any news?

or i just throw away again 2 btc's to scam people?

No point to sell at loss. This one can still be saved. Better keep your coins in the wallet to hep the network and stake.

Not yet, I am leaning towards http://blockexperts.com/

You should use this one.
2345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [EKN] Elektron - EKN - ElektronFoundation TOR MARKET - Bittrex - Cryptsy on: May 11, 2015, 02:46:58 PM
Based on extensive interests on this coin- with 64 pages and 44690 times read....

What if they are just concerned people who are opening it to see if the dev is back online?
EKN is currently based on nothing, until the dev delivers and be more communicative.
What I can say that I found it attractive and bought some coins.
2346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FAILCoin | Scrypt | Plans and Updates | Cryptocloudhosting | EmpoEx on: May 11, 2015, 02:10:56 PM
Dear FAILers,

CryptoID was recommended by some of our friends and we have decided to use it as FAILCoin's official block explorer.
OP is updated on all of our threads!
Personally, I would like to thank CryptoID's owner fairglu for the fast reaction and kind attitude. Cryptocurrencies need more people like him!

Stay FAILed for future updates, which will be announced as soon as we have them!

Cheers,
Spartak

2351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FinCEN Conducting 'Examinations' of Digital Currency Businesses on: May 11, 2015, 09:25:44 AM
Then what are we really here for?  Is this whole movement a joke?

Of course not! I strongly support cryptocurrencies and I believe in their future, but the point is that some red flags were raised.

Hello,

Looks good, but I think you are posting in the wrong section of the forum.
I believe this is the place for your ANN.

Cheers
2354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FinCEN Conducting 'Examinations' of Digital Currency Businesses on: May 11, 2015, 08:54:31 AM
They can DDOS, sure..  But I was talking about FINCEN making you stop acquiring POW coins.

Don't want to offend you, but most of your discussions are pointless and they seem like you are trying to gather some activity here on the forum.
Can't blame you for that, but when someone express his opinion, you should actually read it before continuing like broken gramophone.
What others have said is clear. If governments decide to f* us - they will. You may then even believe that you can mine Californium with your PSU (yes, PSU.. not GPU or whatever), but it won't matter.

Nothing personal my friend.
2355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Asic scrypt miners on: May 11, 2015, 06:56:21 AM

You can always buy real mining power from Nicehash at typically .16 to .19 BTC per Gh/s per day and point it at any mining pool you want.  This is the best option unless you have practically free electricity.

I've got a lot of Scrypt hash (2.5Gh/s) -- but sometimes I supplement it with additional hash that I buy from Nicehash or Westhash.  It is a good deal and always makes a good return.

Steer clear of any site that sells hash, but does not allow you to point it at any URL of your choosing.

Do you mind telling me what kind of miners you are using?
2356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: humble opinion on: May 11, 2015, 06:36:50 AM
People turned cryptocurrencies into a way to make fast profits, no matter of the consequences.
They will fight, argue, promote etc... as long as they make their 0.02 BTC profit, dump and move to other schemes.
Not to mention some coders, which prefer to launch some coin, leave it in short time and then "make" another.
2357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [*] 8BIT [Dark Masternodes][Anon][Roadmap Stage 4] on: May 10, 2015, 10:16:39 PM
One word... Adoption.

There is zero adoption here.

I do understand what you are saying, but it doesn't give me any hope that 8bit will ever be more than a shitcoin with a sub $20k market cap.

Thank you for the understanding.

P.S. And sadly, it shouldn't give you any hope my friend. This will happen as long as people continue to buy promises and fancy gimmicks. The whole point of my posts was about adoption. Everyone must first ask themselves if any given coin has the chances for adoption before consider it as "long term" "investment". Otherwise buy low, sell high and f* it (which is sadly currently the best way for making profits and I am all against that).

Now.. really... good night all.
2358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: humble opinion on: May 10, 2015, 10:10:07 PM
Some good points in here. Will participate in the discussion tomorrow.
2359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [*] 8BIT [Dark Masternodes][Anon][Roadmap Stage 4] on: May 10, 2015, 10:07:55 PM
If that was the case, every shitcoin would have a million dollar market cap.

No. In this case Litecoin has $56M market cap.

Litecoin came from a different era.

It piggybacked on bitcoin's success.  People thought it was the next big thing.

This mentality is dead.  You can't even begin to compare 8bit to litecoin.

While you have some point (that Litecoin is older) you are again very wrong.
Litecoin is still here and it has millions of $ volume every single day.
The fact that Litecoin is still here should ring a bell to you.

If you want more comparisons other than the one with operating systems, I can give you one more.
Benz invented automobile and then again, you can buy Renault packed with full extras way cheaper than basic Mercedes.
Which do you think is the better car?

I think people here see my point and I just think it's time for me to sleep.

Have a good night and I repeat.. I hope this one will sort out for you.

Cheers,
Spartak

ROFL WHAhaha

Nailed, eh? I wonder which coin with so many fancy gimmicks have that?
I can go further. Which OS you think is better and more stable? Windows or Linux?

Now ask yourself who is richer... Bill Gates or Linus Torvalds...

Frankly speaking I am so tired seeing how people are buying "promises"...
