1541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] MARK.SPACE - 3D/VR ecosystem on blockchain on: February 19, 2018, 05:53:50 PM
MARK.SPACE is a new generation of the Internet. this is an alternative reality available to everyone, in any browser, isn't it cool ? Who would have thought that technology would be developed to such a level !!!
The coolest part is that MARK.SPACE is conducted on the Blockchain and this ensures the reliability of information storage.
Secure storage of information is very important nowadays, isn't it? Wink
Yes !I was thinking, you know, maybe thanks to Mark Space project e-Commerce will enter a new stage of development! It would be an incredible event, wouldn't it?
Boutiques in the virtual space is the technology of the future  Grin ! The most convenient way to create VR content is faster and cheaper. This is designed for multi-purpose use, including for commercial purposes.
Mark.Space really represents the evolution of the virtual commerce, and possibility a bigger showcase for different merchants, not only the big brands known worldwide, besides, of course, an excellent EComerce / Blockchain integration, which will be a giant step towards new horizons, making Blockchain accessible to many who previously had no contact or knowledge

i think there is not dividends at the moment?

fortunately, there is absolutely no dividends in talk or even planned. i think that something like that would just ruin the price of the tokens later on the exchanges totally. take a look at kickico project, they had dividends and now stopped it and start burning tokens to stabilize the price for the future.
I also do not see clearly the issue of dividends in crypto. It seems to me that at least at the moment the market is too volatile to think about it.

Dividends can make sense but definitely not for every project, that for sure.
But thanks for the info about KickICO. Haven't realized they have stopped their dividend system.  Shocked

Most of the divided system does not work out. I have seen many falls.

Don't dividends bring a lot of unwanted regulatory attention to your project?

Yes I think then you have to pay much more attention. Also US citizens are not allowed in investing in such ICOs, if I am not mistaken.

Exactly, or they should only target accredited investors, which is like 1m plus USD worth individuals

This isn't a get rich quick project anyway. Dividends require profit. The platform will only fully work after 2024 so this would be a long shot.
It is necessary to be aware of what we are embarking on, otherwise I know there would be many short-term investors, accustomed to quick gains, wanting their immediate returns soon after set-up in exchange. Ehealth is great and works something even bigger and more promising in Blockchain, your returns will be abundant, but be patient and zealous in your research

I am puzzled about Cryptoflix' business model. How can they do all those things promised in the whitepaper, undercut competitors and yet be self-sustainable?

That's something I wonder with lots of projects. They are all 100% dream scenarios wherein EVERYTHING goes right and there is no competition.

It's really complicated to be 100% sure of the success of the Platform, or even more about its future evolution promised by Wpp, but in Cryptoflix what makes me hopeful is the branch they chose to work on, having someone start this segment in Blockchain where many failed, and with a script less full of empty promises, it makes me believe, I see possibility of accomplishment in at least 80% of what they want, and in a future of legalizations, they would not have problems, because they can adapt without much change your script

By the way, I noticed that nowhere in the documents did find mention of the possibility of consultation with a living doctor. I think that they should add this opportunity. Make it an additional service at a specific time of day for each time zone and different countries. Let this opportunity will cost more than usual diagnostics. At the same time, doctors could receive some payment from the platform for their consultations.

I think this is already planned, as far as i know. There were big concerns about this and I think the team changed that aspect already to be implemented.

Actually it says on the website in Use cases section, among other things - "to get a "second opinion" about health condition and health professional's recommendations, to plan and get telemedicine services on demand". I'm sure it's also mentioned somewhere in the whitepaper.
Sure, and the second opinion should be the first one. The final decision has to be the real doctor's one. At least now, as far as AI is not yet that developed to correctly diagnose different diseases.

that's why they're gonna have real doctors working for ETH. you can't have AI giving out diagnostics, not yet.

Despite all the advances to be implemented through Ehealth and other AI-related projects currently, it still seems impossible to dispense with Human labor; at some point progress may evolve and lead us to a stage where the application of Human labor is expendable, and I believe they get there pretty quickly
1545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRESALE]⭐ REPU ⭐ - Smart reputation managment - Pre-ICO Soon🚀🚀 on: February 18, 2018, 11:05:00 PM
You can rate everything, food, hardware, hotels, shops, sellers, etc, etc.
So I think they need some partnerships with the famous restaurant/hotel critics or something like that to attract more people.
I dont really know about them, but there are people like that in some movies (about hotel or restaurant).

Partnering with other reputation systems would be a strengthening of a competitor, it would be better to seek a similar service provider outside of Blockchain, this would show to many who still can not meet, the potential of Repu and everything that will be provided by this
1546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Sphere - Decentralized Social Networking >200,000 users on: February 18, 2018, 11:02:53 PM
I see no obstacles in bans such as Facebook, we will soon see projects being launched by those who today call themselves opposers and followers of the law to the letter. I believe that all the segments that exist today in our day-to-day activities will have at least one activity on Blockchain, that's right, in a few years
1547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN] CRYPTOFLIX 🌟🌟🚀 Watch Movies. Fund Films. Get Cryptos. Repeat. on: February 18, 2018, 11:00:48 PM
If we choose to back a film, will our names or nicks will be on after credits?

Wouldn't that be cool? I can just throw some Money just for this.

That is a good question. But I think some people would prefer not to be mentioned as investors in a particular film or else they will be tracked by IRS. Smiley

It depends on whether cryptoflix decides to release your details. Many people could have the same name, so having your first and last name isn’t that much information for the irs

I could imagine it to be pretty cool to watch a movie which is funded with the help of cryptocurrency investors.
This world is in fact not so far away, as in many other segments that will be complemented by Cryptography soon, the best thing to do right now is to turn a blind eye to the platforms that are most likely to burst with success, and I see that possibility in Cryptoflix
1548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: February 18, 2018, 10:58:55 PM
Well, some projects need time to develope even further. At the beginning of this project, there was not even a whitepaper and now we have a 260+ pages wp. The Team is also getting bigger and the future is getting brighter and brighter.
Ehealth is the kind of project that will benefit people around the world one day, its complexity and grandeur require a lot of patience from the Community, and surely the most benefited will be those who bet on the work of the Team regardless of how long it takes, Well-crafted WPP is proof of this
1549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Sphere - Decentralized Social Networking >200,000 users on: February 18, 2018, 08:04:28 PM
Is it the only project that moves social networks to Blockchain?
The 5,5 mls in 3 days is impressive. So the investors believe in the team, technology and project approach.
Hope there will be a running solution cause I will leave Facebook first.

As far as i can tell there have been multiple projects that attempt to use blockchain for some sort of social networking system. They are not all the same of course, but Sphere will need to differentiate itself and show how it is superior or more attractive to its competitors
Actually, it is necessary to work on the mistakes of past projects, although less than half of them have built a hard work team and a community of real interest as in Sphere, I have not found any past project that has reached such a level, and maybe the biggest differential, the Team already works on it
1550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRESALE]⭐ REPU ⭐ - Smart reputation managment - Pre-ICO Soon🚀🚀 on: February 18, 2018, 08:01:40 PM
I don't think averaging extreme ratings is or should be the solution.

There are 2 conflicting problems at the same time.

The first is that ratings are exaggerations. Ratings attract people who have very strong feelings about the thing they are rating. Especially if they are angry. Let's say 20 hotel customers had a bad experience. 15 of them rate the hotel 0 stars, while from the other 980 customers who thought it was OK only 5 bother rating 3 to 5 stars.

The other problem is the opposite. If you have thousands of ratings the most extreme ratings disappear in the statistics. But those extreme ratings contain the most important information. Let's say most bank customers don't really read the small print of a loan they got, they're happy enough they got it at all and rate the bank 4/5. Only 3 customers notice misleading terms in the documents and rate the bank 0 stars, but are completely averaged away by the happy customers ratings.

I am sure that any ratings can be artificially adjusted. The question is who will pay for it and how much. Conspiracy can never be ruled out.

And it is a trivial task to use bots. Some people might say that it is simple for people/AI/machine-learning to detect bots, but if people are competent enough it is easy to make multiple accounts that can't be differentiated from real accounts.
I agree that there are many biased websites in the Ico classifications segment, but I believe that nothing should override the personal research of the Investors, I do not let myself be influenced by some classifications, there is less that there is real sympathy for the project, concept and Work Team, as built by Repu, in my case
1551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] MARK.SPACE - 3D/VR ecosystem on blockchain on: February 18, 2018, 07:58:29 PM
Just to look at ICOs' name and that's it, it's so dumb to invest in a ICO by looking at those ratings where usually one person and a bot vote lol
You are absolutely right I don't recommend anybody to even look at those useless ratings. Most of them are paid in my opinion.

it is always the best to do your own researches about an project on the internet Smiley check reviews, linked in profiles and so on ><"

it is your money, you intended to invest!
Such rating platforms are good for finding the basic information, often ICO projects sites have incomprehensible interface, or need spend a lot of time to reading whitepaper for finding important information - when everything in one place this is convenient.
I don't think all ratings are payed, but to trust them without double check the project makes no sense for me too.
Thayer have all needed links to information of projects which helps you. And the conclusion is also helpful to avoid a ico which defently makes no sense.
Unfortunately there are lots of people just buy if top rated

A more subtle version of recommendations given by ico rating sites is ratings given by so called twitter 'influencers' - the twitter personalities that have amassed lots of popularity and trust from the general community. I won't name any names, but there have been cases where the shill has been real.
There are really credible service providers in this segment, we can still count on some, of course, doing our own research, the majority of these platforms seek a form of fixed profitability through their classifications, has in fact become, in most cases, just pushers
1552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN] CRYPTOFLIX 🌟🌟🚀 Watch Movies. Fund Films. Get Cryptos. Repeat. on: February 18, 2018, 07:55:50 PM
Why do you care if your name will appear in credits Grin Grin? Maybe they will put your name I don't know, I'll care only about if a movie will give me profits
It depends on your attitude. I also would prefer to get 5 $ instead of finding my name with a magnifying glass between thousands of names at the end of a movie Smiley
But everybody has its own preferences.

I agree with that, if i give 1 dollar or sth like that, and i can see my name on the credits that's ok, i'll take that, but if it's 10 dollars or more i prefer tokens too Cheesy

I would always take the money if I had to make a choice. No-one looks at the credits when it is just a huge list of random people.
It is a choice that, apparently few would do, I would prefer to advertise a service, product or something similar through its credits, I think that much of the community prefers so, but one way to make it profitable is always a possibility
1553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: February 18, 2018, 03:37:48 PM
If EHF has worldwide success, that would of course be very cool. But for the Start Europe and the USA should be enough for the first time.

I disagree with you, yes they should focus on certain areas in the beginning but this shouldn't be Europe or USA i think, there are more places in need of health solutions in anyway. USA and European countries advanced than the other countries.

Definitely agree here. Even if health care in USA is not as good as in European countries there are countries with much more need for better health care related stuff. It would be good to support people in those countries.

They will have doctors who will consult through the platform, right? So, it doesn't probably matter where you're located. If you speak the same language, you can be on different continents.

Yes the pltform will provide telemedicine services as well among other thing. So you will be ble to be in contact with a doctor in an almost traditional way

Wouldnt you need a lot of staff to handle all your members? I wonder how much you can narrow it down with pre-asked questions over the app

depends how many doctors are participating and how many customers. it's also possible that you won't get a real time reply and the app will put you in a queue.

I have worked with Telemedicine in centralized Platforms, and believe me, they saved a lot of time and accelerated the Electrocardiogram sector that used it, the use of Telemedicine in Ehealth will certainly go beyond a simple instant result, we will have the integration between different departments, services and Professionals

1555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Sphere - Decentralized Social Networking >200,000 users on: February 17, 2018, 10:46:00 PM
I personaly think this is a Great Project with Good bussiness plan for social media industry keeping new and community in touch also
the nature of decentelazied social media platform will keep safe users private data from hackers .

User data security is a section where most of the other social media are making money privately by selling them. Every Giants do it for money these days. Sphere got good potential and I think it'll succeed.
Problem are not the hackers which want to steal the private data. Problem are the platform like Facebook which works with your data to create a profile of you. And sell the information. That's the big advantage of decentralized network like sphere

It’s not only about selling your information. Social media companies also use your interests/likes to discrimate you (eg by limiting/blocking users). This is getting more important as large companies get even larger and cover lots of areas in life (think google and amazon).
Mark Zuckerberg has already realized that such obsessive advertising which is made up on the basis of personal preferences is very irritating - as we see that to save the migration of users, he was forced to stop this advertising tape and Sphere can be great alternative.

Yeah, since this platform is decentralized, it will surely have great benefits over its competitors and I hope users will finally realize on what decentralization could offer to them.

It is true that many of the benefits of decentralization of most services are not known to some users, Sphere will have the role of bringing knowledge of this concept to everyone, Time has acted to expand People's knowledge about its Platform, and we see a growth satisfactory of the project so far
1556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRESALE]⭐ REPU ⭐ - Smart reputation managment - Pre-ICO Soon🚀🚀 on: February 17, 2018, 10:42:48 PM
The current crypto market ‘recovery’ is disappointing me at the moment (my alts are in the red), but I think Repu should still get the token sales over as soon as possible without any further delays because investors are keen to see progress in the project.
The main growth nowadays may be a good sign of more values applied in projects like Repu, soon, unfortunately alts bleed for the growth of Btc, Eth, but I do not think it is an improper moment for Icos, I see more and more users if joining and spreading the word
1557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀 [ANN] CRYPTOFLIX 🌟🌟🚀 Watch Movies. Fund Films. Get Cryptos. Repeat. on: February 17, 2018, 10:37:03 PM
Today I saw wonderful news: THE SpaceX Falcon 9 launch this weekend marks the first prototype of 12,000 orbital satellites that will one day beam down internet access for every single person on the planet.
I think for Cryptoflix platform it's great advantage - in Africa, Asia and South America, not everywhere there is opportunity of fast Internet to watch movies.
You are right, the project that Elon Musk wants to implement is excellent. But the network itself, or rather the test network, will be launched in 2020. And available to a very small circle of users! But even after the launch of the working network, you need to consider the fact that the network will not be free. Yes, coverage is limitless but the cost is too significant!

I don't think that it will be expensive! maybe you don't know who Elon Musk is?
At the TED conference, Larry Page said that in the event of his death, his money will go to the founder of Tesla Motors, SpaceX, Solar City, Neuralink, The Boring Company, and wishing to populate people on Mars, Elon Musk. His wish, Larry Page explained, is that he wants to see people, such as Elon Musk, who can change the world. Accordingly, he believes in what CEO Tesla Motors does, and is confident in the correctness and usefulness of his efforts.
It's kind of hard not to know Elon, the guy's face has been on the news in recent days, I'm glad to see a real rapport between Blockchain and people related to positions of power and influence, an even stronger hope for a project that are coming out of the manger, like Cryptoflix
1558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] EHF eHealth First on: February 17, 2018, 10:32:53 PM
"The United States of America:
The U.S. citizens and residents could participate in ICOs, but there are novel regulation rules for that.
Participation of U.S. citizens and residents in eHealth First's ICO is not prohibited by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") or U.S. law. However, despite the recent investigation of The DAO and SEC Report No. 81207 ("SEC Report"), establishing the status of an Initial Coin Offering ("ICO") as "securities" subject to regulation under U.S. law, ICO investors are uncertain, especially with respect to ICO's offered by foreign companies, such as eHealth First.
Basing on the review of the U.S. current legislation, the eHealth First Project Team considers, that the EHF Token isn't a security.
Nevertheless, eHealth First makes no promise of compliance with SEC regulations with regards to this ICO. Although eHealth First fully believes in the innovation and success of this project, it advises all potential investors that ICO investments carry certain risks and uncertainties. U.S. citizens and residents seeking to invest in this ICO are urged to independently assess all emerging risks. We provide the Guide for U.S. investors to help foster understanding of the current legal status of ICOs in the U.S., specifically ICOs offered by foreign companies, but we are not providing legal advice on this subject."

Saw this on the website. Are you suggesting US citizens can legally participate in the ICO should they understand that it is not an IPO equivalent of cryptocurrency?

Basically, yes. If the token is not a security token, technically, the above mentioned rules does not apply, but since many countries still don't have clear rules about cryptocurrency in general and ICOs in particular, investing in ICOs still represents a risk, especially in America.

It is risk alright, whether in US or elsewhere in the world. What I thought was bold of eHealth First is to say you can participate when many ICOs wouldn't. It's a Swiss company registered in EU, would this jeopardise any future operations in the US because it doesn't meet the regulatory diktats on ICOs?
Have they done the test to determine if the token is security or utility, i thought there is a company who want to do it but i forgot the name.

I think that there should be a list of qualities that a token should possess in order to be qualified as a security token. Like paying dividends, for example. I don't think that eHealth token qualifies. It was said somewhere that it's a utility token, no?

The good use case will make good price even if it's not dividend token. There will be demands in token

ICOs like KICK ICO/KICK coin will be be a dividend if going by the regulatory norms but even ICOs like Loomia and Utrust have made it a point to not allow US citizens from participating. Was wondering if this will have any legal implications considering how distrustful law enforcement people are against cryptos.

on a side note:
kickico stopped having a dividend airdrop, since it ruined the price of the tokens totally. they burned all dividend tokens and now the price is rising again.
Every investment is prone to changes in our own roadmaps in the future, worrying about legal implications is completely out of the question for me, as regulations come to pass, the Community can not be affected by sudden changes, regulations can not be abusive and harmful to those who already act in crypto
