Seems to be a problem with the daily coin,forgive me if this has been addressed before but I found it misleading.
I won a ticket into the Step 1 and proceeded to win it,thinking that the lobby info was correct in stating
"Double or Nothing - Top 50% of players receive ticket to Step 2. 1st is also refunded buyin via TM."!
So I got no refund back and contacted support to be told the promo is no longer active,to which I ask why is it still showing up in the lobby?
Change it or honor what you state,otherwise it misleads people when they can just bounce out as soon as half the field is gone.
Sure this has been addressed before,since it is a pretty popular freeroll,but I wanted to add my two cents to the issue.
Not sure why they havent changed it in the lobby but they indeed changed it on the dailycoin promo page betcoin.ag/bonuses/coinAgreed! Tournament money was removed from the entire system including ACR and others over a year ago! We are hoping to have all of this updated within the next 2-3 weeks as well as a couple new innovations. We appreciate your support and we will get everyone taken care of. What is your ticket number or login name? Was able to play in the daily and really enjoyed it, will try to win my way in again. We are working on improving all aspects of Betcoin including our withdrawal speeds and really thank you for playing with us. Poker can make it a bit difficult sometimes when you have multiple networks interacting, however we are working on a variety of improvements, safeguards and permissions here as well. Thank you. I don't see how withdrawals can get too much faster than two minutes....I haven't found a poker site that has faster withdrawal times. I don't understand why the other WPN skins don't follow Betcoin's lead in this area. I used to think two days was fast, but I'm spoiled now and start freaking out if it takes longer than an hour or two! Betcoin is genuinely ahead of the curve here. I'm surprised the freerolls aren't promoted more in this thread. Nobody's mentioned the three MDS Mega 100 Super Satellite Freebuys that have been running everyday leading up to the big Million dollar game on Dec 18th. is anyone having issues with the Windows installer file? I decided to do a fresh install, and now it won't install... keep getting some kind of "kernel32" error...
Hi Beefheart and everyone, please be informed that the Winning Poker network support all standard versions of Microsoft Windows from Windows 7 onwards. We will not be supporting XP nor Vista anymore. Thank you we hope this answers your question as you didn't mention what operating system but that is the error given for previous versions of Windows. I guess it's back to the web client for.. maybe Santa will surprise me... anything I am using by using the web client? We hope Santa delivers you an html5 version...he may run a few months behind on this however. Thank you for playing with us. |

After the most recent update, I'm not seeing any way to access my wallet from the website. I used to be able to click my balance on the upper right hand corner of the screen and it would take me right to my wallet, but that balance isn't there anymore. Likewise, under my profile picture there's no "wallet" link like there used to be.
Drop down menu > Profile. From your profile page, click "Dashboard" tab. Not sure why they changed it, maybe it was an oversight of the update. It was definitely more convenient when Wallet/Dashboard was in the drop down menu. The way they have it now is kind of annoying, tbh. Betcoin.ag, if you could please put the wallet back in the drop down menu, that would be great. Also an update on the table starter maintenance would be nice too. Thanks. Thank you! Anyone facing the same problem? But surprisingly I can login to the poker game without any issue. Same here , I think the database (SQL) seems facing the error and I can't login to the site . That's only happening only on login section , but menus in Betcoin.AG is working fine without any problem (Poker , Dice ) I am getting this same error message also, both on Google Chrome and Firefox.
