Man, didn't think we would shoot back that high that fast!
Kind of makes you think that there may be a LOT of USD sitting on Gox off the bid mountain. Indeed. The low missed my euro buy order by 8 cents , dammit

Man, didn't think we would shoot back that high that fast!

Yeah, I think people will be a little shook and wait for the dust to clear to buy back in. Actually, I jumped in too high in the correction (hoping for a quick profit) today, and got caught with my pants down.... ..... I figure I will just wait it out and take profits once we are back on track (I don't panic sell). You were hoping to frontrun a dead cat bounce?
My guess: dead cat bounce to approx. $23.7, then further drop to 20-21$, then stabilization at somewhat higher level.
Is Gox still up? Nothing is loading for me at this point.
my gox works
I don't think we'll jump right back though. Some hot heads just got cooled. Guess it will take people at least a week or so to recover from the cold splash.
Reason? Price went up 100% in a month, people like to take some profits...
Too bad no one told him to cash out before it was too late.... ...Oh, wait..... Meh, it ll go back up, just have some patience. We were overheating.
Small buy orders ready around $21 en $20, let's hope it gets that far.
If I were you, I'd cash out now before you get left holding the bag...again.
Ya man cash out... Honestly what bag are you talking about? you mean the huge bag of money that bitcoins turn into from just holding them? seriously, where did you sell that you are so sad that you cant buy back in lower +1 Like I'm sayin' ... this evolve guy is all over the place lately with some rather bizarre nonsense. Methinks he's highly butthurt about something. Or really fucking bored. He is just bearish, good to have some opposing views on the forum.
Haha, if that shit doesn't get new people psychologically pumped to buy more, I don't know what does....

That was extremely frustrating. Amazon Coins are not a currency, but a glorified gift card system. It's annoying when the press confuses a real currency like Bitcoin with gift cards for an app store.
I guess the intellect of the news media has to reflect that of the average viewer...
I actually thought the interviewer looked like a bright chap. Like n8r said, lots of time going into bitcoin, and almost no negativity about it. As expected, Roger did a good job. I think on occassion he didn't really reply to the question directly and talked a bit in salesmanlike sound bites, but he got out a lot of important points in a way that is easy enough to understand for the general public. Way to go!

The 6 million dollar ask wall wasn't a bug, correct? It would be the most trolling bug ever.
I would also like to see a red candle on the daily graph.

Alright im pretty sick and tired of this greed shit, You think that bitcoin is being manipulated heavily right now? are you willing to wager, I will put 250 USD bet on the fact that Bitcoin will not go below 24.75 in the next 5 days, even with the RSI as high as it is, I believe right now most news is good and relative stability is what we have been seeing,
You want to talk shit or put money where your mouth is because if you want to wager more im willing to.
Edit:
Looks like a good time as we are seeing some drops but the bet is still live,
I am allways in for a good bet. Ok to wager 1 BTC against me?

Loaded was right, the next couple of days might be very interesting to watch...
I'm gonna start stalking the guy...and buying when he posts, think hes predicted/announced every spike so far. Maybe he was every spike so far PS: I sold 9% of my coins, with 6% more sell orders waiting at higher levels (EUR/BTC jumped higher than USD/BTC today). We'll see what happens. PS2: just saw the BBC news news, fack, this thing could bring in even more buyers.

Yes for sure I would tell him it was not a store of value. After 40 years or so you could say it is not just a fad. If you asked if I would have said that salt wasnt a store of value when people started to use it as a currency. I would say no.
There is no comparison between BTC and commodities. BTC is just 1's and 0's in the cloud. BTC can go to zero tomorrow, that is not a store of value.
Bitcoin is Schrodingers store of value, maybe it is great, maybe it is dead...

so.....................we got a 24.7 wall
twenty four seven
bitcoin goes up 24.7
