The problem is even we don't want to hold our crypto assets on a centralized exchange, but still we are forced to use them to make them liquid. During that time also problems would happen. But for a big loss and big risk, we should ignore centralized exchange for storing crypto assets. Just buy and move to the non-custodial wallet. When need to sell just move into the exchange and convert for Liquidity. For that also we need reputed exchange though there is no guarantee freezing account. We can't always choose decentralized exchange due to Liquidity and availability of trading pairs.

Yea, it depends on which network have you been using. The address will remain the same for the deposit. You can't trace actually any further transactions from that address. It's because when a scammer will withdraw funds then it will be from Binance's hot wallet. So the transaction will end there. So far the only way to catch scammers take legal action. Reporting Binance would restrict scammer accounts for a while, but Binance will ask for legal action documents within 24 hours. So it will not an easy task to recover the funds.

Well, I am not sure if there is an existing platform like this. So, it will be a centralized p2p exchange, and your bot will act as an escrow? Can you please bit explain how the fund will manage? Or users will directly exchange between them p2p? Then many scams would happen there. If your bot or you act as an escrow mean we have to trust you. We can't expect stability anywhere when there is war. The whole world's economy is shaky now including Bitcoin. So up down dollar value is just a normal reaction. Because for any reason buy pressure and sell pressure would increase or decrease as well. Since the US confines Russia so Russia wouldn't appreciate US Dollar anymore at this point. So likely they would leave the dollar and enter crypto to secure their funds. We are unaware of what is going on exactly.

If you are talking about Youtubers, then nothing except earning revenue from Google. They just add some attractive thumbnails to increase views and earn revenue. And Youtubers promote a lot of shitcoin by taking money from the project owners. I know it creates a flow for sometimes but eventually, holders become losers who followed their video. No, Binance will not do anything without notice from the legal authority. They aren't obliged to provide any personal data without legal notice from the government. They shouldn't reveal someone's privacy just by another user's request.

OP, if the scammer never shares his address publicly then likely you can't find him anyway. On the other hand, you can't take legal action due to crypto restrictions in your country. So no alternatives to find him through social networks.

Seems OP suggesting creating a crypto project once the market is down (lol). This isn't what we should do during a bear market, it wouldn't bring a good result even for a crypto project. I had used Coinbase a long time ago. But not for the holding funds, just to make the free transaction between coinbase. Yea, I had a problem with them. They restrict my account once, allowed me to withdraw existing funds. After that, I do not use coinbase anymore. Not only coinbase, but I also do not use any centralized wallet lately and bought a hardware wallet to store my assets. So, it's better to avoid a centralized wallet and use a non-custodial or hardware wallet to store your funds. I don't feel secure with centralized wallet services anyway.

First of all, it's quite costly then scammers will try to scam you in many ways. I think trending on CMC would cost more than $25K for 24 hours. I had been looking for that as well, but none of them want to work without upfront payment where is the risk of a scam. On the other hand, CMC would disable project links due to manipulating search. It would ban for a month or more. So just make sure you are working with a trusted person. Rather than you may look for Coingecko or crypto dot com trending which is cheaper than CMC.

Collapsing project doesn't prove the Launchpad is shady. If you have any proper evidence of rug pull or scam they are obliged to reveal the KYC documents of the project. Any Launchpad doesn't guarantee after launch situation since its decentralized launchpad. If the project failed to reach a soft cap they return investors' funds. If the project does KYC and Audit then Pink sale put a label there. So before investing you have to do your own research about where you are going to put your money. They do not suggest to invest any project. This is a business like IEO, but different way.
