I think it should , we can not blame every ico for scam ones, there are good project who needs funding but are not able achieve their target because of insecurity among investors . I think we need a body to govern projects so that scam projects can be minimised and investor can choose best project for them.
it doesn't have to be some kind of authority. it may be some kind of decentralized platform that will guarantee payments to the project by investors and evenly distribute tokens for investors. the project will also not receive all the funds immediately, but only when it will be necessary to continue the work. |

Cryptocurrency has always been a mystery ever since. And sudden gains and loss are just a normal move in the price. So don't expect cause nobody really know what is the reason behind the movement. We can't say if this will take long and itlf it's organic or artificial but what I can say about this movement is that, it is a good start for 2020 and hoping that it will continue until the end of the year.

True, Hacked & scammed is so common issues from in the last year. Idax exchange is scammed 2 months ago now another centralized exchange scam warning, i lost worth of 400$ assets which is very difficult to afford for me. But it's a great mistaken because idax a lot of fraudulent activities with IEO projects team. BCNX exchange got a little bit popularity, i have small amount money but pending almost 17 hours.
I also lost my money on many exchanges, and after each loss, I told to myself that I would not hold my money on exchanges.
