Another day, another challenge.... Trying to get nsgminer.exe working for Neoscrypt, but I keep getting the following errors; "Pool 0 is hiding block contents from us" "Pool 0 is sending mismatched block content to us" "Stratum from Pool 0 requested work restart" Because of this, it's unusable and won't benchmark. Here's my my nsgminer.txt; I tried adding the g 1 -w 128 -I 16 and it didn't do anything....I am running GTX 1070's and 1060s on 2 separate rigs. Please advise! [ { "Type": "NVIDIA", "Path": ".\\Bin\\Nsgminer\\nsgminer.exe", "Arguments": "--api-port 24028 --api-listen --neoscrypt -g 1 -w 128 -I 16 -o stratum+tcp://$($Pools.NeoScrypt.Host):$($Pools.NeoScrypt.Port) -u $($Pools.NeoScrypt.User) -p $($Pools.NeoScrypt.Pass) --gpu-threads 1 --worksize 64 --intensity 11 --thread-concurrency 64 --gpu-platform $([array]::IndexOf(([OpenCl.Platform]::GetPlatformIDs() | Select-Object -ExpandProperty Vendor), 'NVIDIA Corporation'))", "HashRates": {"NeoScrypt": "$($Stats.NsgminerNvidia_NeoScrypt_HashRate.Week)"}, "API": "Xgminer", "Port": "24028", "Wrap": false, "URI": " https://github.com/ghostlander/nsgminer/releases/download/nsgminer-v0.9.2/nsgminer-win64-0.9.2.zip" } ] use ccminer it works much better for nvidia cards.

Hello all and Merry Christmas! I'm new and making all the newbie mistakes. I have been trying to get my gekkscience 2pacs to work on this pool using the cgminer that was suggested. I have tried using this address, please let me know what I have done incorrectly, because all I see is "stratum from pool 0 requested restart", and New block found. It seems that there is no time for any shares to be accepted. This is also running on a Raspberry pi 3, if that helps.
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://sha256.mine.zpool.ca:3333 -u my address -p c=mycoin,sha256 --suggest-diff 32 --gekko-2pac-freq 200
I have tried variations of c=mycoin,sha256,d=xxx or d_xxx.
If someone could tell me what I did wrong, that would be awesome, or if I'm using the incorrect program (the example is ccminer) and have been wracking my brain over this, please let me know. Thank you.
Those sticks will find maybe 1 share a day due to their low hash rates, in the end you will burn more power than they earn.

Now I can mine as you do above.. I am getting neoscrypt coins in my xvg wallet. I will get xvg coins as converted value of them? How can I calculate them as xvg profit made by my AMD gpus?
Correct the pool auto exchanges your neoscrypt coins to xvg, I mine using the following for my system manager, auto profit switcher, for nvidia I disable lyra2rev2 and blake2s, but for amd it works like a dream. This calculates my estimated earnings as i have it setup to use 24hr best algo/miner so my 4 rx470 rig right now is estimated as earning 11.93/day after pool fee. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2059039.0I am working on a fork of the legacy nicehash miner to make it compatible with all algo's on zpool but no eta on beta release yet.

Can I use my segwit BTC address (3B4fKR...) on zpool? Would like to be paid out to my new wallet.
This was answered a page or 2 back by crackfoo.

I tried like sgminer.exe -k neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://neoscrypt.mine.zpool.ca:4233 -u Dxxx..(my xvg address) -p c=XVG -I 20
and I got the error : Error in hsa_operand section, at offset 3552: Address offset exceeds variable size LLVM ERROR: Brig container validation has failed in BRIGAsmPrinter.cpp
What version of SGminer, what cards I have rx 470's doing 740kH/s at -I 13 using the old Gateless Gate v0.1.3-pre6 My bat launches using sgminer.exe -k neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://neoscrypt.mine.zpool.ca:4233 -u Djxx..(my xvg address) -p c=XVG,4x470 -I 13

I am trying sgminer to mine xvg with x17 algo..it's running but getting no shares as the cmd window below.. Do your pool support sgminer x17 algo for AMD gpu?

It works, you just have to wait for your miner to find a share or wait for the difficulty to adjust to your system speeds. Secret you will make more xvg if you were mining neoscrypt with your amd gpu's as it is more profitable than mining verge directly. @cryptominer thanks for the advice.. I did mine various neoscrypt coins.. now I want xvg. The diff was changed from 0.05 to 0.025.. both are not high.. it seems not working.. some other thing is wrong.. With zpool you can mine neoscrypt and get paid in XVG just set your username to your xvg address and in the pass field use c=XVG

Hi, I am experiencing a problem when mining neoscrypt. GPU1 always get horrible hashrates. I removed the card in gpu1 slot(Tested with fans to see which on it was) and then the next card that takes that slot gets that bad rate. Picture below : Please let me know what you need from me. Keep up teh good work! Does the poor performing card have a monitor or dummy plug connected to it?

I would drop power limit on 1080Ti it can draw over 300W and your is on limit
mine at 80% is using ~200w I don`t like to push it more, clock is ~1400-1550mhz for GPU
My 1080TI if I am mathing right should be pulling only 230-235W miner was only showing 220W. It is all just setup using stock settings on driver version 388.31 My 1080 runs very hot because it is in a airflow limited case.

Was going to update previous post but there were more replies to the thread than I expected.
Environment is inside closed cases ambient temps are 72F
Neoscrypt hashrates using Klaust Getting 1434KH/s Temp 70c on stock clocks 1080TI FE Getting 1186KH/s Temp 78c using stock clocks on my Zotac Mini 1080
HSRminer hashrates: 1080TI FE No adjustments 26.9% increase miner side speed is 1933.92kH/s, Temp 69c, zPool.ca 45 Min average shows 2133KH/s
Zotac Mini 1080 No adjustments 8.86% loss miner side speed is 1016.32kH/s, Temp 80c, zpool.ca 45 Min average shows 1216Kh/s
guessing miner hash is calculating after devfee adjustment.
Now I just need to be able to fetch ccminer style stats and I'm using it for my 1080TI

Edit. Well I gave up on waiting for people. Made my own for zpool with full algo support on nvidia cards.

Does anyone use LTC, ETH, Zcash or anything other then BTC for their auto convert and payout method? It doesnt look like LTC is mined much so that may not work for payout method.
I'm mining for verge payouts right now have a feeling the price will continue to rise.

any windows version build download? cant find anything would love to give it a spin
It's only a windows build, just download from the repo and follow the instructions in the readme file. easy but, lol, i dont see a windows build on github could you please provide me with download link ? thanks in advanced ! Just download the repo as a .zip file extract it to a folder and follow the instructions, there is nothing to build as it is a windows powershell script.

Crackfoo when mining blake2s the site stops showing the miner being connected after 5 Min and I have yet to see it show back up on the site even though I am submitting a ton of shares and getting new work. Edit: Mining with ccminer-alexis after the hsr addition to the repo. Testing the pre-hsr version now. Edit 2: Same issue I have now disabled blake2s again from my startup scripts

Profitability is still very low, 1 1080 here estimated $5.40/day while on zpool it is making over $9/day.

I am guessing you are new to pool mining, but anyway this is because the miner program calculates hashrate at 100% luck but in reality this can fluctuate I have had times were the pools say they are mining 200% faster than what they really are and other times were they only show 50% but over 2-3 days it averages out to be pretty close to accurate.

Ugh, wtf. Not really the answer I was hoping for, but thanks for the info. Hey crackfoo, can you please cough up a couple VIVO to properly pay the people mining for your pool that requested that currency? I saw your post here implying you have thousands of VIVO to run some master nodes: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2110690.msg24683061#msg24683061Mining rigs aren't cheap. Electricity isn't free. You can't just put disclaimers up and withhold thousands of dollars in payments because your pool 'ran out' of whatever currency. Either let us mine it so the problem will sort itself out, or put some effort in to figure out how to pay people back and prevent this situation in the future. I think vivo is not mining right now as there have been issues were it reboots and has to rebuild the blockchain but generally the negative balances will fix themselves in time (I know they do with LTC which goes neg from time to time).

Anyone else see things like that, dropping wallet balance for a time frame? This is just a small 2 card 750 Ti rig i have running, but that doesn't make any sense to me. It seems shady af to me. That's just a front end issue, were the frontend loses connection to the backend. Your bal will auto fix once everything catches up.
