1501  Other / Meta / Re: Lock Russian section. on: March 16, 2022, 08:27:41 AM
It's painful seeing the level of havoc caused by Russian dictators but inflicting the consequence on their citizens will be injustice. Ukrainians have suffered a lot this few period and it's well understood but to have a rethink about it, it's an invasion of the leaders and not the whole country. By the way we should be looking for a way to establish peace between the citizens of both countries and not staring up more war. For me a board should rather be created for both countries where peaceful dialogue amongst the citizens can be reached while we patiently wait for the invasion to come to an end
1502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best strategy for crypto trading on: March 16, 2022, 08:10:08 AM
Hello guys what's your best and accurate strategy when it comes trading crypto? because to be honest i've been learning and at the same time trying to trade live using common strategies such break out, trend line and some pattern that i know but seems not giving me a good win rate. Any suggestion or tips and what's your best strategy especially those who used to day trade? I'll appreciate your input guys.
Patience and self development is the best strategy. There are millions of tools that traders use to analyze the market and all promises a good ROI if well followed to get the best of any of this tool consistency in developing a favorable approach in using any of the tool choosed by the analyst is the best. No strategy is superior to the other all guarantees the same result the major difference between a losing and profitable trade is patience and how time spent in developing each strategy
1503  Economy / Economics / Bitcoin is a game of quantity on: March 16, 2022, 07:59:10 AM
Unlike other general asset that depends on quality to quantify it's value, bitcoin makes more sense based on how many btc you have not just how much of it. The earlier investors come to appreciate bitcoin based on it's own personal value not based on it's fiat value the better for their investment skill. The goal when it comes to bitcoin investment should be focused more on owning more coin not even on what the price is in relation to fiat

There are always huge promising future for bitcoin  so even in the dip the target should be focused more on when to sell so as to buy more coin. buying shouldn't be a focus of the fiat value but rather a focus of how many btc is available in your custody. To get the best of Bitcoin investment the focus of how many of this coin you are investing should be the major concern and not the fiat value thereof.

For example if you own 0.1btc whose value is $4042.79 at the moment of posting and the price eventually drops the panic shouldn't be the fallen price, it's best to sell at a lower high and buy back at a lower lows in all the concern should be to get more coin, taking advantage of the dip to buy more. The major concern for bitcoiners is to make profit no matter the market trend. Every investor always anticipate to be in profit no matter the trend and the only way out is focusing more on the quantity and not the value
1504  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: E-naira and Crypto currency on: March 14, 2022, 11:07:36 AM
What difference does the so called e-naira and the paper naira have. Both still don't have value same way is the both depreciating by the day. I once read in an article where the overhyped e-naira was removed from play store less than 48 hours after it got uploaded due to poor rating and criticism. Nigerians will rather prefer crypto currency than embrace an digital currency that is worst than it's corresponding paper currency.

it might take Nigeria long to perfect it's digital currency and stabilize the value
1505  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How weird is it to borrow money and invest into Bitcoin? on: March 14, 2022, 10:55:17 AM
Taking a loan to trade Bitcoin I will kick against that but if it's on the basis of holding then it is only worthy of the risk if the loan is on a long term basis. Bitcoin is only profitable on a long term. It's not a short term investment option so if the loan comes with a long term payment plan then investing and holding is best option
1506  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Develop a Reading Culture on: March 14, 2022, 10:02:19 AM
On average a living being is expected to read atleast one book a day. Because the day a living being stops reading that that is when he starts dieing. A book is to the mind what food is to the body. A man is a product of what he reads and listen to. You can't have less than what you consume on an average. Reading can't be replaced
1507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 14, 2022, 09:28:32 AM
Heard in the news that Ronaldo is  the top goal scorer of the world now. I am unable to watch his hat trick due to geographical restriction but I am excited to watch his performance. He was always my favorite. No doubt Renaldo is unstoppable - his passion is incrediabe and speed unmatchable. I don't bet because I make wrong choice always.
Ronaldo incredible hat-trick ended Manchester United lead in that match and Ronaldo set a new record for all-time most goals. Every moment of the Manchester United vs Tottenham match is always remembered as the best match for MU supporters. Btw I was hooked on the first goal long shot through the helpless goal of Hugo Lloris, that was the best goal kick in the 2022 Premier League.
One beautiful thing about Ronaldo is that he keeps setting new records where ever he goes. He is one passionate player that dedicates his time to any club he plays for. Many now fan Ronaldo as a person not the club he plays for any longer. His hat trick against Tottenham stirred up new love from fans around the globe
1508  Other / Beginners & Help / In a world where trust fails on: March 14, 2022, 08:49:35 AM
We now live in a society where no one trust each other for a reliable business any longer. A world where greed and selfishness is eating up the world at large, a world where every one thinks about only themselves and what the stand to gain in every process they engage in not minding if others had a stake.

I have come to fully appreciate the innovation of Bitcoin and Blockchain that has opened the door to decentralization. A peer-2-peer network system where everyone is protecting their interest through a consensus mechanism. If it must work we all must make it work kind of mindset. A system where everyone needs each other to keep the vision growing.

Now there will be no need for fear of greed or self centered motives because for the system to  get altered every one must come in agreement like wise the same concept if the vision must continue working. No one has autonomy of the system, no central authority no regulatory agency. Satoshi really saw the future of mankind and taught of this innovation

#Thanks to Satoshi
1509  Other / Politics & Society / Re: what could be Vladimir Putin intension for the war? on: March 13, 2022, 04:02:07 PM
Despite the fact that the negotiations for peace between Russia and Ukraine is making good progress, it really appears that Vladimir Putin just want to destroy Ukraine. If the intent of Putin is really in the best interest of Russia and not personal grievance for what so ever his personal reason could be, why not call a halt on his troop until the negotiation is over.
source
Putin from the look of things is not ready for any peaceful dialogue. He might claim to be fighting for the interest of Russians and Ukraine indirectly but his approach is too deadly keeping the lives Ukrainian in danger.

Quote
Ukraine joining NATO began since 1992, and began its NATO membership action plan in 2008, why didn’t he start this war then? Was he friends with previous Ukrainian Presidents and probably do not just like Volodymyr Zelenskyy? Source
I would like to know your opinion on what could be the real intent for this war

Putin came into power in 2012  and Ukrainians joined NATO enhancement opportunity partner interoperability program  in June 12th 2020. So there was no way Putin could do anything from 1992 till May 6 2012 . Ukraine-Russian war has been there since 2014 but got triggered in 2022 with Putin full invasion to Ukraine and all Putin is after at the moment is to Capture Kyiv
1510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have a question on: March 13, 2022, 02:35:17 PM
You can actually know who owns which wallet address but on a very slim condition, which is linking the sigwet address to a particular CEX where the address holder does transaction regularly but anything outside that you can't especially if this address holder choose not to move btc across exchange rather swapping to other digital assets or transact from their sigwet address directly
1511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 13, 2022, 02:12:28 PM
And I got what I expected from the Manchester United - Tottenham game yesterday. Manchester United had a really solid game and actually Ronaldo was amazing. He made a superb hat-trick and had the biggest role in this victory by 3-2. I appreciate Tottenham as well for their big effort. They found the equalizer two times but couldn't do anything against the third goal. I really missed to watch Ronaldo playing like this. I hope that he performs well more consistently.
One of the best team work for united after a long while. Kudos to Fred for his first assist he showed a high level of professionalism in the game against Tottenham. Ronaldo is indeed a very passionate player he hustled real hard to ensure the secured their win against Tottenham knowing their place in the first four was at stake If they had lost or draw.

Chelsea vs Newcastle is looking like an easy game for Chelsea hope Newcastle will sit up and get their markings right. Even if Chelsea will finally win it shouldn't be too easy
1512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: March 12, 2022, 10:05:12 AM
As previously predicted that Atletico Madrid would win the match. But I was a little surprised by Cadiz's game, yes they were able to balance Atletico Madrid's game even though in the end they had to lose. Yes they show that the team is bottom of the table and not favorites to win, that is not to be underestimated.
I congratulate Atletico and I applaud Cadiz's performance.
Although they won with difficulty but in the end, athletico managed to get 3 points in the match against cadiz, with an additional 3 points made athletico now succeeded in shifting the position of barcelona who will play their 27th match on monday later. the match against cadiz went beyond what many people had predicted, Many thought that Athletico would be able to win the match easily, but in reality Cadiz, who was in the relegation zone, actually gave quite a fierce resistance and even Cadiz was able to keep up with Athletico game throughout the match.
A typical view of what a match should look like. Even though Athletico Maldrid seemed to be the favorite and happened to get their full 3 points the idea is it shouldn't be at a platter of gold and cardiz ensured Athletico labored hard to get the narrow win. At moment the third Position in the league remains a competition until either Athletico Maldrid or Barcelona completely secures it.
1513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Joe Biden's Crypto Executive Order is a Historic Goodness for Bitcoin. on: March 12, 2022, 09:49:15 AM
The whole thing basically boils down to "We'll look into it" or "Watch this space".  It doesn't really mean anything yet, neither good nor bad.  I suspect they're being deliberately vague and perhaps just felt they needed to give the impression they were doing something.
"Looking into it " is the first step even though it doesn't prove any stance  from the Biden's administration on Bitcoin's full adoption, but we all saw the little push in Bitcoin price after his declaration. I think the focus at the moment shouldn't be the fear of centralization but rather more focus should be on the legalization and free to use meaning it can serve the purpose of a normal fiat currency if it gets a full adoption
1514  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Share your costly lesson about cryptocurrency.. on: March 11, 2022, 07:02:38 PM
Early last year I launched into trading full time  after a one on one rigorous training from my then tutor. I was later done learning and decided to have my account funded for the first time. All I could analyze then with was strictly support and resistance and been my first time I neglected every other thing not knowing markets too have breakout and fake breakouts and this made most of my trades fall in losses because I was strictly working with support and resistance not taking not of the candle sticks formed nor If it was a major spot for such trend. I had to learn the had way after giving to the market my first funds
1515  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: March 11, 2022, 06:33:41 PM
It's a move necessary for this era. Drake's partnership with stakes will bring out a class of branding unique to the crypto gambling not just stakes alone. One thing with celebrity endorsements and partnership it doesn't just ends that particular casino it cuts across the entire gambling sector be it directly or indirectly
1516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading should be supported by goverment on: March 11, 2022, 06:05:08 PM
If such allowances exist we will have less traders and more gamblers and secondly the regulations around crypto exchanges will even get more tighter. Traders should be responsible for their funds and how the source them so that in that way they will spend time doing proper analysis and also be willing to learn from lost trades knowing what it took them to fund their accounts
1517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: March 11, 2022, 05:59:41 PM
Chelsea had a great night by winning against Norwich by a 3-1 score. They didn't have a big difficulty in beating Norwich. And Chelsea need to go on as good as possible on the remaining weeks to secure their place in the standings at least. I don't think that they can catch up with Liverpool and leave them behind. It has been a long time since they lost that chance. Liverpool are fighting for the championship with Manchester City now. But Chelsea shouldn't give up and risk their chance for the Champions League of course.
One of the numerous easy matches Chelsea have had this pretty season. I loved the way they had good fun playing with Norwich. Like it wasn't stressful for them. The made the game too easy on their part which kept the goals flying in. We could still expect the best in future matches. I just hope the stars keep concentrating on their matches and avoid allowing the issues surrounding the club at the moment affect their performance
1518  Economy / Economics / Re: Anonymous hacker's group fight against Russia on: March 11, 2022, 05:50:33 PM
It's too sad Russians have to go through all this as a result of a single man's act(Putin). Irrespective of what Putin is glamouring for it's still not enough reason for invading Ukraine, destroying lives and properties and keeping the whole nation in chaos. This sanctions now has to affect the entire country keeping their economy is total disarray. It's best for Russians to switch to decentralized assets so the can stand even in the midst of this political and economic and  hard times as a result of Putin's Ukraine invasion
1519  Other / Off-topic / Re: Could Trump be the right choice for the ownership of Chelsea. on: March 10, 2022, 05:38:40 PM
Trump is a good business mogul so if he buys Chelsea he might do well in managing the club. But if Chelsea changes ownership the club might suffer some down moments in the early period of ownership transfer but i know for sure Trump will make a good director but it might take a while for the club to adapt to new management
1520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 10, 2022, 12:01:31 PM
There has been a lot of talk about kylian mbappe. His fans have referred to him as the heir to the throne. Does he really deserve all the credits he is getting? I have always felt in the past that the talk is a little bit more than the substance itself. And last night I wasn't wrong.
Of course yes! Kylian Mbappe deserves all the appraisals his getting and even more. The truth behind the matter is, he's just one man on the pitch and can't do more than a single guy could do. Unfortunately for him, he's surrounded by all the best players that are good and providing zero team effort. Neymar jnr and Messi aren't very good players when it comes to chasing or marking players over a loosed ball. In fact, you can equate then with the referee. That alone is a minus for the PSG team and the worst part of it is, these are players that can't be scolded or benched.

I was greatly surprised at how the game yesterday turned from a Real Madrid 0:1 PSG win on a 2 goals aggregate advantage to a Real Madrid 3:1 PSG loose and a 3:2  goals aggregate I favour of Real Madrid. After Kylian Mbappe's goal, I never thought Real Madrid still had a chance but, they won this game with there experience in the league. Thanks to Karim Benzema, his the man for Spain!
Mbappe  deserves all the praises and even more. He was just one man amongst stars. I was even expecting a strong defense from PSG after the second goal from Benzema but the ended up giving benzema a hat trick. I almost wrote off Real maldrid from the Champions League following their first leg performance but ended up surprising all spectators
