Previous one was version 1.0.2, which was working until about 2 weeks ago.

There's the problem. We forked from 1.0.2 to 1.0.8 at block 80,000 - Over a month ago Sigh. So now what I do? Did I lose all my coins? And what's up with all them hard forks?? Only means many MMXIV coins are taking out of rotation because not everybody is glued to this [ann]. Why not make a newsletter when something important needs to happen? I can filter that and I would have known. And yes, I'm busy, so it might take 2 weeks before I have time to troubleshoot one of my wallets. I just don't understand you. Sorry for that. Devvie It was announced weeks in advance . Welcome to crypto. Pay attention or get left behind. The hard fork implemented several fixes and updated staking to 2014% - It was a very well known fork. I even put it on Twitter and stayed in Poloniex chat for days while people updated So I lost all my coins? And you use that to "welcome me to crypto"? You for real? Guess so. Will make an autotweet specially for you then. Warning others to act with extreme caution when it comes to MMXIV / you. A good developer keeps wallet compatible, at least. Devvie

Even now you leave out essential instructions so I have to ask once more what to do. Sorry but I had to mention it once more. Hoping something good will come out of all of this. But if I lost my coins... I'll be out for good Devvie

Ok, I removed all %AppData% for fresh sync. It is synced now, but all my balances are zero! Despite many transactions visible in the history transaction list... Sigh.... I'm really getting annoyed by the 'features' (read bugs) in this wallet. What should I do now?? Devvie twitter.com/devnullius Should MMXIV / Maieuticoin (build 1.0.0. still sync? For it won't download the blockchain any longer. It's connected, but won't sync. Any idea why? Something to do with Apple? Whatever that is? Did we fork again? Client also mentions that checkpoint is too old... Sigh. Anyone? Devvie twitter.com/devnullius Check point to old is normal. Just wait for it to sync. Correct. In addition to the hard coded, the checkpoint server creates a new one every few blocks. Until you are caught up to the most recent, you are viewing the old ones

Hi devvienuis, Hope all’s well with you. Sorry to hear about your problems with Gmail. We provided an alternate email via DM on Twitter and we’ll also be sending you an email just in case you get it ok. That said, we thought we’d get in touch here as well just to make sure you get the info about your predictions. You’ll be pleased to hear that we’ve processed your predictions for Mon 22nd Dec 12:00 UTC. Apologies for the slight issues you had filling in your Prediction Form - we were in the process of making some updates to the site and it seems that clashed with you making your Prediction. All sorted now, so feel free to use the form as normal from now on. Given this was your first time and you didn't have an entirely smooth ride, we’d like to offer you some gifts. We take customer service very seriously and pride ourselves on going above and beyond. Here’s what we’ve done for you: 1) Refunded the 0.05 BTC you spent on predictions. Your Preds are still logged, we’ve just given you them for free. Here’s the Trans ID for that: 0c27c589bd31aa3cb563ceac5ae8772a02795944752a36b646560ca252e4c803 2) Given you a little present of 0.05 BTC to make up for the inconvenience and ensure you profit from your 1st time on Crypto Ball. Here’s the Trans ID for that: 1819872e08dd24215e4f83d76a8c0c5b671344f37953b7778c721a1464bd2c8f 3) Pre-load the Pot on the date/time/pair you predicted for with 0.5 BTC. We’re doing this because that particular date/time/pair didn’t have a pre-load and we wanted to give you a shot at winning a meaningful amount of BTC. Check out the calendar on our site to see the Pot for your prediction. We hope this makes more than amends and we sincerely hope you return to Crypto Ball very soon to make more Predictions. Warmest Wishes, Crypto Ball Support There is service, then there is @CryptoBall_io ♥♥ Refunded the 0.05 BTC you spent on predictions. Your Preds are still logged, - just WAUW!

Well, it's failing to find nhz.peer.Peers. That could point to any number of things really, but my thoughts basically line up to redownloading the software. There's no files to save, just remove and start again, then set your hallmarks again if you need to.
Seems you were right. I already tested last time by extracting the zip and replacing folders I deemed important. Seems I was wrong. And dumb: I just should have tested the new extracted archive ;p Did that this time and all works just fine! Sorry for the mess? Thanks Community. Dumb Linux ;p Devvie twitter.com/devnullius

You sure one of the updates wasn't a java update? HZ does not work with java8 as of yet On my Windows system, I have Java 8 working with HZ just fine (I did have to change path statements to reflect new version). But on Linux, I get this: java version "1.7.0_65" OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.5.3) (7u71-2.5.3-0ubuntu0.14.04.1) OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.65-b04, mixed mode) So :/ Post-edit: typing Java in search bar confirms version 7 is installed... So that should be good? Sigh... Linux! 2nd post-edit: I extracted lib & nhz.jar from the archive and overwrote existing installation, but that changed nothing either :/

I've been running a HZ Hallmark node for the last few weeks just fine on my home Hyper-V Ubuntu machine. Today I had to restart the VM (updates). After the updates, I can no longer start the wallet sudo /bin/sh run.sh gives: 2014-12-15 02:00:46 INFO: nhz.javadocResourceBase = "html/doc" 2014-12-15 02:00:46 INFO: nhz.uiServerCORS = "false" Exception in thread "Thread-0" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class nhz.peer.Peers at nhz.user.Users.<clinit>(Users.java:184) at nhz.Nhz.shutdown(Nhz.java:180) at nhz.Nhz$1.run(Nhz.java:135) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:745) Anyone any ideas what I'm up against? Apparently I did TileCoin Presale XTC 0.752975 on Bter.com - can't remember it, hope it isn't much but I'm wondering with the latest news going around... Any way I can withdraw them? Wallet, something? Some feedback would be great Devvie twitter.com/devnullius

I'm not really sure if those auctions can really push the coin. To me, it just looks like that it just benefits two or three people here. There is no way around the fact that in order to make coin successfull again (if that's even possible), it needs a lot of dedicated attention, coding, marketing and stuff. Otherwise it will just stay dead.
Maybe they could start using twitter once more...? Might get some interest going? Devvie twitter.com/devnullius
