Muito improvável criar uma chain própria só para ter seus NFTs. Ter que cuidar do consensus da rede, segurança, nodes, etc... muito mais simples usar a própria ETH e/ou Polygon que são as duas mais utilizadas para esse intuito e já tem um valor de mercado.
Caso contrário, era só lançar pseudo-NFTs em um banco de dados centralizado que evitava a dor de cabeça.

Então, parece que a cada dia que passa, o governo brasileiro esta "regulando" as cripto no país, e por isso, não teremos grandes chances de escapar da tributação. Estou torcendo para que esse cenário mude futuramente.

Se vc comprar ou vender p2p vc tem as mesmas obrigações de uma negociação numa exchange (mesmo tributo memsa faixa de isenção e mesma obrigações de declarar) Você pode ter mais privacidade e assim pode ser mais fácil sonegar. Mas quem vai ficar tranquilo recebendo mais de 420mil por ano sem explicar pra receita a origem do dinheiro? Alto volume acaba tendo que declarar sempre , onde então mantendo tudo em usdc pra sempre. Agora, se você tiver uma graninha sobrando, compre uma hardware (Trezor ou Ledger), você não vai se arrepender, sem contar que, você estará mais seguro utilizando uma carteira fisica!
