2361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If not invested then do it now... on: July 29, 2021, 11:54:00 PM
It's really not easy to hodl as we so preach it. Holding atimes is limited to financially stable investors who has other source of income to cover up for their expenses. Imagine a newbie in the crypto industry who manages to raise $500 for investment and along the line he is faced with a challenge that demands him selling his coin and even taking a loan to meet up his pressing needs. I feel most people wish to invest but the challenges revolving around them makes them to constantly withdraw

According to the news, Manchester City's 27-year-old goalkeeper Ederson is getting ready to extend his contract for 3 more years. It would be really great for him and the team. He has been one of the greatest goalkeepers in Manchester City's history, in my opinion. It's better for City to keep him.
He is not just the best goal keeper in Manchester city history but for the entire premier league history he happens to be one of the best. I think the Brazilian keeper has earned himself a good contract ahead of the premier league after recorded 19 clean sheets over the course of the 2020/21 top-flight campaign, retaining the Premier League Golden Glove in the process.

2363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Exposed to children on: July 29, 2021, 11:34:43 PM
These days I'm seeing many Youtubers and Twitch streamers are promoting Gambling websites [Dice, Sports Betting] and Poker Apps.

I know it's ok to gamble for having fun and socially but I don't think young people should be exposed to this when they're in school.

There is nothing like the web for the young and information is accessible to everyone not minding the age. This gambling sites/apps are actually promoting their business so you wouldn't hold them responsible for children's abuse of the web rather you should channel the responsibility on the parents who is supposed to guide their children on what to do with the web as well as educate them on sensitive areas of life in which gambling is one of such.
2364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker casino but need KYC, is this really necessary? on: July 29, 2021, 11:28:43 PM
$200 is too cheap. I rather not play in a casino demanding for KYC verification before I can withdraw. I love been anonymous with crypto gambling because it saves the stress of unnecessary monitoring from most agencies. Leaving my data with an online casino is really not safe for me because my data can actually be given out to government agencies if need be mostly for taxations and it would also expose my wallet address which I for ever love to keep anonymous
2365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not a Game . on: July 28, 2021, 06:53:06 PM
Time, patience, knowledge and Capital
I love the four factors your listed I feel they are very important both for newbies and professionals because the market doesn't consider how long you have been trading if a trader lacks this factors he/she will remain in unavoidable losses. If a trader tries to play trading as a game such is only risking his/her account because the market would constantly take from him/her to pay those with the right knowledge.
2366  Economy / Economics / Re: Can blockchain replace the traditional banking system? on: July 28, 2021, 04:26:25 PM
Blockchain isn't just limited to solving the trust issues revolving around traditional banking system. It is gradually gaining massive adoption in many other sectors of the world which involving transactions such as funding a gambling or trading account and despite it's global adoption it can't still replace the conventional banking system but could be used as an alternative in some cases even if not now maybe in the near future.
2367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to break it on: July 28, 2021, 12:43:10 PM
Reputation can be damaged not only because of a scam but there are also those who want to bring down the gambling site or whatever for reasons of unacceptable big losses, mistakes from the site or themselves and also competition and so on.
You have a point mostly by gamblers who must have had repeated losses on a particular site and wishes to drag them to the mud. And those victims can decide to go any length just to make sure the tanish the image of the gambling site
Quote
this is where we have to be smart to judge if there are suspicious indications on every site that we follow and investigate the truth so as not to misjudge and also anticipate if it is a scam.
Most users fail to investigate a matter the just jump into conclusion. Misjudging a site without due investigation shouldn't be called for. In most cases this sites happen to be very innocent of some accusations but because due research isn't carried out the reputation of such company might be tanished and it's always difficult to retrieve back and will result in lossing lots of customers
2368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Combination of gambling and trading on: July 28, 2021, 12:02:49 PM
The two can be done if you know how to manage your time. You only need to improve your time management and how you handle activities. It doesn't have to be two at the same time but you rather finish one at a time and then you do what's next.
As you combine two, you can set the time for your daily activity like you put gambling for this day and trading for the next day, that's possible if you don't want to remove any of these activities from your daily living.
Time management is very Paramount if he truely wishes to combine both but I bet he will not manage his emotions and once a gambler tries trading he would want to use the greedy nature he obtained from gambling into trading. I would rather suggest he focuses on one become perfect at it then he can possibly decide if the other is worth investing his time in.

Mia and marble's it just looks a bit funny and I haven't seen a game as this. I think I would bet on it for fun because even after watching the YouTube video provided the Mia and marble's looked too tiny that I was unable to comprehend how the game is been played. But the graphics looks enticing so I might play for fun toll I understand what the game is all about

2371  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do you get trading advice and tips from? on: July 27, 2021, 06:01:54 PM
I am open to guidelines irrespective of where I am getting it from. When it comes to trading every single person has their various approach to the market. For me I gather I much as I can carry open to learn from anyone. Take what is most useful from his own analysis add it to mine if it works I buy the concept if it doesn't i move on.
2372  Economy / Trading Discussion / Always take profit on: July 27, 2021, 05:39:52 PM
It's easy to enter with good entry point but the challanging thing is taking profit before a retracement and most of the times this retracement could be a beginning of a new trend changing a winning trade to loss. And in situations where the trader fails to apply stop loss there could be chances of blowing off ones account. A profit taken is better than a loss made no matter how small accumulation of smalls makes a mighty bulk.

Have you considered taking profits of $1-3$ repeatedly throughout a trading session it might sound small for professional traders but it would go along way in growing an account most especially for beginners. If a trader cultivate the habbit of taking profit during trading he would have an upper hand over the market and also get clearer pictures of better entry points and also be on alert on when to exit especially during retracement.
2373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 27, 2021, 05:31:28 PM
But this vaccines hasn't gone round yet meaning there would be lots of restrictions. I was just wondering if it would be a nice idea if the officials of English premier league would create a room to vaccinate spectators who haven't gotten the vaccine because most countries have exursted their vaccines and a handful of people haven't gotten theirs yet
2374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Combination of gambling and trading on: July 27, 2021, 05:22:12 PM
A gambler can't trade because both involves different emotional approach. I feel if you really have to succeed in trading you have to forfiet gambling because you would want to gamble your trades and this would blow up your account repeatedly. Except you can deal with your emotions and apply the quality decipline for both gambling and trading which is rare in most cases. I would just end with search yourself you alone know your ability but for me I would say you can't do both successfully
2375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ethics of boxing and gambling on: July 27, 2021, 05:14:51 PM
This has been a culture for centuries and cannot be changed in this era. I believe the organisers must have  given the athletes a breakdown of the consequences and risk involved in boxing tournament as well as the dangers the would be exposed to. I just feel everyone choose his or her own carrier and has fans gambling in a boxing tournament is just a way of supporting their favourite athlete
2376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 26, 2021, 07:32:09 AM

How about Ole at United I am waiting for a new coach there, he spent big money to buy player last season but without a title. Huh
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is very much ready for the season and I feel his passion for United is making him invest in big players making new signings ahead of the season with a combined effort with his vice chairman Ed Woodward who is also eager to bring home bigger trophies this season United should be top of the table
2377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Weekly/monthly financial statements, which do you prefer? on: July 25, 2021, 08:55:34 PM
If it's gambling records of games won or lost I would go for weekly financial statement so I can track my overall performance every week which would help me in planning for the next week. For gamblers who have fixed budget  financial report helps them ensure the stick to their budget and it would also give them their overall performance for  the week to enable them plan well for the new week so they don't exceed their budget
2378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything like excess gambling on: July 25, 2021, 08:45:46 PM
It depends on individuals and their networth some one who earns $100 and gambles $70 can be said to be gambling excessively and out of control which might even tempt this gamblers to go as far as borrowing funds to gamble and if the can't meet up the start doing away with their properties. We can go on with so many scenario but the bottom line is that excessive gambling exist.
2379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you really miss it? on: July 24, 2021, 01:18:40 PM
One beautiful thing about the digital art is that opportunity are always coming in the problem is if one is prepared enough to take advantage of it. I think spending time gaining good knowledge about how the crypto market moves would give one edge to dictecting profitable portfolios in the near future because the digital world has truely come to stay.
2380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [GUIDE] create your TA Indicators {TradingView} on: July 24, 2021, 08:24:31 AM
Back testing has helped me a couple of times in making my trading decision. But for pine script I haven't used it before I only make use of the readily available indicators on my trading view mostly CCI and William's percentage. But with a job well done @Op I think giving pine script a trial would add more color and experience to my trading platform.
