wow, what an excellent game we had !! It seems that with every game we have, Trae Young is guiding the Hawks to victory together with Capela and Bogdanović. I really enjoyed seeing DRose playing, it seems that in these playoffs he is standing out, I am happy that he scored 30 points in the last game. Celtics vs Nets, I was impressed, Tatum playing very well, scored 50 points, Smart also stood out, even TT had 13 rebounds and 19 points! I believe that more players can help Durant and Harden, Griffin doesn't seem to have played good and Irving had a timid game. But the young Celtics players were inspired and played a lot. Looks like Chris Paul need some weeks to recover that injured shoulder to regain back his skills and they can give Lakers their very best. Obviously that's not gonna happen, perhaps this is his fate when every time they are close to get a chance to compete to the NBA finals, he is prevented with some sort of injuries. Just like what happened when they were so close beating the GSW last 2018 if I'm not mistaken.
Clearly, CP3 is already "feeling the weight of age" he is 36 years old. Yes, that's true, it's not the first time that Chris Paul got injuried during the playoffs .... I still hope that before he retires he may have won 1 ring. |

Lakers have an excellent and experienced team, while the Suns, have a good team, but with a promising future ahead.
Look, I don't know, but I feel Chris Paul is not leading the Suns to victory, it seems to me, he is not in the old days.
The only way I think the Suns can beat the Lakers is if LeBron James or AD get injuried (I hope it doesn't happen)

It's just so satisfying to see when the trash talking backfires.
I don't understand why the fans were mad with Trae Young. I mean he's still a very young talented player, he doesn't deserve this hate. He still have a long way to be on the path of the villain like LeBron and Durant did. So, I guess the hate is pure nonsense, just because he's a threat for the Knicks that gives the dumb*ss fans the authority to talk sh*t and chanting like an uneducated dumb*sses.
Trae Young's playoffs debut is an unforgettable one lol.
I appreciate Trae for being professional as usual, fueled with motivation from the trash talking fans.
I confess that it was also gratifying for me to see Trae Young "shutting down" Madison Square Garden. He is proving that he is an excellent player and has a bright future ahead of him. I bet he will come "on fire" in the next games !! By continuing what he's doing now and makes more big time shots, He's going to earned more respect than hate after, now those fans are very upsets since it's the first time Knicks went to the playoffs after that long years of missing this opportunities, it's just a loving fans emotions and for sure Young knew about it and use that hate as inspirations to keep fuelling the team and feel the completions to the its next level. Well as you can see, we have several posts back discussing Kuzma's inconsistency and that is evident in this game 1.
Suns played good defense as well and then Lakers can't stop Devin Booker in this game. Lakers struggle as a team though, Davis, Lebron, Harrell and Drummond can't get things going for them. So we will see how they are going to adjust in game 2. Obviously, the Suns has the momentum, but let's see how CP3 is, let's hope he is ok and can play in this series.
Kuzma played 19 minutes with no points?? Nothing new about there. He's been already playing like that since he joined the team. Well, it looks like CP3 got the first blood against the defending champs  . I hope that the injury that Paul got in Game 1 will not affect his performance in Game 2. So, this is a point to be discussed, Kuzma is young and we can see that he is not doing anything to help the team. (I even think Kuzma is being an anchor in Lakers just as Jr Smith or TT was in the Cavs a few seasons ago  ) I may have been tough, but I think because of Kuzma's age he could help the team better. CP3 is being a reference for Suns, he is experienced and even though he is 36 years old, he's an essential player for the team. Putting Booker and Ayton together, the Suns become more competitive. But I think that, if LeBron, AD, Drummond and co wake up, there is a good chance the Lakers will beat the Suns in playoffs I believe the Lakers will win (4-2), even though basketball is a surprise box and anything can happen!  |

I'm surprised, LAL with complete team, lost the game. I confess... the Suns stood out and it was a deserved victory. I can see, the Lakers need to work hard to be able to win the next games.
