I am 1583 in queue, and 3 days, 19 hours and 25 minutes. Im new in this pool, so after 3 days i will get my payment to my wallett? Thanks! The time is from your last payment or when you started mining not when you will get paid. Everyone gets paid in the sequence of the payout queue.

In short, 'AntMiner U1' in AntMiner U1 user guide and 'AntMiner S1' in AntMiner FAQhave the same frequency and the frequency hex such as '4D81' for 350MHz, '4F81' for 400MHz, '5081' for 425MHz, and so on. https://github.com/AntMiner/AntGen1/tree/master/manualFocusing for the Frequency and Frequecy HEX, they share the same values. (I think the calculation/equation should be the same) So, if I find some specific MHz for U1, I assume that I should be able to apply it to S1,too. As arguments to the cgminer executable, yes. But the entries in the asic-freq are used in the function in the /etc/init.d/cgminer script and modified before they get passed to the cgminer executable.

Do these numbers look strange to anyone? What's up with the found blocks...I am mining at eligius and btcguild with this unit. Found Blocks .vs. Best Share does not make any sense. I would check the rankings page on BTCGuild and I would expect that you will see zero found blocks. That is what I mean, must be a display bug of a sort. I have only seen a display similar to this when I connected an Ant to a multipool where it was finding blocks for other SHA256 coins, if you are only on Eligius and BTCGuild then it has to be a bug.

Here I come with my conclusion.
According to 'AntMiner U1 Manual' (I assumed that it's also for AntMiner S1 too)
... To play safe, 400 MHz is the best one (for me for now), with relatively low HW error and stated in the manual+FAQ. =)
Are you taking into account the calculation that is made in /etc/init.d/cgminer which occurs between the setting in the asic-freq file and the inclusion of the values used in the --bitmain-options which would be similar to those in the AntMiner U1 Manual. The calculation is #TO=$(( 12690 / $_cf )) #_cf = 25 *((($_regv >> 7)&0x7f) + 1)/(((($_regv >> 2) & 0x1f) + 1) * (0x1 << (&_regv & 0x3))) Where _regv freq_value _cf chip_freq _TO timeout and included in the cgminer command string --bitmain-options 115200:32:8:$_T0:$_cf:$_regv

I go to BTC from some HYIP project where i lost 33000$ last year. It's not trolling, just my opinion - eligius have 300 BTC on credit before database collision, now after 30+ blocks more than 1 000 000 dollars on credit... IMHO, it's scam already, you just give him more and more and more !
... Seriously? You're going to try and accuse the most open of all of the mining pools of being a scam? I literally lol'd. ... I reckon it is wizz'es girlfriend that is being scammed, just another half hour dear, then I will see to you, honest

No crossfire required for mining. Only gaming.
Could be low power. If your graphics card has multiple rails you might have overloaded a rail.
Gator-hex means PSU rather than graphics card but it could well be the problem.

I knew I read this somewhere but I could not remember where but I have found it whilst looking for clues on tuning the Ant's Future: We are designing a type of new control board based on ARM A8. When it is ready, the chain number can be up to 16, and the chip number can be up to 256 per chain.https://github.com/AntMiner/AntGen1/blob/master/PCB/README.md

I have one radeon 270 X and just bought radeon r9 290 but it2s not dedected what could be the reason?
Loads of possible reasons but cross is not the answer What does cgminer -n return?

*yawn* *rubs eyes*
Good morning everyone. Turns out while waiting for the share log to merge into the main database lack of sleep caught up to me. (I don't even remember moving from my office chair to my bedroom... I'll have to ask my g/f about that when she wakes up.)
Anyway, looks like the majority of the work finished while I was sleeping, so, I will work on getting replication going and proceed down my list above to get everything working again in the next few hours hopefully, barring and unforeseen challenges.
Bit surprised you have the time or energy for a girlfriend

You can test that by ramping up the intensity, try lifting them all to 10 then 12, 14, etc
Then each card individually with thread-concurrency, then engine clocks, then memory clock, when you get a failure then you know what will have failed.
But those settings are already stable for each card, it's just that they fail when all 3 cards are together. Why is that that's what I want to know. There is no set answer, every combination of video card, motherboard, PSU, etc will give a different answer. You have changed your rig so you now need to re-tune.

I know it's a dumb question....but how exactly does one calculate the HW error rate? No matter what values from the posted screen-shots I use, I never get the correspond HW error rate. ...
The formula is HW / (HW + DiffA + Diffr + DiffS) = %

I think you have a tuning parameter clash try the following command to check if a default set of commands works okay
cgminer -o 'pool' -u 'username' -p 'password' --scrypt --auto-fan -I 8 --thread-concurrency 8192
It works, with very low hashrate though (14KH per card). Could it be that with those settings cards do not pull enough from PSU and this is what allows them to work simultaneously? You can test that by ramping up the intensity, try lifting them all to 10 then 12, 14, etc Then each card individually with thread-concurrency, then engine clocks, then memory clock, when you get a failure then you know what will have failed.

Hi, I've just bought a second PSU - RM850 - with a thought of expanding my current config (Sempron 145, Asrock 970 Extreme4, 4gb ram, Corsair HX850, Asus R9 280X, Gigabyte R9 290), bridged 4th and 5th pins like Corsair's manual said ( http://www.corsair.com/en/blog/testing-your-corsair-power-supply/) and connected it to my newly bought R9 290X (pci-e connector + 16x-1x powered riser). After that when I try to launch cgminer it fails with "-4 clEnqueueWriteBuffer failed". If I disconnect R9 280X, for example, 290+290X both work fine. I've tried some options like connecting my cards in different ways like 280X+290 to secondary PSU, system+290X to primary and it fails the same way. What am I missing here? My thoughts are that maybe PSUs are not working well together and somehow only one is being able to provide current at one period of time. In that case there's just not enough power for 3 cards hence the error. what is your cgminer command line and with all three cards connected what is the response to cgminer -n ?

Legal tender simply means you can pay taxes with it.
Very nearly Legal tender is the currency that a court will accept as a payment. Anything can be used to pay a transaction between any two entities providing that they both agree, the taxman could accept a painting or gold or fine wines, and most tax authorities have done just that. But if you fail to pay your tax or if the two entities go to court over a payment dispute and the courts decision is that payment must go through the court then that payment must be made in the legal tender that it recognises.

Yes, it is true it is quite different. Was just a hopeful idea. There are few pools that offer XPM, all of which I feel do not have enough transparency. Also are you needing any guinea pigs for the Scrypt Guild?
Guinea pigs will be hand chosen (AKA: mass invited) in IRC once it is ready. I'm going to avoid giving any dates until it's closer though, after the hangups that I hit on the main backend over the weekend (most of which have been resolved). Add me in eleuthria, I don't IRC but happy to swing my rigs over to see how it goes.

ups just delivered second s1 for me.again missus opened the door. not lucky this time. had to pay 35 pounds customs and vat. london says thank you sushi.
Mine arrived too and hashing away £35 VAT as well, many thanks Sushi, hopefully you will get some more hardware in the future to sell. I just finished with ups. This 35 gbp is broker fee. This have nothing to do with customs. Whats funny, they say that every pckage sent like that will be charged. My first package was not charged so bollocks. I did claim money back as no receipt has been provided. They say it will arrive within 10 days. But sushi paid fee for transport so why the hell should i pay again for same service? You are correct that there are no Customs charges as Computer Accessories is a Zero rated Tax, essentially nothing to pay. My invoice also has £23.99 VAT and £11.00 brokerage fee. Their brokerage fee is for collecting the VAT. brokerage fee is not compulsory and this is not the case. As other parcel are not charged. Ups told me that sushi have 3 option of sending this parcel. he choose the transport only charge, so i have to pay the rest. And all parcel from sushi has been sent same way. She couldnt give me answer why they charge me for one package where second one is free of charge. As this is no customs tax they cannot stop package. But ups can say-PAY or package will stay in my hand. Still though they charging 35 gbp without any receipt which is shady as hell. Seems like courier making another wages by asking for money. Courier said to my missus that this charge is customs and vat, which is bollocks. Will wait till tomorrow and will see what will happen. I think you were just lucky with your first one and got away with not paying VAT.
