider trust he left as unfair?
2222  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: July 08, 2020, 08:24:37 PM
Did you graduate from the fake doctor school like Techy?

No. I’m not a doctor. I’m just a guy in Finance wondering why some dipshit failed night security guard is pretending to give financial and programming advice to users on this site.

Look at me thinking of you again...  lol

You are in finance?  Even better - there is no way you'll be able to claim no ill intent with your embezzlement like Pirate did with his ponzi.   Smiley

2223  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Exclusive Investment Group on: July 08, 2020, 07:08:30 PM
Are you legally registered in the UK as an investment firm?

You "require" your investors to be accredited (although I doubt you enforce it)  but you are required to be as well.

2224  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Post-Airdrop Project Management Strategy on: July 08, 2020, 03:44:29 PM
Now that we have 40k users registered with our platform, what should be our next move?

Prove it.
2225  Other / Meta / Re: EVOLUTION of bitcointalk.org 1 year later on: July 08, 2020, 03:43:40 PM
June 2020 was right on the prediction, while July it is not.

Are you taking into account the plummeting active user number?  It dropped to five figures just a couple weeks ago.  :/

(I apologize in advance for bad English)

First step of a lazy person is to make excuses in advance.    You don't really need to try after that statement, do you?

1) You cannot provide proof of your situation
2) Even if you could, why would we care about someone who just joined the community today?
3) Even if we cared, there is not enough to help all those who need.  Those who have excess gained from greed and/or scamming will not share.
2227  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Exclusive Investment Group on: July 08, 2020, 12:03:53 AM
I was looking at https://acerra.capital/ventures/

You should change the links to the work you did for them - not their website.

Are you legally registered in the UK as an investment firm?
2228  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with a barking dog on: July 07, 2020, 11:17:30 PM
get a "shocking" collar.
It is activated with the barks.
My neighbor had a fucking annoying dog that barked all the time.
I asked them to do something, they bought a collar, the dog stopped barking the following day.
Now it is quiet.

Hopefully, the dog isn't barking for a reason.  :/

The best advice is to go to a vet and make sure there is nothing wrong with the dog physically, before you try the shock collar.
2229  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you format a pc, does it make it purely clean? on: July 07, 2020, 10:55:30 PM
Twenty years ago I went to a seminar on a new "phone home" laptop software that could not be erased with a standard format.  I would assume formatting your hard drive will not erase everything.

What you need to do is a "low level" format.  Usually done by the disk manufacturer, it sets up the sectors and blocks, etc.   This is what you need to do if you are worried about a persistent issue.

If you want to erase sensitive data, the best way is to write the drive with random 1s and 0s many times.  Formatting does nothing but erase the index.

2230  Other / Off-topic / Re: Interesting way to "blur" and store images on decentralized system on: July 06, 2020, 01:51:49 AM
* If you feel that your secret keys have been seen/discovered by another person, you can always move your image to another large block and get new secure keys

But wouldn't many computers already hold a copy of the insecure block?

Interesting idea...
2231  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin block data available in CSV format on: July 05, 2020, 11:49:49 AM
The file blockdata.lastday.txt will be overwritten daily.

What time will you update?
2232  Bitcoin / Project Development / Visual appeal - important to a project launch? on: July 04, 2020, 12:26:20 AM
I'm ready to launch my new bitcoin website but my HTML/CSS designer has turned out to be a "shallow AI".  While very good at the tasks, he seems to have the same lack of "right brain" thinking I do.

I'm at the point in development where I need to move forward with business expenses, since dealing with blockchain makes the order of events very important.  To do this, I need to publish my investor website, where I will be selling fifty shares of the corporation to raise 6.6 BTC, backed by a crypto token and possibly a collector item.  The one hundred shares/tokens will constitute automatic profit distribution. I am not releasing a new coin, doing an airdrop, etc.  My remaining personal funds are tied up in real estate, and there is no market right now.  :/

So my question - is it better to spend resources making it pretty or citing technical information?   The full technical details of each service we provide will be added once we have established consultants in those areas.

I need someone who is able to prove their work in a simple design for this investor website.  Just one master page that I can apply to other pages easily.

I welcome newbies looking to work at home to establish themselves... please send an email listing any provable work, and compensation expectations.  Expect there to be at least fifty hours a week for the first three-six months, at which time the work will slow down.  When applying, do not include any personal information - crypto is blind.  Smiley
2233  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why KYC is extremely dangerous – and useless on: July 03, 2020, 11:57:08 PM
Serious traders should not worry about KYC.  Create a corporation and use that information.

The government only cares about finances.  1)  Collect it's income through taxes and 2) Verify it's expenses (double dipping such as collecting EI and welfare at the same time)

If an exchange does not accept legal corporation information, verify the exchange is operating legally.

If you give personal info to a non-registered exchange, don't be surprised if you see it online later.  :/
2234  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why it’s important to avoid telling everyone about your crypto holdings on: July 03, 2020, 11:46:03 PM
Linking your identity on the Internet to your real identity can be very dangerous

Agreed - it's a temporal mistake.  You make it innocently in the past, then years/decades later it can come back to haunt you.  For law enforcement, that's what makes the blockchain so attractive.  A mistake you made years ago (such as not using a mixer) can never be taken back - never be undone.  Another example will be quantum computing.  We will use quantum encryption to counter, but that document with those private records, the one you encrypted with old fashioned (current) encryption, is already untouchable on hundreds of hackers computers...

In crypto, you should adopt a philosophy of "only trust proof".  Ignore any claims that cannot be verified.

IMO, the best solution is:
- create a new identity for crypto activity
- build reputation based on that activity
- trust no one
- "stake" existing reputation if you want

(If you agree with this, and are an experienced HTML/CSS designer, please contact me ASAP)
2235  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Techemy Capital launches investable DeFi portfolios on TokenSets on: July 03, 2020, 02:55:00 AM
We’ve been talking about DeFi being a game-changer since 2014,” says Fran Strajnar, Executive Chairman of Techemy Capital.

"Techemy Capital" has only been registered for two years - what "we" is he talking about?
2236  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Another stimulus package is coming, where should congress be spending this money on: July 02, 2020, 05:14:07 PM
Congress and the President have both signaled that they're going to be bringing forth another stimulus package.

Stimulus?  People are already stimulated.  They want to work!

Wouldn't the best short term stimulus be allowing people to work?  :/
2237  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is this comes under Harssasment ? on: July 02, 2020, 03:03:48 AM
Can't tell much from one photo.

What if she asked how to do something, and he started showing her, and she stopped him saying "I can do it, just tell me what to do".
2238  Economy / Reputation / Re: Getting rejected : why ? on: July 01, 2020, 04:05:53 AM
we got a hard attack by bunch of users saying that we are scam just because we changed the name of the project . we got scam accusation which is not solved yet even when we already responded to it

I left you negative feedback for reasons unrelated to changing the name of your project.
2239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does anyone know how to create a Proof-of-Bandwidth Altcoin? on: June 30, 2020, 11:53:20 PM
We have an API tool for IPFS that produces bandwidth.

How is bandwidth produced?   Huh
2240  Other / Archival / Re: Good deal for invest on: June 30, 2020, 11:51:58 PM
I need finish service first

So you have thirty clients who claim they want to use your service, but they won't put a deposit down?

You don't have thirty clients.  :/
