I don't get why people are helping the other people who can't get it working....This isn't pooled mining, more miners, means less blocks for me
2322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Official YACOIN Orphan Blocks Thread on: May 08, 2013, 05:43:47 PM
this is just a "curious" question,,,

if someone had over 51% power and used this exploit - would this cause "mined blocks" to become orphans?

I think there's a thread somewhere outlining the impossibility of a single person obtaining and maintaining a %51.
2323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Official YACoin Orphan Blocks Thread on: May 08, 2013, 05:36:32 PM
I was having issues with orphaned blocks, but I fixed it, and now I mine a block every 30mins or so

Are you supposed to tell people, before you do a pump and dump??
2325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YACOIN THE SUPER SCAM on: May 08, 2013, 05:27:02 PM
Yea, it is a super scam.  Bad start... never going to be on a real exchange.

THANKS TO ALL THE PEOPLE who are busy mining this worthless coin, I'm mining all the other coins a lot easier.

[cough, cough] it's almost like smart people are releasing stupid coins so that suckers spend their hashing power on worthless coin.   Wink

Have fun boys.

Sigh, my CPU's are mining this "Worthless coin", my GPU's are still mining the other coins, noob. Should probably make sure you know what your talking about, before running your mouth.

Ok 19 posts.
Your post count is not indicative of your IQ.

Oooo, you be smartest.

All the smart people, are using processing power, that otherwise remains idle, on the off chance, that this coin may take off

Or, in your language, big posts not mean smart, you.

I am mining, and confirming blocks, no problem. User error....I'm not offering anymore advice, I don't need the competition
2329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YACOIN THE SUPER SCAM on: May 08, 2013, 05:10:01 PM
You probably just need to open some ports... Roll Eyes
2330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][YAC] yacoin: yet another altcoin. START is now. on: May 08, 2013, 03:26:23 PM
My last block was found 2 hours ago, then nothing. 3 PC's running it
2331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Important] Open petition for the YAC relaunch (Scam accusation as option) on: May 08, 2013, 02:23:36 PM
It litterally took me 60 seconds to setup mining on 3 PC's....I think 1.5 days is plenty notice
2332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: feathercoin pool(100M+) on: May 06, 2013, 05:58:08 PM
I have also requested manual sending of FTC from my account via email about 10 hours ago. No reply. In the meantime FTC tanked.

I can not recommend this pool at this time.

Edit: The owner of the pool wrote back to me, explained that 20 feathercoin are needed for cashout, and added that he will add function to cash out for 0.1 fee for small balances.  I have more trust in him now that he wrote back. It remains to be seen whether the cashout function with the fee becomes available anytime soon.

That is useless, I wanted my coins 2 days ago, when FTC was still at .004, not when it dropped to .002.

I highly recommend wemineftc.com
2334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: feathercoin pool(100M+) on: May 06, 2013, 01:18:40 AM
What pisses me off most, is that FTC was selling at a nice price, for awhile, and now it is steadily dropping, and I wasn't able to sell off my damn coins. Fail pool
2335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: feathercoin pool(100M+) on: May 05, 2013, 09:50:22 PM
Seems like he only cares about big miners
2336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: feathercoin pool(100M+) on: May 05, 2013, 06:37:35 PM
I liked the layout of this pool site, but I do not like the inability to cash out as needed. We all know (most of us) only mine feathercoin to convert to BTC, to make more profit. How can we pull out coins we mine, in a volatile market? We end up waiting till we get to 20....

Can I just get mine out? I have maybe 10 or so in there.

I have 18, and he told me I had to mine to 20, to get mine out. Lame
2337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: feathercoin pool(100M+) on: May 05, 2013, 02:14:54 PM
Alsp, you have lost like, 300MH/sec of hashing power, in 3 days. How can you say, no problem? BIG PROBLEM
2338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: feathercoin pool(100M+) on: May 05, 2013, 02:11:40 PM
I hope you can get everything sorted soon, I really liked your pool, and the realtime stat tracking is excellent. I was willing to stay, with the payment problems, but now, I seem to be submitting shares at a rediculously slow rate, and it's costing me money. I'll keep an eye on it, and when things are good, I'll come back

this is not problem, this is fair for every one, our pool is not pps, so more or less shares will not affect your earnings, it's the rate affect u.

When shares are being submitted so slowly, that your site reports my speed as 64KH/sec, I'd say that's a huge problem
2339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POOL] tailfeather.cc 0% FeatherCoin Pool. PPLNS, Idle Notification, Rock Solid on: May 05, 2013, 12:25:01 PM
Great pool man!! Just need some more miners, and a Stratum server, and things will be golden Grin
One thing I'd like to see, is an unconfirmed balance, if that's possible.
