1521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RAZORMIND is most likely a SCAM on: August 04, 2016, 08:19:10 AM
Several people did some researches on Razormind and found some interesting things. Here is the link to the thread in Scam Accusations section:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1564499.0

Consider yourself warned.
1522  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: August 04, 2016, 08:11:24 AM

What if they paid the rights to use these images? Maybe we should ask gettyimages on Twitter? Smiley

lol, even if they did, it's hilariously not representative of their team or their product. Tongue

Can't argue with that. Smiley

....

I think we had enough researches, which revealed their shady "strategy". The best thing we can do now is to warn people where we can (new threads related to Razormind, Twitter, Facebook etc...).
1523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Truth About The Fork - Alex Van de Sande on: August 04, 2016, 07:20:47 AM
i hit this thread because the forking process is interesting and a big part of the future of crypto.

It's not interesting at all. At least what the EF did. I posted a thread about the DAO failure about a week before the "attack". In the article there is a picture of the EF dev team and there are like 20-30 people (would not open it again to count them). Mr. de Sande also said something like "we launched it too early". Come on, you can't do that with 100s of millions in funding!!! I am more than sure that they worked hard for a very long time, had the sleepless nights etc., but what do they want us to do? Clap with our hands? Who would justify that for example?:

The way I see it, people (and I mean serious people, not like the shill started this thread) who are now defending EF are doing it for the sake of cryptoworld's future. Because bashing something and spreading FUD would not reverse things - it already happened and we must move further. And do you know something else? I may be wrong, but personally I have never ever seen someone from the EF to say at least I'M SORRY.

1526  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 119,756 BTC were stolen from Bitfinex's customers... on: August 03, 2016, 01:37:58 PM
Anybody knows the wallet where those funds were transferred to? Taint analysis should be quite easy if this coins are all forwarded in one transaction or one final address.

Tried to do some digging, but I have no time. This is interesting thought:

Only Divinespark and I pointed to something else, but most of you guys are too busy to mock with Bitfinex and what happened. There you go:

1528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitfinex Got What They Deserved on: August 03, 2016, 12:14:37 PM
And what they deserved? To be screwed from inside? Bitfinex's transactions must be co-signed by BitGo, but BitGo claims that there is no security breech on their side. I'm not an expert, but I find this a bit strange.......

This is situation in which pretty much everybody are suffering short term losses, and there is nothing funny in that.
1529  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LightLord (bitvest) scam (closed the contest without any winner) on: August 03, 2016, 11:55:42 AM
Just look at there; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1549516.0 , if it is allowed on this forum then everyone will start to open contest and after getting responses they will close it without any winner.

This thread is pointless. The rules of the "contest" were clear, and it is not like he defaulted you on a loan or something like that.

how sure "Jawad Yaqub" is credible enough? is this his real name? any confirmation???

I believe that this is his real name, but that doesn't really justify his/their actions:

1531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please help us to choose a new FailCommunity's logo. on: August 03, 2016, 09:17:05 AM
Hey guys.

the thought process of the latest logo was that. first we need the 'F' flipped and AIL which is good and nothing fancy.

@spartak: Told me to cut of the L and F edges to make it look better and it truly does.

secondly, i have seemlessly incorporated the general fail symbol into it.

thirdly, to show the community i have use silhouettes of random people which shows we are all connected via fail.

Heya Isaac,

Yes, this has a good idea in it and I promised to give some other examples of the latest logo, but I don't have much time as we discussed it on Telegram. Will get back with another idea soon. Smiley Thanks for being part of us!

Cheers,
Spartak

... and BitGo segregated their wallets. What a bad day/night for cryptocurrencies...
It's a very bad news but I am not convinced that only by 120btc can make prices fall, maybe that's just a hoax news.

We are talking about 120 thousand BTC. Consider that amount + losing trust = between $1.5 and $2Bn were wiped out in the market cap of the cryptocurrencies. The loss is not only on the exchange. You could see how many alts were hurt as well.
1533  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex. Will they cover the 65 million dollar BTC Theft or just fold? on: August 03, 2016, 08:59:50 AM
1. According to some sources, which can be considered "trustful", the stolen amount was 119,756 BTC. This is more like $72-75Mn (considering the price of Bitcoin at the time).
2. I'm not sure what was the exact market cap, but the breech is probably the major reason, which wiped out between $1.5Bn and $2Bn in the cryptocurrency market. The loss is not only on Bitfinex, but it is also to day traders, "weak hands" and pretty much everybody. We are talking about 100s of millions $ in "short term losses".

Personally I believe that Bitfinex have the funds to recover the loss, but more important is that cryptocurrencies were hurt in general with another negative impact. Don't exactly remember, but I think that only Karpeles is blamed for the 750k BTC "stolen" from MtGox. What happened next? He spend like a year in jail and was recently released. The way I see it, Bitfinex guys has 3 options:

1. Offer a good bounty for the hacker/s and I really want him to agree on that. The guy is already rich, but it has to protect himself all the time. If I was the hacker/s, I would accept the bounty for everybody's sake.
2. Take whats left (which would be tens of millions $ for sure) on the exchange, take some time in minimum security jail and continue with their lives on the back of everybody who had deposits on the exchange.
3. To (at least) try to restore all of the stolen funds.

I believe that 1st scenario would be best for everybody.

Razormind has came out and said they have zero connection to razorcoin. This was a error from Cointelegraph. Coin Telegraph has since removed this information.

1536  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: August 01, 2016, 09:39:55 AM
A dilemma is, did Razormind created idea about blockchain integrated OS, or was it taken from somewhere?

That idea is actually quite old (few years). Currently some people are working on something like the Internet, but with many blockchains. Websites, forums, social networks - you name it. Everything decentralized.

I have 2 close friends, which looks like him (their weight is like ~45-50 kg.), but I see nothing funny in that. This is mostly, because they don't eat much and sometimes is because of stress. There is no honor in making fun with such condition, so some of you guys must be ashamed from yourself!

What if we're skinny too ?

And yeah Danker some ALWAYS look that way.
..i have heard a hell of a lot of shit for being skinny in my life.
And i guess no one is defending me eh ?
Will you guys say it's shameful once i launch my OWN billion dollar ICO scam ?

Scroll up.. see the comment i just got ?
That is nothing you should see how you all treat me year after.
Is that "shameful" ?

You post pic's of yourself online then your fair game.
This was a South Park episode too ..the one where Cartman got his own bathroom i think
(after the internet mocked him for being fat)

So spare me the PC / SJW bullshit people while you rake in Millions of our dollars scamming your fucking ass off.

Don't want to be mocked ?
Don't launch ICO scams  Roll Eyes

You have some good points in general, but this is not one of them. I am 1.86 tall and my weight is about 80 kg., which can be considered skinny too, but I am able to beat the crap out of many people. Already did that with several guys (some of them "pumped"), which mocked with people like Buterin, because of their looks. I am frustrated on what EF did on pretty much everything, but that's not the way to criticize them.
1538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Vitalik Buterin's health declining? on: July 28, 2016, 12:46:43 PM
It's more disgusting that some people sell their soul fro a casino promotion

So Rafa Nadal sold his soul to the Devil, because he is promoting PokerStars? Smiley

LOL, it's extremely amusing that I can make some of you my emotional bitch without even trying. Put up more evidence of their "scam" or just sit there and wipe your vagina off.

More evidence? cryptodevil called you naive, but I think you are either stupid or just a shill.
