2261  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tell people about bitcoin but don't force them to invest on: March 26, 2022, 05:54:08 PM
Agree with you, when I introduce someone with Bitcoin first of all I introduce potential volatility. So that in the event of a dip they shouldn't blame me directly. It's because I am not part of their benefits or loss. They have to carry losses or profits as well. So there shouldn't be any misunderstanding. We should explain in detail what would happen near future to avoid any trouble. No, we shouldn't force anyone to invest, we can suggest whatever they could afford to lose. Otherwise, during the dip they will give is panic.
2262  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto currency Awareness Campaign on: March 26, 2022, 05:25:42 PM
I don't know much about the campaign, but we may spread awareness to the nearest people. There are also limitations of legalization openly promoting cryptocurrency or creating a campaign. However, from my end, I have shared with a couple of the nearest people. Some of them become interested and invest as well. And some of them are not interested or don't understand. That's how I try to promote cryptocurrency and also try to introduce people to this forum. But sadly they don't become active ever after creating accounts. Yea, sometimes they become panic those who invested. But they realize how cryptocurrency works.
2263  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you share your key to your family? on: March 24, 2022, 04:55:20 PM
If we can't trust anyone from my family then we can't survive to be honest. It's not all about cryptocurrency, even in real life you have to trust your family members even not all, at least your nearest. However, none of my family members are familiar with cryptocurrency. The younger brother didn't study much and don't understand at all but still struggling to teach him. So I always maintain a notebook to record all of my wallet and exchange credentials. In case of leave, they would find it and contact the person who could help them to recover my funds. Of course, I wrote the contact number to whom should contact. Also, I trust someone out of my family that he will recover my funds for my family. That's how I have been managing my credentials.
2264  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading scheme for futures trade less but earn more on: March 24, 2022, 03:39:10 AM
Yes, easy of course. But easy only calculation, earning this way from Leverage or Future trading isn't easy. Otherwise, you shouldn't have enough time to make a post here. Future trade is like a gamble, always you won't be a gainer there and possibly you would lose your portfolio as well.

Before making a suggestion or guide you should take a lesson first. You have to describe possible risks about Future or Leverage trading. You just wrote how much x would earn but you never share how much x would lose as well. Your calculation would reverse as well. There is no easy money-making machine at all anywhere.
2265  Economy / Reputation / Re: Finally in the Hero club! on: March 23, 2022, 06:57:19 PM
Congrats on your achievement. Slow growth is better than running fast and falling down. I mean a couple of users I have seen on the forum run too quick and earn a lot of merits. But eventually, their account got banned or tagged by DT members due to suspicious activities. However, earning merits shouldn't aim for any member, otherwise, you can't concentrate on the contribution. But if you concentrate on the contribution merit would walk by following you. Just keep your contribution and walk to the way Legendary. You don't need to run and rush.
2266  Economy / Reputation / Re: A scammer ? on: March 23, 2022, 06:48:37 PM
I am pretty sure the account compromised somehow, otherwise a Sr. ranked member won't beg for $80 only where he knows the account will get a ban. A real owner won't do this DM anyway. However, reporting to admins is enough to punish that user. And thanks for sharing with the community, other members would be aware now about this begger.
2267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you even helped anyone with bitcoin? on: March 23, 2022, 06:27:29 PM
Agree with OP, holding doesn't mean forever. We are holding for our needs, we can sell it for our real-life in case we can't survive without selling. Usually, I don't sell cryptocurrency till I need fiat in real life. You did a good job of helping your friend. Doesn't matter what is the current price, the matter is it's been used for saving a life. However, I directly didn't help anyone with Bitcoin. But I converted it to fiat and help a couple of people. Because they aren't familiar with Bitcoin nor much educated. So it will be hard for them to convert into fiat, also there is a legal issue using Bitcoin in my country.
2268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afghans turn to cryptocurrencies amid US sanctions on: March 23, 2022, 06:13:47 PM
Bitcoin would be another concern for the US if their sanctions don't work due to Bitcoin. Likely countries that are on US sanctions will use Bitcoin for transferring funds worldwide. It's pretty easy and has no prevention and limitations. Likely that's the reason Bitcoin showing positive movements. Those have no option to deal financially worldwide due to US sanctions, alternatively, they would move to Bitcoin without hassle. On the other hand, China helping Afghanistan which is another concern for the US.

2269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Impact of bitcoin if Satoshi Identity is revealed on: March 22, 2022, 01:05:53 PM
I can't say anything about the price, but there would be a very bad impact on Bitcoin that we aren't ready for. Because due to low of different countries Satoshi would be in trouble. For example, if Satoshi is arrested by legal authority then imagine what would happen with Bitcoin price. On the other hand, criminals would attack him as well to Blackmail him and could retrieve BTC. For me, I can't see any positive impact revealed real satoshi identity. Then Bitcoin would become centralized like other Altcoins where is the chances of losing value.
2270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: NEED PROFESSIONAL MAREKETING & COMMUNITY MANAGER on: March 22, 2022, 04:35:12 AM
Yea, a lot of projects come with a similar concept that turned into a scam eventually. Because they need just raise funds by promising a few fake things. I am not saying you are one of them. You might be legit or not we can't say right now. You have to prove your legitimacy.

On the other hand, it's very hard to find a real marketing source for cryptocurrency projects. A ton of offers will come to you with a lot of features. But eventually, it's just a waste of time. It's very important to spend money on real and effective points. I have been working on a couple of projects, so have a few marketing ideas and know where is the point you need to hit. If you like you may DM me.
2271  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stabila - Plagiarizing Documents from Many Sources on: March 22, 2022, 04:15:15 AM
My bad, I did design work for them including the ANN thread. However, during that time the documentation was just the whitepaper. Though I don't need to research much only for design I hadn't found plagiarism in a quick search. There were few which is common things everywhere. Their behavior is quite aggressive. In the beginning, I thought probably they are legit. But after they start releasing a lot of products which seems to be unrealistic.

Thanks, OP for sharing it, tagged from my end.
2272  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAmWATCH] Clone Trustwallet Seed Phrase Scam. on: March 22, 2022, 03:46:31 AM
Entering your seed phrase to any website included real websites not safe at all. It's pretty easy for hackers to hack a website and steal seed phrases. When it comes to the wallet, then I prefer to use a Hardware wallet. If you can't afford a Hardware wallet then use at least an open-source non-custodial wallet to store your assets. So you are almost out of danger if your device does not become compromised. So be careful before using any seed phrase on the website. At least try apps so that you don't need to type a website every time. Thanks, OP for sharing with us, hope newbies would take a lesson from here.
2273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Around 300 to 400 students will be attending my Bitcoin webinar next month on: March 21, 2022, 06:50:24 PM
That's great you are helping Bitcoin adaption directly. It's easier to explain to students about Bitcoin technology and if they could learn from the beginning stage of the study, then they would be a perfect crypto man the near future. Because even we aren't much experienced in cryptocurrency technology. We can just use it as a currency. However, feel free to share with your student as much you know and introduce this cryptocurrency academy Bitcointalk. So they would come here to learn more.
2274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donating With Bitcoin on: March 21, 2022, 06:13:36 PM
Donating through cryptocurrency is a great way to help anonymously. Also, it's very simple and easy for organizations to receive donations through cryptocurrency worldwide. But the problem is a lot of scammers misuse that opportunity. But yes, verified organizations could raise donations easily if donators believe that is real. Otherwise, it's hard to collect cryptocurrency. So think a legit way how you may prove this donation goes to a legal party. Otherwise, you won't succeed much. Also, you need to be trusted here and always need to update the situation if you wonder to collect funds from the forum.
2275  Economy / Reputation / Re: 3accountsconnected!! on: March 21, 2022, 05:53:08 PM
Seems you just created this brand new account to create this accusation. Although theymos allow creating a new account if you worry to say something from your main account, you can expose any crime from your main account, nothing wrong there. However, exchange merits don't mean they are alt accounts. And theymos isn't strict to tag merit abusers if merit sources aren't involved with merit sell. So if you have something more in your mind provide as evidence you may proc. Otherwise, it's not worth tagging for merit exchange only.
2276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins are not stablecoins by definition. on: March 21, 2022, 03:22:51 AM
Most likely you wrongly got the definition of a stable coin. Stable means it's not volatile the rate inflation you are seeing is compared with USD rates. USD isn't USDT. It has a different value. You have to understand that, like the everyday rate of your native currency against USD won't same. Ther would be little difference different day. Since USDT is an individual cryptocurrency, the same thing happens with USDT. But it's not a volatile currency at all. I know it's a controversial cryptocurrency supported by many exchanges. But I won't agree with your explanation.
2277  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Getting more skills in trading on: March 20, 2022, 06:41:41 PM
Seems you are more experienced than us lol. Because you have added a lot of technical points on the thread that I am not aware of. Anyway, trading isn't a thing that you can learn by reading or watching videos without doing it by yourself in real life. In the beginning, most traders lose money, and day by day they improve. So you need to stay here and learn. Of course, you need to study besides trading. So I will suggest starting trading with a small number of funds then start research. Keep in mind you need to research the project that token or coin you gonna buy. Otherwise, your analysis would be worthless.
2278  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there any VCC provider that doesnt require KYC? on: March 20, 2022, 04:21:47 AM
I can't imagine any debit or credit card without KYC. A couple of years on the forum and a lot of people including looking for that. But unfortunately didn't find any. When you are using a centralized financial service like VCC then hard to ignore KYC. There are huge chances of money laundering where the provider would have problems. The legal authority would take action against service providers if they do not store users' data who are using VCC or real credit cards.
2279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Scams now the second largest in the world on: March 20, 2022, 04:04:58 AM
To be honest almost 99.9% of projects are Rug Pull. They come to the markets to pull money. None of them intend to keep a role in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. And we can't prevent them sadly in a decentralized world. This is something that becomes like gambling because investors sometimes could gain some profits as well. That's the reason how scammers attract investors. If you investigate deeply, you will find a single owner running multiple Rug Pull projects. Because they know very well how to pull money from investors' pockets. That's the reason I always prefer to avoid investing in a brand new project.
2280  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to take short-term loans for real Ukrainians somewhere on: March 19, 2022, 06:03:15 PM
Feeling sorry for you for the unexpected situation. You know my answer would be quite painful for you, but nothing to say otherwise. Straight forward, you won't get a loan without collateral from the online platform. This means you can take the loan by providing other assets. And of course its cryptocurrency. So if you have assets for collateral then I don't think you need a loan, you can exchange it for Liquidity. So sadly you won't find it online, it's because of a lot of dishonest people around us and cheating innocent people. Don't want to make you hopeless, but that's true. Hope the situation will be found soon.
