70 percent of Americans have less than $1,000 stashed away, according to GOBankingRates' 2019 savings survey. The poll, released December 16, revealed 45 percent have nothing saved.

This is actually shocking... I'm not sure if BTC can help them at this point...  Angry

According to my 4h lines, BTC should be bouncing up to around $38k soon.
So it is likely to tank a bit more *lol*

Funny! My 4h lines say... sideways for 6 months.

$38k IS sideways...  Cool

That Portnoy guy is like, the worst investor I’ve seen since mindrust.

Makes you wonder how he got rich in the first place.

Yeah the only difference between them really is that Portnoy is rich and mindrust is poor... but not for long soon they both will become poor...  Grin

anyway you can fit a 1/4 mile drag strip on one of the straightaways? bonus points if its your driveway too.

Actually, yes. The driveway will be *AT LEAST* serving as a straightaway 1/4 mile drag strip before hitting the bridge leading towards the main parcel of land.

Difficulty factor: Roaming, grazing cattle. Will need to find some way of making sure the cattle are completely isolated from the driveway and racetrack.

EDIT: Jesus a lot of my $GME buy orders executed today, on the way down. YOLO !!!

Easy - build a fence?  Cool

Well, somebody posted here on WO the longest sideways/micro-bear streaks during all bull markets. I guess the longest one up to now was 39 days. How many days have passed since the last ATH? We definitely can't go on like this for more than I month and I really think we'll break out earlier. #SOMA #dyor

24 days according to - https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ath

Even better so we have only about 2 weeks left and then BOOM!  Grin

We’re less than 2 months away from a massive upwards breakout imo.

Yeah, this FUD is several days old. Read it before. Don't think it's gonna be approved though. It's one of those classic FUDs similar to China bans Bitcoin Cool

Just read the comments on Twitter: peeps are shilling Doge and similar shitcoins like there's no tomorrow.  Grin

Don't care about them shills, but is this actually a number? 48k BTC i read were sent to exchanges last month alone, according to twitter source. Didn't check the stats yet by myself.

That's an amount for ants. And why it's considered to be bearish? Moving BTC to cold wallets is bullish imho..  Cool

Down over 1200 in about 2 hours and still going... We're used to worse but I prefer to see it go up 1200 in about 2 hours nonetheless, instead of the other way around...

The whole market's a bit of a mystery to me atm, anyone cares to share his TA?

As for FA, I haven't got any clue at all... Saying these are very strange times is about as far as I'll get.

Well, taking into account we're in the bull market it's not hard to predict what's gonna happen next except for maybe you're talking about super-short term predictions like 1-2 days?

"Warning: Get your Bitcoin out of Robinhood while you still can!"

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/l8lmgq/warning_get_your_bitcoin_out_of_robinhood_while/

Quote
If you purchased a BTC at say $30,000, but never took it out of Robin Hood, they may never have bought one, to begin with. They have your $30K and you have nothing. If they didn't have one on hand when they took your money, they will have to buy one now at almost $34K. If they do have your coins on hand, they are strapped for cash due to the squeeze and if they liquidate your BTC you are GOXED.

Those fucks. I hope they go bankrupt very soon.

Never forget: "Not your keys, not your Bitcoin."

And what if this is some FUD spread by whoever wants to manipulate BTC price and not let it explode? Some not so tech-savvy users can only buy via all those apps and Paypal so what happens if they can't buy there? Perhaps they won't buy at all? So yes, I see your point but I prefer buy now & possibly get scammed later vs buy never and remain nocoiners. Yeah, I know you'll say but they're not getting real BTC anyway, it won't affect the price etc.. whatever, in my opinion it's better anyway cause they're joining our BTC club, telling everyone they own BTC and so on.  Cool

The hedge fund fuckers are going to short bitcoin with 1Bilion$.
Sure they want to lose more money now because that 1billion is nothing compared to Bitcoin Market cap value that's close to 635Billion.
This move could impact the volatility on bitcoin.

Source? Insider info? Or SOMA...  Grin
