is anyone having issues with the Windows installer file? I decided to do a fresh install, and now it won't install... keep getting some kind of "kernel32" error...

Hi Beefheart and everyone, please be informed that the Winning Poker network support all standard versions of Microsoft Windows from Windows 7 onwards. We will not be supporting XP nor Vista anymore. Thank you we hope this answers your question as you didn't mention what operating system but that is the error given for previous versions of Windows.

I guess it's back to the web client for.. maybe Santa will surprise me... anything I am using by using the web client?

I won a ticket into the Step 1 and proceeded to win it,thinking that the lobby info was correct in stating

So I got no refund back and contacted support to be told the promo is no longer active,to which I ask why is it still showing up in the lobby?
Change it or honor what you state,otherwise it misleads people when they can just bounce out as soon as half the field is gone.

But here is another aspect I do not understand,if there is no point after 50% are out,why have the tourney keep going after that point till some one wins?
Seems like a waste of time,there should be a perk even if it is minor for finishing first in my opinion. Otherwise the lobby should be fixed to make this clear for players.

I don't see how withdrawals can get too much faster than two minutes....I haven't found a poker site that has faster withdrawal times.  I don't understand why the other WPN skins don't follow Betcoin's lead in this area.  I used to think two days was fast, but I'm spoiled now and start freaking out if it takes longer than an hour or two!  Betcoin is genuinely ahead of the curve here.

As I stated in the response back that I had already received a response on the issue about compensation and was told there would be none,which I felt to be wrong but moving on. I am happy to read the issue will be addressed though because it is misleading to have it in the lobby and not honor it.
