there are 2 months left before end of this year so possible bitcoin price reach $10k, I don't believe after segwit bitcoin will huge dump, but only maybe little dump after that maybe bitcoin price will booming.

It really depends on how fast the transection you would like it to be. You can choose the GWEI to control the price and speed balance.
AFAIK most of the transaction take up to 200k gas to make each transaction everytime, I have used in so many times that just try to put up to 200k gas fee for my transaction and that was going smoothly and you can try it right now. |

But that depends on the company's agreement some icos that doesn't refund the money of the investors and just try to run the project with those funds just like ark and it become successfull project in this time. |
