I hope the Utrust will not be one of them. I see many ICO's tokens these days going down because the whole alt market is going down. I believe that if you invest in an ICO because you trust it, there's no reason to sell your tokens at loss after few weeks though. I agree with you that it do not need to sell tokens at a loss at the first fall. But still I like to watch how my deposit grows and does not fall day by day  I hope the second half of November will be an excellent time for growth .. I hope people will realise that Bitcoin Gold isn't that much worth and will invest in ICOs like UTRUST instead. I don’t think that the price will drop after the end of the ico, and even if the price drop, for me datum is a long term project with a lot of potential, the value will go high in the following mounth. And when I see how huge is the data market, I have no worries for datum.

Do you have an idea what is meant with this "reserve fund for future expansion" and what they exactly plan to do with these tokens? Is this the same reserve unsold tokens would go to? Reserve funds exist for almost all modern projects. It is directed as a rule to the further development of the company: Marketing, business development, scientific researchs etc. In a project like Datum, which in the future will have plenty of space to expand not only in the commercial segment but also in several other types of Companies and Organizations, it is indispensable to have a reserve fund that makes the project self-sufficient even after ICO. Okay to answer my own question from a few hours ago yes it's possible to sell game keys thru Gameflip.
My next question is: what happens when the buyer says the game key is invalid?
For this you need to go to gameflip.com What a lousy answer for an in my opinion important question relevant to the ICO. If the buyer claims the digital good is invalid and the seller has no way to prove the digital good was indeed valid, as is the case with Steam keys, how are you going to handle that dispute? And since this was paid for with crypto it's impossible to charge back in case fraud did take place. Escrow doesn't help, because neither party knows the truth, except Valve. I figure this ICO doesn't cover game keys after all, only in game items, perhaps exactly because of this. Your white paper says digital goods which doesn't exclude game keys so I have to figure this out by the lack of the term game key. I think the most ideal to answer that at the moment would be possible partnerships to be presented, it can be complicated, but the Team would have much more tranquility in situations like the one mentioned above. Is there possibility of futurwas partnerships with major developers? |

What a peculiar question. Have you never paid VAT or sales tax? Tax rates are set by the government of the customer or the seller. Utrust is a decentralized wallet online, so there shouldn't be taxes unless each government creates laws that charge taxes to cryptocurrencies, in which utrust will include eventually i supposed to get regulated, but in the meanwhile, there is none. Even if they create laws, how are they going to enforce it? There's users from all over the world, if one country creates laws, they will only apply to the people from that country. And even then, how can they possibly know how much profit anyone has made? Yes, Playkey will launch it's own cheap and easy to install console in future. Oh cool, is this confirmed somewhere? Cant imagine anything easier to install than a usb stick that u pop into the tv, then connect controller to it, and launch the app from the stick. That would be a real light weight solution If it is speculation, a brilliant idea was launched here; D This is the strong point of a Project with Team present in the Forum, ideas like this can be enjoyed and realized. What I wonder though, is it really so difficult to rent office space for cannabis related companies and startups in the countries Paragon is focusing on? Those countries are already cannabis friendly. Anyone has some information about that, or perhaps experience? i think in most countries you would need a license to run something like this. or the renter of the real estate is like thinking, wtf, i dont want to have another dopeshop here j/k I think in America you need a license for it but I think it's not that difficult to get one. It's harder if they want to expand to countries where it's prohibited. if they have specialist of cannabis, it will easy to get licence. but, in asian (maybe), it will hard if sell cannabis. We will have the vote for the first installations of Paragon in November, I look forward to this date, as we will know the way Paragon works, and we will know more details about the Post Ico. As for Asian countries, they are really strict and will be more difficult, I hope for a World Health Organization victory at the UN, that would be the end of the problems |
